Absolutely amazing propery

This home was gorgeous clean and in a beautiful location. The property manager was very pleasant and quick to respond to all questions. Our stay was an absolute delight and we will book this property again when we come back to the bay area.

The house is only 1hour drive from Bay Area. We enjoyed the weekend there with our friends with beautiful view from backyard.

It’s very interesting… I had rented this unit with friends a year ago and the home was perfect. We were thrilled to be there had a great experience. It was clean. It was fresh felt good. And this time it was horrible. I was so embarrassed to bring my friends there. It was filthy. The front and back porches and porch furniture were covered in bird poop and spiders are different bugs. The outdoor furniture was not set up for use. They allowed us early access and we were there while the cleaning and they were laying the sheets on the floor to fold before mopping the floor effectively dirtying the sheets before use. Inside the drawers in the kitchen were dirty. The utensils had dried food on them.. I found a chunk of dried up steak in a fake fllower pot on the counter in the kitchen. The garbage bin cabinet smelled bad and was filthy. It’s a view home and the windows looking out at the view were filthy.The overall experience there this time was very disappointing. The landlord was easy to communicate with and did immediately have someone come out and pressure wash the lower portion of the home. We could not open windows to cool the rooms separately because there were no screens and the windows upstairs where we were were absolutely disgusting.The people that pressure washed through the cushions for the outdoor furniture in the yard and left the outdoor furniture piled up wet and unusable. The other images are in video form and were sent to the landlord.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. I’m truly sorry that your recent stay did not reflect the standard you experienced previously or the level of care we aim to provide. Due to a last-minute scheduling conflict, we had to use a backup cleaning team for this turnover, and it’s clear they did not meet our standards. This is unacceptable, and we will not be working with that cleaning company again. I sincerely apologize for the condition of the home, the outdoor areas, and the inconvenience this caused you and your friends—especially given your positive past experience with the property. Your feedback has been taken very seriously, and we’re already implementing corrective measures to ensure this does not happen again. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, and I’m truly sorry for the disappointment.
