Das großzügige Raumaufteilung des Hauses ist ideal für Gruppen von bis zu 16 Personen mit viel Platz im Freien auf allen Ebenen. Die oberste Etage und die Hauptebene des Hauses bieten große geräumige Decks mit Blick auf den Golf, und es gibt einen überdachten Bereich unter dem Haus, der als zusätzlicher Raum für Kinder zum abhängen verwendet werden kann!

Die Hauptebene des Hauses bietet eine geräumige, gut ausgestattete Küche, eine Bar für vier Personen, ein Esszimmer mit Tisch für acht Personen und eine große Wohn-Kombination. In diesem einladenden Raum können Sie sich zum Essen, Spielen, Konversation oder zum Fernsehen auf dem großen Flachbildfernseher treffen. Zusammen mit den Wohnbereichen hat der Hauptebene ein großes Schlafzimmer mit zwei Doppelbetten und einem nahe gelegenen Bad.
Das Obergeschoss des Hauses bietet vier Schlafzimmer, von denen zwei Golf-Front-Master-Suiten sind! Diese Zimmer sind fast identisch in ihrer Größe und Ausstattung mit beiden bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf den Golf, ein eigenes Bad, ein Kingsize-Bett, ein Full-Size-Futon Couch und eine Tür, die sich auf einen Balkon. Was für eine Belohnung; was für ein Vergnügen! Das Obergeschoss verfügt über zwei weitere Schlafzimmer mit einem nahe gelegenen Bad. Ein Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Queen-Size-Betten und das andere Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett. Die Waschmaschine und Trockner sind auch bequem auf der obersten Etage.

Great family getaway!

This property was the perfect location for our family vacation! The open downstairs floor plan allowed us to all gather comfortably and create wonderful family memories. The kitchen was well stocked and the grill located in the breezeway was very convenient. The bedroom/bathroom setup was great….we had 12adults and one infant. The Beachview was awesome and being able to walk to the ocean was very convenient. Look forward to coming again1

Great location and layout but needs deep cleaning and repairs

The location and layout of the house are great, but the kitchen and bathrooms need updates and better cleaning. Floors, walls, doors, and baseboards were scratched and dirty, several of the light fixtures are not secured properly to the ceiling, and the overall cleanliness was not great. For the rental cost, we expected better.

Thank you for the review. Normally our cleaning crews do an excellent job. In the rare occasions in the past when the job was not up to our high standards we have at no costs sent them back to the property to correct. We do not understand the comment about the light fixtures? This house was recently inspected twice by professionals as it was recently sold and there was no mention of any fixtures not properly secured. We would like to note that this guest experienced fairly rough weather during their stay which sometimes leads to overall disappointment and will cloud their comments on a review. Gulf Coast Getaways

All the beds was very uncomfortable. Internet was terrible which effected all the TVs. Not enough parking for a house that size. Not really a pet friendly house because there isn't anywhere for pets to go the the bathroom.

This is an odd review - all of the beds are uncomfortable? You slept in all of the beds? This makes no sense, and the last review was 5 stars and did not mention anything about the beds being uncomfortable. We allow certain pets, there are numerous places the pet can go to the bathroom outside, another strange comment. Parking is a bit tight, guests do need to plan ahead, there is room for 3-4 vehicles if properly parked on the driveway and there is public parking close by if you have extra vehicles. Nice rental

We have a handicap family member and were not aware of the number of steps just to get from where the vehicles were parked to the bottom floor of the rental. That caused difficulty because then that family member was not able to get out. Lots of burs in the grass that my dog kept getting in that was not noted in the description. None of the outlets in the upstairs shared bathroom work. Toilet is loose as well. No broom or mop available, so we had to go buy our own. Parking is very difficult with numerous vehicles. Rental was very spacious for our entire family. Clean and drink cooler/icemaker in living room is a really nice thing to have! Amenities are nice as well. Check in was easy as well.

