Genießen Sie Urlaub am Meer und erwachen Sie zum Klang der Wellen! Diese aktualisierte Villa mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern befindet sich in günstiger Lage im Herzen von East Beach. Der Night Heron Park, der East Beach Market, das Spa und die Geschäfte im The Sanctuary sind alle nur 5 Gehminuten von der Haustür entfernt. Nicht zu vergessen, der Strand ist direkt hinter der Hintertür!

Beim Betreten der Villa werden Sie mit modernen und schönen Möbeln begrüßt. Es gibt Meerblick von fast jedem Zimmer! Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen Flachbild-TV und bequeme Sofas zum Ausruhen nach einem langen Tag am Strand. Gehen Sie vom Wohnzimmer aus auf den privaten Balkon und genießen Sie die Meeresbrise. Der Essbereich befindet sich am Tisch und bietet Platz für 6 Personen. Er befindet sich direkt neben der voll ausgestatteten Küche. Moderner Luxus erstreckt sich in diesem Raum, der benutzerdefinierte Schränke mit offenen Regalen, Fliesen Backsplash, sowie wunderschöne Granit-Arbeitsplatten enthält.

Das erste Schlafzimmer befindet sich auf dieser Etage mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem halbprivaten Badezimmer, das zum Flur führt. Die Treppe zum zweiten Stock hinaufsteigend, gibt es ein Kingsize-Bett und auch im Flur gibt es ein Rollbett für zusätzliche Gäste. Der dritte Stock, nur 4 Stufen höher, enthält zwei Doppelbetten. Es gibt ein großes Gemeinschaftsbad für alle Gäste.

Der Weg zum Meer ist einfach, da der Strandpromenade direkt vor der Tür ist! Sie können den Strand am Boardwalk 21 erreichen.

Beautiful, tranquil home with great location.

Exceptional home in quiet secluded neighborhood. Loved coffee and drinks on the deck by the lagoon, swimming in the pool and lounging in the hot tub after pickle ball, tennis, golf, bike rides, beach walks and swims.

This condo was perfect for our family. There is an upstairs space so my husband could work quietly while the kids and I enjoyed beautiful ocean views and cooked meals together.

Loved our stay!

My family loved this property! Clean, great layout, and the kitchen was actually well stocked. Knives were sharp, nice pots and pans to cook with, and some excellent cookware. Stay here if you plan to cook while you’re at the beach. The room at the very top did run warm and was difficult to cool off. Other than that one room, the propert was great and beach view is unbeatable!

Clean place

Great for a family visit but not for a work trip. Expected it to be a little more updated. Downstairs was great. But no ac upstairs just fyi. Bathrooms were very clean so that was nice.

Great location

So convenient. We’ve been coming to Kiawah for 23 years and have never stayed on the beach or in a condo. We were happy with it although it was much smaller than what we are used to. But the views of the beach made up for that.

Great Views and Location

We had a very relaxing stay in this beautiful condo. The views were amazing and the condo was comfortable and nicely decorated. Maybe because of the pandemic but there were no dish towels, potholders or basics like salt & pepper, etc. so be prepared to bring everything from home. It was nice to have chair and umbrella rentals as you entered the beach. Also access to the bike paths was close.

It rained the whole time we were there so that was a bummer! We will definitely be back when the weather is nicer as the beach was beautiful. The property was smaller than expected but worked fine for our family. The photos are definitely not updated and lighting made it seem much nicer than it actually is. Rugs looked very old and dirty, the walls in the living room were damaged and beat up, the living room clock doesn't work. Beds were fine and overall pretty clean but the property is a little bit old and outdated. The bathroom pull handle wasn't even screwed on but I sent a message and someone came to fix it right away. Overall it was fine for 2.5 days but I would've booked something newer and nicer but this was our first time visiting Kiawah Island.

Overall a good unit. Kitchen and bathrooms are updated and nice. However, living room furniture needs replaced, now. The bedroom with two queen beds wasn’t useable due to lack of AC to that level. Bathroom rugs were filthy. Had to wash them ourselves. View and location was great

Great place and location

We enjoyed this spot on Kiawah. It was a nice unit and we would rent again, the beds were really good. The bathroom did have black mold in the showers, but I cleaned them so they should be good now! Ha! Also the unit was stuffy and everyone was ready to get home by the end of the week. I suspect the air filters needed to be changed and cleaned because dust had collected on the large vent and some smaller ones. We did enjoy our time though and again thought this was a really good place.

