Kids will love the fully equipped bunkroom with toys and activities.



At Between the Waters, you’ll enjoy the best of both worlds—situated between the Gulf of Mexico and the Santa Rosa Sound. The Gulf offers waves and a classic beach experience, while the Sound provides calm, shallow waters perfect for little ones and water sports. The primary guest must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. Rentals to guests under 25 are not permitted. No exceptions.

Between the Waters is conveniently located .2 miles or a 6-minute walk to public beach access point 37B. Offering quick and easy access to the Gulf.



Interaction with Guests:

Trash service is every Saturday. We kindly ask that you place your household garbage into the bins. Bins should be placed at the road on Friday evening for a Saturday morning pick-up.
