Amy was a fantastic host, friendly and responsive the few times that we needed to reach her. The location of the house was stunning and we loved the hot tub. The weather didn’t cooperate for our trip and it was overcast and foggy most of the time, but the one sunset we got to see was gorgeous.

Had a great time with our sons and their friends for the weekend. The place was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities anyone could need. Friendly neighbors too! Everything was marked, and everything worked as it should. I recommend this place and will stay here again!

Long Boating Weekend!

We stayed in this property for four nights and had an amazing time with our friends and family for a boating weekend and birthday. Property is exactly as advertised, very clean and everything you need is there. The sound system works throughout the house, backyard, and garage and we used it the whole time while we were hot tubbing and playing ping pong in the evenings.

Enjoyable stay

My family of 9 adults escaped for a long weekend to this great location/home. The house was very comfortable to a large group. We enjoyed all the home's amenities (hot tub, paddle boat, etc). I would recommend this house to other friends and family. We are planned to rebook again soon.

Perfectly located property for us as our son lives on the same street with his family. Amy was responsive to inquiries on amenities available at the property. Everything was in working order and kitchen well stocked with dishes and pans. Overall has a great stay and would consider returning in the future.

Enjoyed our stay in the Delta

We had a great time and the house was as described and very clean. There was plenty of room for our boat to be docked and everyone to jump off and swim. The owners went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable and responded quickly to any questions we had. The kitchen and house was stocked with everything that we needed. Awesome place

My family and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was absolutely perfect. The living room is huge and able to accommodate all of us when we weren't on the water or hanging out on the deck. The only downside is that the house is a tad far from the fast water..but honestly, after the first day, it didn't even bother us. All in all, there were plenty of things for everyone to do whether it was fishing, standup paddle boarding, Jacuzzi, wakeboarding, tubing, you name it.

Thanks for your response. Yes, it's about a 15 minute boat ride to fast water but we have always found its a perfect amount of time to wake up, warm up and get ready for the ski day.

Love this place

Pictures don't do it justice in our book. The main room was huge and perfect for kids to play in and same goes with the deck (completely enclosed and safe). Getting our boat there was easy and we loved taking the big Paddle boards out on the water. Nothing like a warm evening hanging out down by the water. All the bedrooms are a good size as well, the master in particular is huge.

Beautiful Bay Home!

The home was better than advertised! The photos on the listing do NOT do it justice, looks better in person! It was very clean/cozy and had all the comforts of our own home. Newly renovated with all the fun amenities to enjoy the water or an indoor family game night. Well stocked with all the home/bath necessities all that was needed was our clothes and food for the week! Quaint and quiet neighborhood, with restaurants and grocery store near by. We will most certainly be back :)

Great stay, beautiful and clean property.

Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend. Pros: location, cleanliness, spacious home, organization is perfect (everything labeled with a spot), entertainment great: paddle boards, ping pong table, hot tub, u-shaped boat to accommodate two boats. The only Con that our families agreed on, was the queen bed, in bedroom 2 could use updating, it’s squeaking and uncomfortable. However, We fixed this issue by going out and purchasing a mattress topper for extra cushion. With that being said we would still love to comeback and stay again!

Extended stay during home reno!

House was nice! View was lovely, owner was friendly. Boomer neighbors loved to get drunk and blast a variety of music well into the night on weekends. 😬 Not the renter’s fault, but hard with kids! Cool shower in the master bathroom and beautiful floors. House was stocked well enough for a weekend, but we had to bring a lot of stuff since we were there for a few months! If you want a nice rental on the water and don’t mind a bit of noise at night, this is the place for you.

Nice house, didn’t really feel comfortable with owner

This is a nice property, kinda far from fast water but nice quite neighborhood. I’m in a wheelchair and felt like the owner had issues with someone disabled staying in their house. Kinda felt discriminated against by owner do to being disabled.

Great Fun

The property was perfect for our group size of 5 adults. We sat out on the deck each evening and enjoyed the view. The kitchen and BBQ worked out great. Although the spa was working, we didn't find time to enjoy it after spending most of the day out on the boat. I would highly recommend this property for family and friend gatherings.

Fun mini-vacation at Discovery Bay!

Single-level floor plan is great, no stairs to climb! The house is bright and airy and open, lots of space to spread out in the main living/dining room. The sun gets very bright during the day so if you are working at the dining table, might need to pull down the shades a bit; my kids were doing virtual classes during our stay, talk about vacation view =) There's a desk/chair set up in the master BR that's convenient for remote work to separate us from the kids. The bunkbeds BR is perfect for kids, we don't have bunkbeds at home so it's a fun change. The cove has nice calm waters, we were there during the week so it was relaxingly quiet. Pedal boat was great to have for our kids to use for fishing in the cove, though no luck catching fish this time. If your kids are into fishing, might want to check when the fishing season is at peak for better luck. They also had a blast on the SUPs! Amy is great with communication and easy to reach. Check-in/out instructions were clear and on a printout in the kitchen. And I love the flooring =) Thank you for a fun stay!

Amazing stay on the water

Communication was amazing, as was the location. Easy to catch fish off the back dock, would be kid friendly (but our group was all adults). Large beautiful house, great deck and dock. Plan to make this an annual trip, thank you Amy!!!
