Hands down one our favorite places we have ever stayed! The house was so clean, cozy and comfortable. Perfect distance to the parks but also away from the Disney crowds. The kids loved the pool with slides and there was even a small grocery-type store by the pool. We had a car issue which caused our family to have a later check out than anticipated. June was so friendly and accommodating! 10/10 recommend!!

Great Family Stay for Disney and Florida Fun

The space was the perfect size and very clean. The kids used the splash pool and loved that we could walk to both a community playground and the large community pool. Having the in house washer/dryer was awesome and the daily trash pickup was actually very convenient.

June was amazing to rent from. The house was perfect. Close to Disney without much traffic which was a big plus. Communicating with the owners was easy and they seemed like wonderful people. We would absolutely stay here again when we come back to Disney.

Paying 2 grand to stay at a place and not being able to reach the property owner is unacceptable. We arrived to the property about an hour early and called and texted and unable to reach the host. So we ended up going to Disney Springs to kill some time but that ended up changing all our dinner plans and it just wasn't the same eating at Disney Springs as it was not what we had planned but the traffic was a nightmare getting back. So then my nephew who lives in Florida came to visit us and we needed to get a temporary pass for him to come onto the property. And again, unable to reach the owner via calling or sending a text. Again, I think they should keep their phone on them and be available especially when they are hosting guests at their property who are paying 2 grand to stay for 5 days! The other side note, they need to include more toilet paper to their guests. Thank you for taking these considerations into account for your future guests.

1. Early arrival - Check-in instructions clearly state that check-in time is 4:00 PM. We frequently allow early check-in arrivals when requested in advance. Your message to me asking for an early check-in was at 2:20 PM, then 15 minutes later you indicated you were going to Disney Springs to kill some time. Had you contacted me earlier in the day I could have considered an early check-in. But this was requested on Christmas Day, during our family's holiday celebration. 2. Day guests - we do allow day guests up to the maximum number of guests allowed at the property. However, ALL adults are required to be entered into the Windsor Hills security system IN ADVANCE. You did not provide photo IDs as requested for all adults staying at the home, nor did you request or provide a photo ID of your nephew, Windsor Hills is a secure resort -- all adults entering need to be registered or they will be turned away. You reached out to me on Sunday morning, as we were at church. Then you followed up saying you worked it out. We are very responsive owners, per all our 5-star reviews. However, when a guest reaches out on Christmas day and on a Sunday morning with a non-emergency request that could have been made days in advance, a delayed response can happen. 3. Toilet paper - we list the starter supplies provided in our rental agreement/check-in instructions. Guests are expected to provide any additional supplies. All concerns could've been negated by reading/following documentation.

Nice townhome, convenient area, good amenities on property. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect for a family!

We had a wonderful time staying at the Mouse House. The property was clean, close to Disney, had a wonderful private pool and the splash pad/community pool was an added bonus. The Mouse House was perfect for our family and we enjoyed all the magical mouse decor! Communication with the host was great and we would stay here again!

modern and very comfortable

Beds and linens were comfortable ( really important to us). Loved your modern and quality furnishings. Really enjoyed having a heated pool included. We had a wonderful stay.

Perfect spot for Disney

Fantastic townhome in a great neighborhood very close to Disney. We stayed here to run the Disney marathon, and it was perfect for us. Great communication from June and Erik, house was clear and well equipped. We would absolutely stay here again!

We're June and Erik Ronneberg -- known as Nana and Grandpa to our 13 grandchildren. We've recently moved from the Texas Hill Country to the Florida Treasure Coast. We bought the townhome in 2018 as an investment property -- but have come to really enjoy the hospitality aspect of owning a vacation home. We are so proud of the townhome that we have created for families to enjoy during their vacations to Central Florida. As we toured the various resorts in the Disney area, we were most impressed with all that Windsor Hills Resort offered its homeowners and vacationers. We love the proximity to all the attractions and the variety of restaurants and shopping options.

Why cram your family into a hotel room (or multiple hotel rooms) when you can have a 1,400 SF townhome with a private pool to yourselves? Our updated townhome has three bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, baby necessities, and more.
