We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! Every detail from welcome snacks and drinks to night lites in every room made our stay even more enjoyable. The house is located in a secure and safe resort, conveniently close to Disney World, Walmart, and a variety of restaurants. Accurate listing

Super clean, close to everything, easy check-in. The listing photos are accurate to the actual property and host instructions were clear and easy to understand. The six year old loved the onsite water park as well as the private pool. This was a Disney World trip and it was extremely easy to get to each park from the property. This was our third time staying at a house in Orlando and our favorite by far. The location of the house to the clubhouse was amazing. Disney perfection.

This was the perfect spot for a quick family getaway to the parks. From location to communication from the hosts, everything was smooth and easy. The unit was as described and the hosts made checking in and out a breeze. My daughter and niece absolutely loved the pool and water park. When we head back to Florida next year, we’ll be looking to see if this place is available first.

The condo is beautiful. I loved that we had a bathroom with every bedroom. The splash pool was my favorite part. To be honest, we are Dvc Members at Disney and had already used our points so staying off property was a first for us. The proximity to Disney is great. I preferred this condo to our Dvc property. Would love to stay here again! The hosts are very attentive and want to make sure everything is perfect. We all loved our stay!

Really nice house!

Home was clean and welcoming. We arrived after 8 pm and host provided snacks were just what we needed. All beds were super comfy and we had a good supply of towels. Unfortunately, our trip was cut short and our flight canceled due to Hurricane Milton.Our host was so accommodating and offered to help us find another place to stay since this home was rented out on our original departure date. We decided to get ahead of the hurricane and turned the rest of our vacation into a road trip home.Left two days early but would love to return here in the future to spend more time.Beautiful,clean and comfortable home with amazing hosts.

Great Place

This was a great place to stay. A really affordable price for the quality of the town home and all the amenities of the resort. All the bedrooms were nicely decorated, the bedding very beautiful and comfortable. There was a very nice & spacious couch in the living room, plenty of space to relax. There were TVs in every bedroom, and you were able to use the Screen Mirroring from your I-phone very simply, which was great to show the family all the pictures you took that day throughout the parks on the TVs. The town home pool was so perfect for being able to sit, talk and watch TV in the living room, or prep in the kitchen while watching the kids play in the pool and be within easy reach. I really liked the tall ceilings as well. The amenities of the resort were great. The pool & water park were a blast for the kids, the club house had a game room and plenty of space to spread out, and it was great to have a little store for food & snacks and for things you forgot to bring with you.

We started managing vacation rentals in 2008 and expanded to the Kissimmee area in 2013. We enjoy making memories with friends and family, so we hope you will enjoy our home and make memories of your own.

This townhome is perfect for friends and families. There are three bedroom and three bathrooms, with a large family space on the lower level. One of the bedrooms is on the lower level for guest that need to be on the main floor. There's also a splash pool in the back yard for families that want to dip in and out of the pool before the going to the parks. This townhome is just a short walk to the clubhouse where guests can grab some dinner or play in the new water park.

This townhome is Newly updated!! We have installed 3 new Samsung LED TV's. All of which have Netflix and Amazon access and they are Airplay capable which means you can play videos from your devices. We have also updated the kitchen with a new table, added new bedding, installed blackout curtains to help guests get a good nights sleep, and added new decor to give the place a fresh clean look. We also have a responsive management company that can assist with guests needs efficiently and in a timely professional manner. We aim to make sure you have a pleasant enjoyable stay. As owners of the property we are always available. We love our new townhome and are confident you will too!
