Parking and Recreation Center: Parking in the secured garage is FREE for 1 vehicle. There is a parking permit located in the unit. Please use the provided dry erase marker to enter the dates of your stay and place the permit on your vehicle's dashboard. Parking is monitored daily (the Host is not responsible for damaged or towed vehicles). Remember to return the parking permit to the unit to avoid any fees.

ALL guests must purchase a $10/day pass via credit card (NO cash) at Ranch Hall to use the recreation center. Children 8 years old and under may use the facility for FREE. Purchased passes are good for the entire day. Guests must present proof of their stay to purchase a pass. An Airbnb, VRBO, or any other type of reservation confirmation with the address of the home is sufficient proof.

Location and Convenience: For added convenience, a grocery store is located across the street from the community entrance, ensuring that you have easy access to essentials.
