First of all this is not a property with a heated pool for the price listed . If you are traveling in the colder months and want a heated pool you will be paying an additional cost for the pool. The listing heading is misleading and deceptive until you read all the fine print in some section that vaguely mentions the heating being an option. Secondly, on arrival we were greated by a house full of Roaches. In the Kitchen cabinets including the cutlery drawers , bathroom walls, toilet roll stacks, and randomly through the living room and hallways of the house. The species of roach in the house are typically found coming from septic tanks or a sign of plumbing issues. For live roaches to be seen so frequently throughout the day is a sign of a heavy infestation. The house smelled stale and unclean and the couches in the main tv room old and soiled. I was traveling with my children one of whom is only 17months old. I was very uncomfortable and disgusted with the very obvious hygiene and sanitation issues crawling around us. The location was good and within a good distance to all the usual spots in Orlando.

From day one, Wednesday April 1, the guest had been causing a lot of trouble from the moment she pulled in to park her vehicle in front of the property. After parking her vehicle, she removed a garbage can from its pick up location and then placed it on the sidewalk where pedestrians are walking and jogging, and consequently led to a miss pick up the following day, Thursday. Obviously, it is a violation, and the city of Kissimmee could issue a citation against the property owner for negligence. Next, the guest complained about not getting a free heated pool service where she already obtained 19% or $255.36 off her booking fees. After denying her request for a free heated pool service, now she mentioned about seeing living roaches every where in the house which is a huge fabrication. I took pictures proving how the guest poorly mistreated the house. She left the house filthy dirty and stench with dirty pots, dishes,knives, forks, spoons, cups, garbage can lid on the kitchen cabinet, sink, and even left over foods on the stove. The guest did not use the dishwasher at all which could have taken less than 2 minutes. She is horrible, and I wish that I never rented again a similar guest during this year.

Pool light was broken and well as the pool filter pump, host said the hot tub was ready to use but after I was already there they said we couldn’t use the jets because a pool technician had to come out to turn them on. Fridge was leaking over the kitchen. 60% of the outlets inside were not working. Pool chairs were dry rotted and broken

Great Spot

We used this spot as stop between our cruise and home. It was exactly what we needed. The pool was perfect for our children. The kids loved the bedroom setups.

The decor of the property was severely outdated. It’s a cute house but needs some work. There was some sort of sewer type smell. Not sure what it was from. We were unable to use the jetted hot tub outside and the waterfalls in the pool seemingly did not work. The beds were quite old and very “creaky”, making it hard to rest. Also, it was very hot when we stayed and with the AC not being able to be turned below 74, the house got up to 87 at one point.

We had great communication with the property owner prior to arrival. The house was more spacious than the pictures and the pool was fabulous. The kitchen could utilize some newer utensils and cooking pans. The location was great to get to the Disney parks as well as lots of restaurants in the area. It was also close to major stores like WalMart and Target. Thanks for sharing your property.

QUICK TRIP

I visited the property for a quick birthday trip for my daughter's birthday. We were in on Friday and out on Sunday. All questions that I had prior to booking were answered right away from the owner. The home was very clean, you could smell the cleaning products when you opened the door---which was fine by me because i have high OCD tendencies. This made me happy, I did not have to worry about any of us picking up a bug or something.The home was comfortable with a nice pool. I didn't get the opportunity to enjoy the spa, but the patio area was nice and relaxing. All bedrooms and the living/dining room, and family all had tvs with firestick with ease of operating, Wifi was reliable and quick. Very quiet neighborhood. Overall, a wonderful stay in a nice home. I will book again!!

Good Stay

The property was a good stay. Plenty of space and enough rooms. It was clean. It was good. The owner was friendly. The property was maintained except the faucets were not working properly in the kitchen. There were no dishwasher liquid. The owner was asking tonpay extra to use pool and hot tub. Utencils could be cleaner. We had to hand wash utencils before and after use.

Important things not in working order to have a pleasant stay here

This property was not in working order with many importance things, the kitchen sink faucet was not working. the pool was green. the tvs were not working. those things were a big disappointment.

Not for us

Starting review on a positive note-Price was economical, house was close to Disney parks, shopping, and restaurants. It also had enough soap, paper towel and toilet paper to last the week. However, house was very outdated, and required LOTS of routine maintenance. Smoke detector STILL hanging from ceiling and would intermittently chirp. Ceiling was too high to reach it and to remove battery. Door knob was falling off in master bedroom. Ice maker in freezer didn’t work, Doorwall had a piece of wadded up paper holding possibly pool alarm in place. Most alarmingly, the handle on the back gate was busted off so gate wouldn’t stay closed giving open access to anyone to get in pool. Also the gate would flap in the wind waking us up on multiple nights. The house smelled like it was freshly cleaned but it didn’t feel clean. Perhaps there isn’t enough communication between the management company and the owner.
