Silver creek stay

We love staying in silver creek. It’s proximity to the ski slopes and food shopping are perfect. This rental property was perfect this trip as well. Nice clean property that was easy to rent, find and stay. If you are going to ski granny this is the place to stay.

Perfect mountain getaway

We had a lovely stay in this clean, well equipped condo. The location was convenient to the slopes and to town. The views were amazing and the condo was plenty spacious for the 5 of us. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent in July

Very quiet location and easily accessible to RMNP and Grand Lake (25-30 min). Groceries, restaurants, and medical services within minutes in Granby. Condo was clean, had comfortable furniture and beds, and had all that was needed for our 3 night stay. Neighbors were nice and quiet. A little warm during the day but cooled down in the evenings with open windows and use of fans. We visited in July and would highly recommended this condo for a family of 4. Also, recommend the Granby rodeo a couple minutes away!

Unbelievable Stay!

The condo was even cuter and cozier than it looked in the pictures. It was the perfect size and layout for our family. Everything was clean and cozy and we felt right at home. If you're looking for somewhere to stay close to skiing and/or Rocky Mountain National Park, this is it! We could not have been happier with our stay.

Great Place!

My husband and I had such an amazing stay at the condo! The location was great. The condos were quite and we never heard noise from other units. We had everything we could need and the box fan was greatly appreciated! Would 100% stay here again. Couldn't recommend this unit more.

The condo was beautiful and had access to a heated pool & hot tub. We were a couple of miles away from the Granby Ranch base lodge, so it was really easy to get to. The kitchen was fully stocked and they had board games to play. We had a great time! I highly recommend this condo!!

Wonderful get away

Condo was as advertised. We enjoyed the board/card games and puzzles! We’ve stayed in this complex before in other units, and always have a great experience! One note to the owner would be to include the onsite hot tub codes in the checkin instructions.

Nice little place

This place was great for our little family as it had enough room for everyone. It is very convenient to have multiple bathrooms, a nice big kitchen area and a washer/dryer. It is just a couple minutes from the grocery store and the views were fantastic. The host was fantastic in responding to our questions within 5 minutes or less so that was very amazing to have that level of care. It has all the amenities needed to cook up a meal in the kitchen or relax and watch a movie or play some board games. One thing is the pool/hot tub are located about 5 minute drive and not on the property itself, but the pool and hot tub are very big and well worth it.

Lacked cleanliness but resolved with Owner

First dishes in the dishwasher, dirty counters, floors, and bedrooms. Dirty Kleenex in on the floor in main bedroom and along the window frame in guest room. After cleaning and speaking with the owner, issues were resolved. Not the best way to start a trip, but Naomi was available to find resolution.

Very comfortable

We enjoyed our stay at this rental in Grandby very much! The condo was spacious, very clean, and well equipped. I might suggest perhaps a tea kettle or electric pot for tea, but besides that, the kitchen had everything we needed! The gas fireplace came in very handy since the nights can get a bit chilly. I loved the view out the bedroom window and the balcony towards the bird sanctuary and hills beyond. I did have trouble adjusting to the altitude so bought a canister of O2 at the BaseCamp ski area a few miles away . Our only hitch was we couldn't find the unit number in the exchanged emails....but Naomi was very helpful and all got sorted out. I recommend this place to all!

Great Weekend Getaway

Our family of 4 stayed for the weekend so we could attend the 3 Lakes Ice Fishing Tournament. The location was great since it was right by the grocery store which includes a Starbucks. The condo was quite clean and was decorated nicely. It was nice to have a washer and dryer there just in case we needed it (including detergent and dryer sheets). There was plenty of shampoo/conditioner/lotions/dishwashing detergent, etc. I appreciated there was foil, Saran Wrap, and zip top bags and the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies. We played a few of the board games provided as well. There was ample parking. The view was amazing. Would definitely stay at this condo in the future if we are ever needing to stay in the area. The only suggestion I have would be to provide a binder for the guests with information of how to utilize the pool/hot tub and also where the pool/hot tub are located.

Great Location! Great Property!

This was a perfect place for our short winter fun visit to Granby/Grand Lake. You're at the bottom of the hill from Ski Granby and a City Market is right across the highway so you can get some quick groceries. You're not within walking distance of downtown Granby, but the drive is short enough and they might have a shuttle/bus line that runs by the condos but we didn't look into that. Naomi is a great hostess and has created a nicely decorated home away from home. Our daughter loved all the games and puzzles and it's nice that you provide Netflix in addition to cable. Our only suggestion for an upgrade would be to put a more substantial bedframe and mattress set in the master bedroom. A king-sized bed would be nice in there and a better mattress would be very welcoming. We do love the fact that your unit is on the top level and on a corner so that you have lots of windows to look out to the wonderful landscape! Our daughter thought it was awesome to have her own window beside the top bunk! Thanks for the opportunity!

The place was so nice, my husband and I both exhaled and said, THIS is awesome!

Amazing condo perfect for our family! It was so clean and inviting we immediately felt stress lifting from us and KNEW we’d enjoy ourselves right away! After one child got sick on the way up it was such a nice treat to have towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash ready for us without having to dig out our toiletries. A small touch like that meant the most! All the beds were incredibly comfortable and my kids loved the opportunity to sleep in bunk beds! I never thought we’d need laundry in the unit just for 2 days, but it was so nice to have since we have 3 small kids and there was even detergent pods for us! The small touches like that made our trip so nice to not have to worry about finding laundry or even going to the store for laundry pods! However, even if we had to there’s a supermarket just across the street for a great convenience! Granby Ranch ski resort is literally just up the hill and it was very quick to get there. Winter Park is just 30 minutes away so we definitely plan on returning and will definitely be staying here in this condo! I could go on and on about how much we loved the unit and the owners were so accommodating to us as well! If you rent this unit you won’t be disappointed at all!!!

We have tried hard to make our place clean and comfortable for guests, and love that you were able to take advantage of some of the small conveniences we provided. Our family purchased this vacation property back in 2018 to have a place to enjoy our favorite mountain getaway! Granby is growing, but it still has that quaint, quiet and laid-back mountain town feel! Granby Ranch is a fantastic location and is centrally located near popular attractions including Grand Lake (15min) Rocky Mountain National Park (20min)and Winter Park Resort (20min). Hot Sulpher Springs is also only 15minutes away and Steamboat Springs is just over an hour!
Granby Ranch is peaceful and quiet but has a lot to offer families seeking a relaxing getaway, and is also perfect for outdoor enthusiasts! Amenities available to our guests (with daily fee/located at Ranch Hall) include outdoor heated pool and hot tub, workout room and game room. Our complex is located off of Route 40 with convenient access to the City Market grocery store, gas station, liquor store and restaurants.
