Kürzlich renoviert !! Frisch gestrichen, neue Fernseher, neue Zellventilatoren, neue Betten, neues Sofagarnitur und neuer Teppich installiert. Oakwater Community hat auch viele Verbesserungen erhalten und ist eine der am besten bewerteten Gemeinden in der Nähe von Disney. Unser Haus ist nur wenige Minuten von den Toren von Walt Disney World entfernt und können Ihre ganze Familie unterzubringen. Es ist komplett mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigen. Diese schöne Wohnung befindet sich in der Gated Community von Oakwater und bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Die 4.000 sq. Clubhaus verfügt über einen großen Lagunen-Pool, Tennis, Volleyball und Basketball, Kinderspielplatz, ein Spielzimmer und ein Fitnesscenter. Condo besteht aus einem Kingsize-Bett, einem Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten, PlayStation 2 und PlayStation 3, kostenlosen WLAN-Internetzugang und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Diese Wohnung ist auch sehr sauber und die Schädlingsbekämpfung wird alle zwei Monate gemacht, um eine fehlerfreie Umgebung zu gewährleisten. Auch das Anwesen ist professionell sauber vor jeder Ankunft.

Excellent stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Condo was very comfortable and clean. Close to Walmart for any needs but a little gem of tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle. Would definitely come again and recommend to anyone else!

I loved this condo I would definitely stay here again.

The only thing it didn’t have was an iron ,but besides that everything else was perfect very clean and spacious.

Amazing home for an even better price

This home met and exceeded all of our expectations. It was within a 10 minute drive to all Disney theme parks, the amenities at the neighborhood were great, and the house was in great condition and updated. We didn't have a single negative thing to say from start to finish. I highly recommend staying here, and we will definitely look to book here for future vacations.

Very nice resort

Overall a very nice quiet, clean property. Our condo was great, very comfortable. Pool, hot tub area was great. Only a couple negatives, the volleyball court was nonexistent, completely overgrown with grass and sticks, and unusable. Also, the pool and hot tub area didn’t open until 10 AM, it really would’ve been nice to be able to use that earlier in the morning. But would stay here again!

Host was great, quick to respond. The location was central to the parks and there is a Walmart beside the property to buy food etc. my only complaint is that there were no coffee filters, two very small roles of toilet paper (family of 4 for 7 days ), a sliver of soap, 1 garbage bag, one dishwasher tab. Most hotels will give you enough hygiene items for your stay, seems a bit ridiculous that I had to buy a package of dishwasher tabs, TP, and hand soap. I used paper towel as a coffee filter as I didn’t want to buy an entire sleeve of them for the 7 days we were there. I’ve stayed at VRBOS in the past and they all tend to do this but this one by far was the worst. Otherwise top notch place but if I was to stay again I’d bring some supplies. A heads up on this would have been appreciated.

Great condo and quiet community

The condo is great. It is exactly as you see in the pictures. It is within 30 minutes of all the tourist places. The area is quiet. The pool is very nice and was not busy the week we were there. I would recommend taking wash rags and dish cloths. They are not provided due to Covid recommendations. The King bed is firm but I was so tired I slept great. Communication was great. I would stay there again. We didn't want to leave. Thank you!

We had an amazing time!! The condo was exactly as listed. We felt safe. We had an issue with the door unlocking one time ( no fault of owner) , contacted property manager and received the best service and he was so kind . Issue resolved in minutes !! I will say we did not have wash clothes in our prepackaged set , but we did buy some for a few dollars at Walmart, which is next door to condo! Such a great stay ! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with my family !!! Appreciate you and will be back next year !

Wonderful stay

Wonderful place to stay! Fantastic location. So close to the parks! (Disney, Universal and Sea World) Very clean and spacious unit. We stayed in the condo for about 6 weeks and absolutely loved it. It was hard to leave as it was so comfortable. The kids loved the pool and playground and we loved the ability to park easily and even have a garage! The washer and dryer and walk in closet are all added bonuses. We also enjoyed the screened balcony as it was lovely to sit in and read a book. The owners and rental property managers were all great to work with. Very responsive and would highly recommend. We will be back as we loved it so much! Thank you so much for the great place to stay!!!

This condo unit was located so close to Disney and within walking distance to Walmart. The condo had large rooms and bathrooms plus it was super clean. We loved staying here and would definitely rent again.

Great Value, Felt like home, Family-oriented neighborhood

Our 5-night stay at Chris & Kelly’s condo made our Orlando vacation special. The home was clean and stocked with the basics, including all the essentials to cook (which we did). The condo was only 5 min to Walmart, 13 min to Disney, 10 min to Target and casual/formal dining, and 15 min to International Drive (where practically everything is located). The clubhouse staff were super friendly and helpful, especially upon our arrival. The hot tub and pool were nice features- our 2 year old continues to ask about going to the pool. :) I gave this property a 4-star for the following reasons: 1. The beds were extremely hard although the pillows were comfy. 2. It took roughly 2 hours to get checked in after a 6-hour drive to Orlando. The access info wasnt in the reservation booking attachment letter and when we asked the property management company for the info we were told that the owners handled everything but Chris and Kelly were out of the States. After multiple attempts, we finally obtained access. This was headache to say the least upon arrival. Nevertheless, our overall experience was great and I would recommend this property for sure! We have a trip to Orlando in early July 2018 which we hope the property is available! Thanks Chris and Kelly for sharing your vacation home with us! Please try to correct those things mentioned so the next vacationers will have a smooth process!

