Do not book with Evolve.

I drove up from Denver and had not received check in instructions. I called multiple times and also messaged Evolve who states that they are available 24 hours. They are not. I heard back over 24 hours after I messaged them. I had to book a hotel because I had nowhere to stay. I cannot comment on the cleanliness of the condo because I did not enter it.

We are looking into this case to see what happened, as it does appear that the email with check in information is correctly sent for every guest. We are also looking into why you were not able to reach us at Evolve. We know this homeowner goes above and beyond for all of their guests, and we will make sure this does not happen again.

Great stay!

The property was great. Easy check-in and check -out process and the location was great for skiing. The only drawback was ice in the stairwells. This was definitely a safety factor!

Very Quiet and out if the chaos

Loved the place. Space was well supplied and beautiful and the view from the balcony was great. No air conditioning though. Afternoons were a bit warm unless a few windows are left cracked. Although it does cool off quickly. The place was lovely and fit us perfectly. I do suggest using Google maps to find the exact address during the day.

Bad Experience

The total overall expierence was not nice at all. I requested and early check in and never heard back from the owner. When arriving, the place looked good and clean until we arrived at the rooms. The blankets seemed like they were not washed with stains on them. There were no trash bags in the restrooms and when asking for some I was told that they didn't have any and that I had to use some from the grocery store. This property has some out of normal neighbors as well. All night there was noise disturbance and couldn't rest. Also, no Wi-Fi in the property with no a/c. Overall very dissatisfied with the quality of the property for what its worth. Would've rather gotten a hotel instead.

Mixed Feelings

Got there a couple hours early, called to see if we could possibly check in early. Quick response, but was unable to check in early due to the condo being cleaned. No problem... Checked in exactly at time given, right on schedule. Very impressed I was. Thought, wow these guys are great! After getting in, started getting hotter the later it got oddly. Asked to see if they had AC, no AC. Not mentioned in listing. Told to open the windows and turn the fans on. Still hot. I get it... up there in the mountains it's suppose to get cooler so not a lot of people have AC. But did not get cooler, even with windows open and fans on all night. So maybe consider the AC for the comfort of your guests since you call this home away from home. Tossed and turned all night, sweating. So uncomfortable. My teenage daughter went up there specifically to relax and work on her homework for her summer program, thought it would be nice and quiet to focus typing up her essays, which it was, so she brought her laptop. No WiFi, not mentioned in listing. Ok... we can deal. Decided too hot, why don't you kids go to the pool. Pool was a mile away, not mentioned in listing and even if we wanted to walk, it was not an easy walk nor was it a safe walk to the pool. Ok. Figured I'd just drop them off every time they wanted to go swimming. No problem. We ended up leaving a day early because the kids couldn't deal with how hot it was in the condo, too hot to where we were all uncomfortable. It's the middle of summer, yes it does get cooler in the mountains, but not in the middle of summer. Emailed owner to see IF we can at least get credit back for the last night due to a ton of information left unmentioned in listing that would have been nice to know. Got a reply and said he was out of the country will get back to me in a couple days. It's been a week, haven't heard anything. Even if it's a no, at least email back and say something. I would have been fine. But when questions get hard, these guys just ignore you and hope you go away. Not cool. I dealt with all the mis information, have the decency to communicate whether good or bad. Instead of just brushing me off, a little communication and/or reply whether you can or cannot would be nice. Never again.

Great spot!

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. Adrian was very helpful and responsive to checking in and questions. The condo is well supplied and clean. The access to the pool at Granby Ranch is a nice perk. It's super close to the only major grocery store. The only issue we encountered was the sheets on the bunk were not clean. Possibly overlooked if the previous guests did not strip the sheets as requested on check out. Washer & dryer super helpful! There is no wifi yet

Everything as perfect as it seems!!

The place was very clean, modern, and had everything we needed. The beds are comfortable, bathrooms and terrace are excellent. Also close to a supermarket which was handy, and close enough to restaurants and cafes. Gracious host with great communication. We would highly recommend this wonderful condo and will be back again soon!

Wonderful condo. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of room for my family of 5. Hot tub right around the corner from the building. Great location and only 15 minute drive to winter park. Lots to do and see in the area. Will definitely be back!!

Perfect - Low key Family getaway! LOVED IT!

We just loved staying here. It was a cozy and clean space, perfect for the 3 of us. My kiddo felt right at home with some choice toys, tons of books and some games stashed in the guest closet. The proximity to Granby Ranch for skiing, Granby for dining, Devil's Thumb for a spa treatment and even Winter Park for the more advanced skiers was perfect. This location was quiet, the pool access at Granby Ranch apre ski was a favorite for us and our kiddo. We love having a kitchen when traveling to prepare all the 'snacky' things, breakfast and late night hunger and this one does the job. Simple, warm, clean and kid friendly. :) We can't wait to stay here again. We will for sure make it a yearly choice for a great winter ski getaway with kids and summer too! It's so green and there is so much to do. Thanks for making us feel so welcome.
