Das Hotel liegt im dritten Stock (es gibt keinen Aufzug) ist dies eine sehr hübsche und überraschend geräumige Wohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Flachbild-TV, einen Kleiderschrank und ein eigenes Bad mit Badewanne / Dusche, Waschbecken und WC. Schlafzimmer 2 verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, einen Flachbildfernseher und einen Kleiderschrank. Schlafzimmer 3 verfügt über zwei Etagenbetten. Es gibt auch einen Schrank und einen Fernseher in diesem Raum. Das Familienbad verfügt über eine Badewanne / Dusche, ein Waschbecken und ein WC.

Der Hauptwohnbereich ist offen gestaltet und verfügt über einen Esstisch, zwei Ledersofas, einen Flachbild-TV, einen DVD-Player, Kabel-TV und einen im Balkon abgeschirmten Balkon. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und verfügt über einen Elektroherd / Backofen, eine Mikrowelle, einen Geschirrspüler, ein Doppelwaschbecken und einen Kühl- / Gefrierschrank. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner.

Vor der Wohnung gibt es Parkplätze an der Straße. WLAN nutzen Sie kostenfrei. Our stay was great, really close to all the parks, neat and clean, we didn’t use the clubhouse until the last day buts it’s got a pool and workout area!

Great stay for our family going to the parks over 4 days. Although the parks were 30-40 minutes away we were able to not run into traffic during iut commute.Beautiful rooms with comfy bedding. Would definitely stay here again

The apartment was clean and the amenities were amazing, enough to keep 6 13 year old boys entertained for a few hours. The location was great and close enough to Disney ESPN wild world of sports. Definitely a great stay.

Great place to be!

Condo was clean and close to dining and Disney! Had everything we needed. Host was very responsive. Had starters for toilet paper, trash bags and laundry detergent, etc. GREAT rental and budget friendly! Nice neighborhood.

Great family stay

We enjoyed 5 nights at this property. This unit is in a gated community that was quiet and felt safe for my family. We spent lots of time at the pool. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us and we liked the balcony view of the reserve. It was a short distance to Disney parks and down the street from several grocery options, shopping, and nice restaurants. The owners were easy to communicate with and were quick to respond to any questions I had. We would definitely recommend or stay again.

Great property and wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful family vacation at this property. Everything was super easy and that listing was very accurate. It was very clean and had all the amenities. The pool was really great and the kids loved the arcade and games room. We loved that there was a little restaurant with drinks on site. It felt very safe with the gated community. Having so much space for everyone was really nice. We had an issue with the TV and the owners replaced it the next day. They were great at communication and very responsive. We would absolutely book this place again.

The place was nice and as listed. The strollers at the condo were a real benefit or the young children we took to the Disney and Universal parks. Nice Disney touches. 3rd floor was a struggle, but the hosts made that clear in gthe information before booking.

Great Stay!

We stayed here for two days prior to our Disney vacation on property, and it was honestly very relaxing. Plenty of space to spread out, our 3 girls loved the Mickey bunk bed room and community pool was very nice! Very close to shopping and everything you need and the check in process at the front gate was very smooth. Would absolutely stay here again next year!

Perfect size condo for a family with kids

My family really enjoyed staying here, it was clean, the gated community felt very safe, and the kids loved the bedrooms with all of the disney decor. We never once heard any neighbors through the walls while we were here, which is a nice change from typical noisy hotel stays. The master bedroom mattress was actually comfortable, which is hard to find in a vacation rental like this. Master shower is a little high pitched and noisy from the water pressure but I know that's typical in condos and apartments like these. The balcony overlooks a tree lined area and its a pretty view. Kitchen had just about everything you could think of, kids cups & plates, glass cups for adults and regular nice dinner plates to use. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and some cooking pans, there was also a nice Ninja blender & Kuerig to use. We didn't use any of the community amenities, but they looked very nice. We would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

Excellent Stay Close to Disney

This was the perfect place for our family. Our young son enjoyed the Disney decor. Very conveniently located to the parks. Lots of other fun activities nearby too. The pool was a welcomed bonus and there was a decent playground on the property as well. Great communication from the owners!

Great March Break Vacation

Perfect place for kids and family to bond and spend time together. We had a great time place was awesome. Didn’t have enough time to enjoy all the facilities. Blair was quick at responding!! Definitely a place we felt at home.

Cute, clean condo

The condo was cutely themed, very clean. It seemed to be an older unit, some of the decals were peeling, and a few of the lights were burnt out. We had some issues figuring out the tvs, remotes didn’t seem to be labeled or in the correct rooms. The beds were comfortable, and space was great! The clubhouse pool was awesome, and we didn’t realize you could get food from there until midway thru our stay!

Great find for the price!

This is a very affordable option if choosing to stay off site from Disney. In traffic it takes about 25-30 min to get to the parks so plan accordingly! Check in was at 4 and we arrived at 5:30 with the cleaning crew still working. They were very nice and visited with us and were done by 6. Not ideal, but not really a major issue for us. The king and queen beds were very comfortable memory foam mattresses. There are very few kids plates/bowls and no plastic cups so be sure to bring your own! Also bring your own paper coffee filters but there is a keurig with a reusable pod. I had wished there were more towels and maybe a few laundry pods as the check out process asks you start a load of towels or sheets before you leave if possible (not required though!).

Perfect place to stay for a family

We could not be happier with our stay at this location. The property owner was very professional and timely in their response to us. The condo its self was super clean and well maintained. The club house in the gated community in which this property is located is awesome! It’s got a big pool, hot tub, movie theatre, arcade, and a convenience shop. Staff was more than courteous and accommodating. If we return to this area we will definitely book this place again. We highly recommend this property!

We were out and about a lot, but with our time in the condo, we had everything we needed. It was comfortable, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. Thank you to the owners! My boys and I had a great time in Kissimmee and Orlando.

Just a weekend with the family!

A getway weekend before the Holidays starts. Some small minor cosmetic questions about the place but overall everything felt like home and the location was a decent traveling distance from everywhere we wanted to go. This place will.be in our favorites.
