Amazing 4 bedroom house Close TO Championsgate AND Disney World

First off thank you for leaving a review on your stay. Now you texted me regarding the toilet seat being loose, and the fact that you were only staying for two nights, we decided to fix it upon you checking out. Also you claiming there’s several issues like one of the blinds in the back was missing due to previous tenant which you made aware so you wouldn’t be charge. Now our property is an open concept, I had put 3 towels in each bathroom which you texted me that it was not enough when we had extras in the dryer and also in the closet. The lack of amenities I’m confused about as well, there’s a club house with a pool and everything, so I’m not sure what other amenities we claimed to have that’s not on the property. Now I definitely appreciate the feedback but I don’t appreciate you lying making it seem like this place is a “Frat House”. You texted us about the blinds so you wouldn’t get charge, the toilet seat being loose and the master bedroom mirror had a little line through it so you wouldn’t be charge and you were very descriptive, and you also claimed everything was good except the toilet seat. Now if the property was not cleaning or not welcoming which I’m not sure how to accomplish that especially the way the property is an a beautiful neighborhood and doesn’t have anything out of the ordinary, but like I said thank you for leaving a feedback but understand if you are leaving one be accurate.