Spring vacation at Kiawah

We had 4 adults in our party. Villa perfect living room size and bedroom size for a vacation. Main floor bedroom with full bath on ground floor made it easily accessible for an elderly person. The remaining Two Bedrooms and Massive bathroom on the upper level. Upstairs living area with desk and pull out couch if needed was very convenient for an extra guest or a quiet work area. Entrance to the building is loaded with stairs. There is no ramp available to roll luggage up to the elevator. This could be a problem for some. Balcony seated Two people comfortably - nice to watch the sun rise over the water.

Kiawah Island Beach Condo

We appreciated the most the location of this condo where we enjoyed the sunrise every morning from the balcony. Nearby FreshFields Village was very convenient with grocery, restaurants and shops. Biking trails and property in general were well kept. The unit was very clean even down to the baseboards. Our only recommendation is some maintenance and upkeep of the unit due to expected "wear and tear." Our ice maker did not work, light bulbs under the cabinets were burnt out or not working, the fan in the second floor bathroom did not work, dry wall behind the living room chairs were cracked (probably from people leaning back or pushing back into the wall), and one of the living room chairs needed repair to the upholstery to the right arm (got scratched by it). Overall it was a wonderful stay, and we would stay there again.

Great Stay but Condo Needs TLC

Hi- We had a great stay here in March for Spring Break with 2 adults and 2 kids. Check in process and all the pre check-in information shared was perfect. The location of this unit is ideal, and we had everything we needed- kitchen tools, laundry, towels and even some beach gear which was so appreciated. The only complaint is that the unit desperately needs some maintenance. The sofa and chairs in the living room are filthy and worn down. The chairs are rubbing against the wall causing paint to chip off on the floor. Most walls had scuffs and dings. We did find the primary king upstairs has no closet which was inconvenient. The downstairs king would be better suited but the TV was in upstairs bedroom. Thanks to Sweetgrass for recommendations.

Place was ok.

We loved the location of the property. Our disappointment comes with cleanliness. We had to wash much of the kitchen items before we could use them. The kitchen floor was sticky. The garbage can had not totally been emptied and smelled-food was left underneath the new bag that had been left in the can. The additional garbage bags left for our use were too small for the can. We recognize that these are cleaning company issues but, this is what was disappointing.

Run down and lots of roaches

The property is right on the beach and the view is great but there were a lot of roaches. I understand a few, but we probably shewed off 20-25 in our 4 day stay. They were on the table, couch, counter top, in the dishwasher and even one in the refrigerator. There were several places that need attention in the unit, like some holes in the walls that need patching, a really musty smell as you walk in the door, a hole where the doorbell used to be, wires dangling from where a smoke detector should be in the master bedroom, duct tape holding the threshold of the stairs together, and quite a few other things that I wouldn’t have expected for a room at this price. Overall we were disappointed in this unit.

Roach issue

We loved the home but had to be moved after 1 night due to a roach infestation.

A Week Well Spent in This Welcoming Condo

We had a great time at this oceanfront property. One of the beds was a full size, as was the fold out sofa, so for three adult cousins, it was a bit difficult for sleeping arrangements. The king sized beds for the older generation worked great, and we made due. The beach is right out the window, so going in for lunch and coming back out is easy. We loved the comfy soothing decor and read a few of the books available. The kitchen worked well but could use a second set of plates and silverware, so you don’t have to wash after every meal. It could use a new frying pan and a pizza cutter! Small complaints really. Kiawah is so relaxing and this condo made it even better! We would come back for sure.

Needs Improvement

Pots pans skillets need replaced. Cook not fry bacon make pan cakes etc.. everything stuck and burned..(after using lots of Pam) Not enough coffee mugs -we only had 3 people. Small bedroom upstairs was extremely hot. The fan was no help. Too hot to sleep comfortably. Living area too small for more than 2 people..just not what we are us to for a three bedroom condo. We called maintenance the 2nd day about not enough hot water when taking a bath. A man came out and said he needed someone other than him to further look into it.. no one came. We all had to shower the entire time. 2 of the three of us are bath people. Walls, baseboards and vents look dirty. Dryer made an annoying noise when running. We actually left early.