Hi, Thank you for the nice review. Please accept our apologies for the check in process. I did sent an email with instructions 4 days before your arrival but it may have gone to your spam folder. I would like to recommend our future guests who are reading this review to contact us via email if you don't get your check in instructions with 1 (one) week prior arrival. Check-in/ registration is required before accessing the condo (at Magical Memories Office). About the beds....well this is a hit or miss. Our old beds/mattress (the one now are 1 year old) were quite soft and we got some complains about them (check earlier reviews), besides my wife prefers firm mattress (it has been a long fight....as I prefer the soft ones).....and as you all know.....wife always wins....so for our future guest reference: The master bedroom has a King bed with firm mattress, the second bedroom has a Queen bed with medium density Mattress and the 3rd room has Twin beds also with medium density Mattress. Thank you so much for choosing our home and we do hope to have you and your family back in the near future!

Amazing location!! Nice condo.

Great location, literal minutes away from parks. It was nice to be able to come home for a mid-day break. Very close to Walmart and other stores for groceries and other simple needs. Simple, but nice place, had the essentials. Comfortable and great size for four adults. Great stay at this condo for the week with my family!

Felt like home

Our family of 4 stayed here on our recent trip to Disney. Our kids LOVED it! Everything we needed was there and it was so nice to have the space of a home instead of being cramped in a hotel. Walmart was right around the corner as well as many restaurants. Disney is SUPER close. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub our last day. It is exactly like the pictures and the price was amazing! The condo was beautiful and very comfortable.

Overall we were very satisfied with the home and the owner. Had a little hiccup in the beginning but Chris (owner) was very accommodating and wonderful. Home away was top notch. After all said it done we would definitely come back and stay there on our next trip to Florida. Great Job!

Perfect spring break getaway place for our family!

We spent Easter week at this wonderful condo at the end of March. From the moment we arrived we felt right at home, relaxed, and completely comfortable. It was very clean and welcoming -- wide open floor plan, lots of windows, balcony, spacious rooms. This place was great for our family of 5 -- our 2 toddlers shared a bedroom, our teenage daughter had her own room, and we had the master suite that we absolutely loved. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of this location compared to other places in the area that we have stayed. It felt like we were truly at home, not at a busy touristy resort. The owners were fabulous and responded quickly when we had a few small questions while we were there. Our family spent every day at the pool, which was perfect for our children because of the zero entry and shallow area. We even enjoyed spotting a few baby alligators in the pond from our balcony! This is definitely a place we would love to stay again. Thank you for a fabulous vacation and sharing your home with us!

Comfortable, relaxing vacation

My family of 6 stayed here on our recent Disney trip. This property is so close and convenient we spent little time driving. We could all spread out and relax. The property was clean, the owner and property manager were always available to answer questions or help. I would recommend you stay here.

Right at home!!!

If you're looking for a great location to the parks and comfortable place to stay on your trip, this would be it. More than enough space for my family of 4.The master bedroom faces the lake and the sunrises above the lake. Absolutely beautiful. Chris and Kelly were more than helpful through the whole process. I highly recommend their home. Looking forward to coming back.

Great loaction and place to rest and enjoyable

Everything is well care , looks sharp on the maintenance and cleanness. Great location , close from parks and shopping places ! Very nice house that makes your stay pleasant ! The pictures are the real thing !! Everything works as was expect since the reservation until the end! For sure next year I will book again !

We love to travel! Despite we believe is great to go and see new places we always reserve some time to spend in Orlando FL. We have been coming to florida almost every year since we met, reason why we decided to purchase our condo in Kissimmee, just minutes away of Walt Disney World.

We rented a condo in Oakwater back in 2008 and we just loved the place. Luckily we found a similar condo for sale a year later and we had no doubt that Oakwater Resort was the place we wanted to spend our vacations!

Oakwater is a small and beautiful gated community in a very good location. It is just few minutes away from all major Supermarkets and restaurants as well as the lovely city of Celebration (it is worth a visit!). Different than staying in Hotels, being in a family community like Oakwater is very relaxing. Oakwater is near everything but at the same time it is quiet and very well kept. Most important: is very safe. The 24hs security and assigned parking are just few of the benefits you will find during your stay here. A very well kept Clubhouse with Gym, Games Room and a Lagoon style Swimming Pool with lake view are just perfect for a day away of the busy Theme parks and Outlets. Give it a chance and you will be back for sure. We did!