Location amazing…needs work…new management

Location location location. Kitchen stocking was fantastic. Bathroom and bedding stock was abismal. 1 roll of tp per bathroom. This house needs serious TLC. Holes in the walls. Missing paint. Unsafe grill and propane lying around. Uncomfortable beds and couches. Worn everything. Property Management was the absolute worst I’ve ever dealt with. Generic and terrible instructions. Mistimed and excessive emails. If you are looking for a spot for 10+ on the beach location is amazing for the price pitiful condition of the property. Would return to the area and this home but only if new property management company and condition updates are completed. If I was the owner I would be outraged.

Honestly this is a rude review. We did not have any correspondence with the guest other than allow them to arrive early. Their comments about the property management or totally off base and border on libel. The house is under going major renovation during this winter off season to include replacing windows, interior pain, and whatever necessary repairs that need to be done. This property had over 40 separate reservations in 2021 and there is some natural wear and tear that happens which requires us to do a thorough job in the off season to bring it back to our high standards and make new improvements. This customer has not returned our call to go over what issue he had with our management which should tell you a lot about the validity of their opinion. We get 99% positive feedback on our communication and management team, so this person is a definite outlier and frustrating for our team. Regards, Gulf Coast Getaways

Perfect for large family gathering

The home is perfect for a gathering of 10-12 people. We stayed with 10 adults for Thanksgiving week. The home is well appointed, and the property manager was courteous enough to bring us extra kitchen utensils since they assumed we were cooking for Thanksgiving. The parking situation is tight if you have more than 4 cars, but we made it work. Public parking is not far. There is construction on both sides of the property at this time. The home next door was being spray painted on Thanksgiving day, so we had to move all our cars to prevent getting overspray. Good news is it appears that home is nearing completion. The condo complex on the other side is having a pool makeover, so there was some mild construction also going on there. Overall did not deter our experience, although those who are booking for December 2019 should realize there will likely be some construction going on. The rooms were comfortable and it was a big luxury to stay with laundry facilities in the house. Very convenient. The 2 masters on the top floor with the shared balcony over the beach was perfection. Could use updates on beach chairs. We brought our own so not a huge deal for us. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would recommend the property!

Such a beautiful place we all had such a great time. Location was good. There was plenty of space for all 14 of us. The balcony was amazing and honestly that's where I spent most of my time. My bed was comfortable and our bathroom was so spacious. Would love to stay here again.

Great location!

We had a very good experience renting this place. We would rent again, their listing info is accurate. This house sit in a cluster with other houses, there is a shared parking and path to the beach. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We had one bedroom where the bed were not made, they were just left sheets, covers, etc. on the bed…no biggie. Overall it was very clean and a great experience!

The house was beautiful and had plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen had all the tools we needed. The best part, though, was the beach. I'm not a morning person, but I was happy to wake up at 6 each morning and go for a stroll on the beach before the kids woke up. Overall, it was a magical experience.

Great house, great location, but pictures weren't accurate

We had 4 families staying in this house ranging from 3 months to 68 yrs. We needed a lot of beds within a few rooms. When we arrived we found that the rooms were not furnished like the pictures, luckily my in laws brought a blow up mattress and my kids are small or we wouldn't have had enough space. One of the sliding doors to deck also had a sign on it to not use. One morning a maintenance guy just showed up at the door. No warning or heads up! We were all in our pajamas and some people were still sleeping, not exactly the morning you want to have while on vacation. Overall, the actual house and the location were great! Just sad that this is my second time having an issue with the service that rents.

Amazing views!

It was just what the doctor ordered. Appreciated the kindness of the concierge especially Ms. Debi! Lovely ocean views and perfect location.

Not our best vacation

The wasn’t as described, there’s was mold, broken sliding doors, the house was dirty, couches were dirty, beds were even dirtier, a pretty bad smell. The guy ended up moving us to a “Town house” ((not what I paid for)) after we waited precious time of our vacation Talking, waiting, and listening to “cleaning guy” the manager send us. just not a good experience overall, for all those reasons we had to leave, the house wasn’t as described, we had to leave.
