192 Ryder Cup is our newest Kiawah house rental in the sought after Vanderhorst community. This spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom Kiawah Island vacation home overlooks one of the most captivating lagoons on the island and features a sparkling, private pool and easy beach access!

Double doors open to the foyer which leads to the airy living room featuring hardwood floors, a cathedral ceiling, a fireplace, a 60 in. built in TV and direct access to the screened porch. The adjacent dining room opens directly onto the lagoon side deck with fabulous water views. A gourmet kitchen features a dual element oven, and a gas cooktop, anchored by a center island. The cozy breakfast area opens onto the expansive deck.

192 Ryder Cup comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests in 4 bedrooms. The first floor master suite features a king bed with quality bedding, a spacious walk-in closet, a private bathroom with a double vanity, oversized shower and separate whirlpool tub and direct access to the deck. The Vanderhorst Plantation is a private paradise nestled between East Beach Village and Ocean Park on Kiawah Island. This tranquil plantation boasts maritime forests, marshlands and lagoons, beautiful stretches of beaches and an abundance of wildlife away from the crowds for a true barrier island getaway.

You’re perfectly placed to enjoy the best of Kiawah Island’s championship golf only minutes away at the pristine Osprey Point Golf Course and Peter Dye’s Ocean Course, or a short drive away from Turtle Point or Cougar Point Golf Course. Vanderhorst Plantation is only 4 miles from the top attractions of East Beach Village including Night Heron Park, Kiawah Nature Center, the Roy Barth Tennis Center, and luxury dining and shopping at The Sanctuary Hotel at Kiawah Island Golf Resort.

Pool Access: The private pool (approx 20x40) may be heated for additional charge with 1 week advance notice, but not recommended when outside temps are below 55 degrees. Please note this property has NO resort pool access.

Beach Access: Beach access via Boardwalks 31 and 32.

Please Note: The use of the fireplace is prohibited.

Pet Policy: This property does not allow pets.

Parking: Garage is not for guest use but there is plenty of parking in the driveway area for up to 4 cars.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
