Die aktualisierte Küche verfügt über Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl, Holzschränke, Barhocker für 2 Personen und ist gut ausgestattet, um Ihre Kochbedürfnisse zu erfüllen. Mit Platz für 6 Personen ist der Essbereich direkt neben der Küche der perfekte Ort für Mahlzeiten. Es bietet auch Zugang zu den luftigen abgeschirmten Veranda. Spring Break with family

We brought our 4 kids and my wife’s parents to Kiawah for the week. We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the central location of this condo. Kiawah has so much to offer and we had an amazing time!!

Clean and easy beach access

My family has stayed with Akers Ellis multiple times in the past and are never disappointed! Check-in and check-out are always so smooth and the places are always very clean. We did not know that this place was shared with three other villas in the same building, but that was the only surprise.

Pleasant spot, comfortable condo

Very pleasant and convenient place on Kiawah. Screened in porch feels private and overlooks large lagoon. Beds and comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Short walk and very short bike ride to the beach, Sanctuary, etc.

Great weekend getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the condo. The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths were perfect for us. The condo was well stocked except for the kitchen. We like to cook together when we travel. The kitchen didn’t even have salt and pepper and they supplied us coffee but no coffee filters or cream or sugar. The pots and pans could also be improved as there were only 2 small skillets. It would also be good to have some spices to go with salt and pepper. The location was great for the event we attended.

One minor hiccup

The weather wasn’t ideal, but we can’t control the weather. Our villa was nice, in a great location, and the perfect size for our family. Only issue, or hiccup, we had with the place was the AC/Heater. The unit was dripping water so we had to go without the AC for a night and most of one day. Property manager sent repair man out and the issue was supposedly resolved. However, less than 12 hours later we had the same problem. This time the manager himself came out and looked at the unit. We were thankful that Akers took the time to address our concerns.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at 4827 Turtle Cove Villa. The process of booking through Akers Ellis was very smooth and easy. Communication was good, and we loved the $250 credit for beach equipment - highly recommend the beach cart! The house was a short 5 minute bike ride to the boardwalk, approximately a 15 minute walk. Turtle point is in East Beach, very close to The Sanctuary, Town Market, and also easy access to Vanderhorst. The house was clean and well appointed. The screened porch was a nice place to sit, though there is a musty odor and I suspect the carpet may need replaced. The property could use a bathroom update. The tub/toilet area of the master is tiny which makes maneuvering around a bit difficult. The washer and dryer are kind of small and quite noisy, which can be a bit of a problem since they are right between 2 bedrooms. Some additional pots and pans would be nice, particularly a small pan that could be used to heat up a can of soup - we didn't find one of that size. Overall, this was a nice property and we would stay here again. We would definitely use Akers Ellis again.

Family Reunion

3rd year staying at Kiawah (2nd time at Turtle cove villas) with 3 adult sons and a 4 yr old grandchild. Loved the house and location! Never needed to turn on the TV for the entire stay. Easy walk to the beach. My son brought Spike Ball, which kept everyone entertained at the beach. Well appointed kitchen. So enjoyed cycling both the bike paths and the beach; just the best. Restaurants were crowded and could not get a reservation. Definitely need to do this well in advance next time.

Reviewer Comments: We have at least ten items that turned a five day first vacation in two years into a miserable experience, from a non-working stove to a derelict dishwasher, from cookware better suited for an outdoor campfire to an air conditioner that kept turning off. Door handles falling off, bugs...preheat the oven then listen to the fire alarm because of the smoke from the buildup burning off. And more.

This has been the best rental agency in Kiswahili that we have worked with. Anything we asked for we received in a timely manor.My only suggestion was that our refrigerator went out and we lost the contents in the freezer and we didn’t have the use of the freezer. It would have been nice to have been compensated for that through a voucher for ice cream or dinner or the grocery store or a percentage off on our next stay. That concern for a customer goes a long way. Regardless, I am still very satisfied with the customer service

While it was never unusable, it would not freeze hard but cooled fridge fine and worked well enough to keep things partially frozen. Our team immediately brought a cooler with ice, and refilled the ice during your stay to ensure your frozen items were maintained. From our team's correspondence, it does not seem that compensation was every discussed or requested, and we are sorry that you feel that we failed to provide it. Thank you for your comments. Unfortunately, we were not aware of the issue with the cockroaches and apologize for this inconvenience. I have reached out to our property management team to ensure the unit is sprayed for pest control. Regarding the hot water, we had several issues after the power outage that spanned over the entire island. We are only able to assume that this was part of this issue and has now been resolved. We hope that you were able to enjoy your holiday stay despite these issues. Please feel free to contact us for any future stays in Kiawah.

Not the best.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Dryer did not work, stovetop burner had high only, even on low.Master bath too small, have to step in shower to close the door. Handle falling off sliding door so very difficult to lock, TV channels are sparse.

Great Place

Everything was very nice. We enjoyed the complimentary rental beach equipment that was included with the rental. My only complaint was that the ML baseball playoffs were on and we would have liked to watch them. However the cable package must have been the absolute cheapest. I didnt know you could get a cable package that doesnt include TBS. The owners are going pretty cheap on that.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The furnishings are lovely and the beds are super comfy. The kitchen was minimally stocked (no salt and pepper??) but thankfully we brought what we needed. The lagoon view is lovely! Really wished the table and chairs on the porch were replaced with comfy outdoor seating because we spent a lot of time out there. Also, the toilets were difficult to flush without force to the handle which is worrisome when on vacation. Otherwise, it's a stellar spot. Go!

excellent break!

We really enjoyed getting away from home to stay in this beautiful condo in Kiawah. It was just what we needed for our family of 6! We hung out at the beach every day (a short bike ride or walk away) and took long bike rides on the extensive bike paths on the island. It was wonderful
