Ein breites Flussgebiet zum Schwimmen und eine große Terrasse bieten viele Bereiche zum privaten Sonnenbaden und Entspannen.

2 King-, 2 Queen-, 2 Full-, 2 Twin-Size-Betten plus 2 Futons, eines im Hauptschlafzimmer und eines auf dem Dachboden im Obergeschoss, 2 tragbare Krippen im begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Master-Badezimmer mit Whirlpool und begehbarem Kleiderschrank.

Billardtisch, Schachbrett, 2 Bars, ein großes Familienzimmer, Kamin, 3 Fernseher, Netflix in 2 Fernsehern, kabelloses Internet, DVD-Player, Soundsystem mit Bluetooth, Workstation mit Drucker für WLAN, Bücher, Filme und Spiele. Zu den Gartenmöbeln gehören ein Essbereich für 6 Personen mit Sonnenschirm, 6 Liegestühle, eine Feuerstelle mit vier Gartenstühlen, 2 Hängematten, 6 Stapelstühle, ein tragbares Gefrierfach und ein Grill.

Das Hotel liegt ca. 1 Stunde. Zu den Weingütern von San Francisco & Napa gehört auch ein Weingut in Byron, das 5 km vom Haus entfernt liegt.

In dieser wunderschönen Gegend können Sie folgende Aktivitäten ausüben:
Segeln, Golf, Schwimmen, Wasserski und Bootfahren. Auch direkt vom Deck aus angeln. Sie können auch das Weinland oder San Francisco in nur einer Autostunde vom Haus aus besuchen oder zum Mount Diablo wandern.

The host was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early.The house was in a beautiful spot for our family gathering. The bed space was represented weird on the website compared to the actual places the beds were. We also found one crib instead of the two listed. We noticed that the house had a few things that needed to be updated or replaced. Fixing those would make a bid difference. The dock, kayaks, pool table, back patio, gas firepit and gathering space were HUGE pluses. We enjoyed our stay!

Large family stay

This place was great for accommodating our large family for 4 nights. We enjoyed the pool table, bbq, fire table, and made use of two kayaks. If you plan on swimming you will have to go elsewhere as there is lots of seaweed.

Very spacious home that has room to spare for a large family. Large modern deck with shade and space to dock multiple boats. Home comes with many paddle boards and kayaks that are available for renters to use. House and furnishings are showing their age and upper floor bedroom and bunk room can be warm at night.

Good for a guys group. Best thing about the place is the outdoor deck and the boat slip. The place is tucked way in the back of the bay, however, and it takes about 15-20 min to get out to fast water. We also had a major problem with the kitchen plumbing. Water would not drain so had to use the laundry room to wash dishes.

We really enjoyed our time here, our only complaint was it wasn't long enough. The deck is wonderful spot to gather, the water toys were great. Beds were comfy and extra bedding was plentiful.

Perfect place for a large family gathering

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at your home, it is lovely and well appointed. The rooms were perfect size, the beds comfortable, and plenty of space for us to gather as a big group or break into smaller groups. It was fun to explore the coves with the paddle boards and kayaks. Definitely would love to stay again.

Nice retreat

Though some features were surprising (shelves removed from the fridge, kitchen sink tap missing the switch to easily change it from pot filler to spray), the building is spacious, comfortable, and built for lots of different socializing spaces. We used 5 different locations/tables for different conversations, over the weekend, and each had strengths.

Fabulous home in a great neighborhood!

Plenty of room for the entire family! Comfortable beds and plenty of towels! The House was spacious and clean! The family had a good time playing pool and chess! Was nice to sit out on the deck and watch the sunrise and sunset! Great memories were made for our family Christmas! I would stay again! The owners are very pleasant! Right on the water with lots of toys

Nice big property with a garage full of paddle boards and kayaks to use. A few sliding doors weren't working but the owner let us know ahead of time. Some updates could be done to the place (and a bit of cobweb removal) but overall a pleasant stay and what we expected.

Great place, just needs little tlc

Excellent location, huge place. Would have been 5 star except for fact that hvac couldn't keep up with the heat. Most of beds are 2nd story, and had a hard time getting temp below high 70s and low 80s. Also in need of some minor repairs to primary door to patio and dock. Kitchen was great for cooking for a crowd. Huge selection of water toys, and beautiful dock that easily fit three boats. All in all, an excellent value.

Group ages 3 to 70. Nice home and accomodated the group well. Location is great when you use all the recreational options supplied by the owner. AC unit not an adequate to cool home in excessive heat. One queen bed cannot really be used due to mattress issues.

Thank you for your comments, I understand you did not feel the A/C was adequate at 74 degrees but you should had considered that we had an unusual heat wave and outside was 104 degrees which is very hot for this area, also every room has a fan on the house., this is something that is the first time that we here from a guest. With respect to the bed we are replacing that bed. We are glad that you had a good time and found the house and location nice.

Great area

Overall the trip was beautiful and the area is super nice. Some property issues of maintenance things that can be fixed and updated. back fence latch, cleaning behind couches, organizing all cabinets and drawers, accessibility of opening doors for possible3 fire escapes and fresh air. TV better directions for using if working. The house is big and nice and great access to the water right in backyard. We hope to come back!

I am glad you like the house and plan to come back. You did not read the guest book that have all of the instructions and the remotes control of the TV’s was hard to operate for you. This is an issue nobody has mentioned before. All doors to the back area, side areas and front areas can open for fresh air, including a 16 foot slider to the back deck provides a great area close to the water.

We enjoyed our three night stay at the home. We found the location perfect for accessing the golf courses; Relaxing on the deck after our golf outing was a perfect ending to the day. We did find that the home may need some tender loving upkeep. There was a BIG blemish on the refrigerator. The stove appears to need a good cleaning. The ice maker chose not to work, but the property owner was very accommodating in providing ice. Thanks for making our annual outing fun.

Nice home in beautiful neighborhood

We held our large family gathering here. We had 16 people (9 adults and 7 kids). It was snug but we all had a wonderful time. Owner was very quick to respond to our various questions. The house is old but mostly remodeled. Kitchen utensils and pots were plentiful but quiet old. Mattress and pillows were old and unfortable. Did not have enough clean towel and sheets for the number of guests. Unfortunately some of the "extras" on the listing didn't live up to expectations. The kayaks only included 1 real paddle, and the rest were parts of pieces of paddles.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The house is a custom home and one of the newest in Discovery Bay but have remodeled it. Because of your feed back we have bought new kitchen pots and utensils, new bedding, New paddles for all the kayaks and have instructed the cleaning company to provide enough sheets and towels . We like to keep our 5 start reviews that have obtained for years and will keep meeting those expectations with your feed back.
