This family-oriented two-bedroom condominium has been tastefully renovated, showcasing hardwood floors throughout that complement the contemporary furnishings and decor of the space. It boasts an outstanding location for visitors to experience the slopes of Granby Ranch and a range of outdoor activities throughout the year.
The main living area features a spacious and comfortable sectional sofa, ideal for unwinding by the inviting gas fireplace. Furthermore, there is a flat-screen television for entertainment, picturesque mountain views from the windows, and access to a private patio equipped with two large Adirondack chairs for relaxation while enjoying the mountain and aspen grove scenery, along with an electric grill for outdoor cooking. The primary dining area can seat up to four guests and is conveniently located between the main living space and the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is outfitted with new cabinets, countertops, and appliances, making meal preparation effortless during family getaways. An additional convenience is the in-unit washer and dryer, which caters to all laundry requirements.
The primary bedroom includes a king-sized bed, a flat-screen television, and an en-suite bathroom that has been renovated to feature a new vanity, countertops, and a jetted tub/shower combination.
The second bedroom is appointed with a Captain’s bunk, which consists of a queen bed on the bottom and an XL twin bed on top, along with a pull-out XL twin trundle bed—an excellent accommodation for up to four guests, with access to the main hallway bathroom.
Unit amenities include complimentary WI-FI, in unit washer and dryer, private deck and fully equipped kitchen including all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided.
Complex amenities include a common area outdoor hot tub and grill in the summer.
Parking on a first come first serve basis in the open outdoor parking lot for no more than 3 vehicles.
Ranch Hall offers a common area lounge, outdoor pool and hot tub; game room, workout facilities and summer outdoor playground. Kids 8 and under are free and guests must be 16 and older to use the workout facilities. The $20 fee must be paid by the guest directly to Ranch Hall via credit card only. This fee is per person/per day.
Granby Ranch offers great year round activities including skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, golfing, hiking and mountain biking. We are 3 miles from the town of Granby, 20 miles from either Winter Park or Grand Lake.
Guests need to arrange their own transportation as the unit is not on any public transportation. There may be times during heavy snowfall that the county road may have delays with snow removal and guests should consider utilizing either all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicles.
House Rules: Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $500 per day if found smoking or bringing a pet onto the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.

The rental was clean, well-kept, with a full kitchen. We could walk about 2/10s of a mile to the nearest slope, but it was closed for night skiing. The rental had walking trails and wide roads to walk and the community hot tub was just across the street and always available when we wanted to use it.
