Fantastic location for Disney (was at Animal Kingdom in under 10 mins) and Universal. Great base with cooking/laundry facilities. Clean, tidy apartment. Very nice gated resort - quiet. Would certainly look at returning on next Florida trip.

Awesome location for Disneyworld!

We stayed here for our Disneyworld trip, the location could not be any better! It’s next to everything you need as an out of state visitor. The community is beautiful, clean, quiet, and very private. The home is super nice, it’s clean, and very comfortable for my family of 5. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone and worth coming back to visit.

Another great week in Orlando and Disneyworld

Location is great and very convenient to parks, shopping and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable, as was living room and bathrooms. Thanks for everything and we will be back!!!

Quiet neighborhood

Really enjoyed the quiet, secure neighborhood. The internet went down and they responded quickly to get me back up and going. The only negative was the amount of traffic getting in and out, the adjacent Wal-Mart posed to be quite challenging at times.

Two weeks at oakwater

We have just returned from what was our first family holiday to Florida. Staying at Oakwater was brilliant, the location is incredibly convenient for all the Disney parks and local tourist attractions. The condo was clean and well presented. I was surprised by the size of the condo, it was larger than I expected. It was a very comfortable stay away from home and we have left filled with happy memories. The pool and facilities at Oakwater were excellent and I would definitely stay there again.

Great Place!

This was the perfect property for us. The host was very friendly and responsive. Definitely a perfect distance from the theme parks if you are going for that. A nice gated community super close to a lot of amenities and restaurants. We were hit with hurricane Milton while staying there and lost power for two days, which was fine and nothing the host would be able to do about that, however there were no flash lights in the house. So we did have a hard time those few days and had to go out and buy our own flash lights.

Thank you Katelyn, we are glad you enjoyed your stay (although definitely not the visit from Milton). We are reviewing the possibility of providing flashlights in all homes, trying to decide if the prevalence of smartphones with flashlights negates the need for them

Beautiful unit!

Unit was lovely, nicely furnished, very spacious and bright! Comfy mattresses, plenty of hot water although it took a while to get up to temp. Although unit was closer to entrance, still a quick walk to pool. Pool could be MUCH warmer. They tell you it’s heated, not so sure. Great hot tub! Wonderful splash pad for kids.

Beautiful space!

We loved everything about this rental. It was comfortable for our family of 5 adults. The rental had everything we needed. It was super close to Magic Kingdom, walking distance to Walmart, and just an overall great location. Every time I reached out to thr host they responded quickly. We had a late check in and needed a parking pass and the living room tv cable wasn't working - but the host made sure that we got both resolved quickly. I also asked for late check out and Angie was able to give us some extra time. Overall we had a great experience in this rental!!

10-15 mins to Disney!

Very clean. Close to the Disney properties. It is a gated community but gate was not working at time of our stay. Loved that they have a Walmart just outside. Comfy beds and loved the size of bathrooms. Kitchen very updated and nice. Description was very accurite, I just wish it included that there were 2 openings to stair cases. I understood it was on second floor but I expected only one staircase opening. As a mother of a walking 1 year old, there was really no sense of relaxation. I did purchase a baby gate and left it there for future guests but even then the baby gate is not all secure. We had to push the small sofa in front of staircase to prevent baby from falling there. Please add there are 2 stair case openings to your description. Other than that, everything was lovely. Thank you!

Thank you Sandra, we are glad you had a lovely stay and thank you for adding a baby gate to our home and for pointing out that this information was missing from our listings. We have checked and this home was equipped with two baby gates. As you noted, these are not 100% secure, however, this home does have them available in the master bedroom closet.

We had a WONDERFUL time

We stayed for 4 weeks and really enjoyed our time! The appartment is in a very perfect area for every themepark. It also is right next to a Walmart and a lot of convenient eatery. The kitchen is the best supplied we have ever stayed in - with even plastic boxes to put food in to take with you. We had NO bugs anywhere… that has not always been the case in Florida!!! We have had a great time and it really felt like a home to us! If we come back to Orlando we will DEFINITELY try to stay there again!!!
