Der Wohnbereich verfügt über einen großen Fernseher mit Kabelanschluss und kostenloses WLAN. Das Zimmer verfügt über komfortable, moderne Möbel und ist in neutralen Tönen und einem Hauch von Farbe gestaltet, die eine stilvolle und erfrischende Atmosphäre bieten. Es gibt einen tollen Fensterplatz, der direkt neben der Tür zum abgeschirmten Balkon liegt. . Es gibt Highspeed-Internetzugang und ein Haustelefon mit kostenlosen Anrufen innerhalb der USA.

Die Küche ist komplett mit einem Geschirrspüler und allen anderen großen und kleinen Geräten ausgestattet, die Sie brauchen, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Alle Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Küchenutensilien und Geschirr sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Der Hauptbereich der Wohnung ist offen und hell, mit der Küche mit Blick auf das Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer. Der Essbereich bietet Platz für 6 Personen mit zusätzlichen 3 Hockern an der Frühstücksbar.

Es gibt drei geräumige Schlafzimmer. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Flachbild-TV und ein komplettes Bad mit begehbarer Dusche. Das Schlafzimmer hat Türen zum abgeschirmten Balkon. Das Queen-Schlafzimmer hat auch einen Flachbild-TV. Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat ein Etagenbett mit einem Einzel- und einem Doppelbett (voll) und einen weiteren Flachbild-TV. Diese Schlafzimmer teilen sich das Bad.

Eine Terrassentür vom Wohnzimmer führt auf einen abgeschirmten Balkon, von dem Sie einen Blick auf den Oakwater-Innenhof genießen können, der üppig bewachsen ist und einen schönen Aussichtspunkt für Vögel und Eichhörnchen bietet. Das Oakwater Resort verfügt über einen großen Pool ohne Zugang, ein Spa und ein Planschbecken für die Kinder. Es gibt einen schönen See mit einem Wanderweg und Angeln zur Verfügung! Das gated Resort verfügt auch über einen Fitnessraum, ein Spielzimmer, einen Tennisplatz, einen Basketballplatz und einen Sandvolleyballplatz.

Das Oakwater Resort liegt nicht nur in der Nähe von Disney World, sondern auch in der Nähe aller anderen großen Themenparks und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Es gibt mehrere Golfplätze in der Nähe. Das Resort liegt in der Nähe von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants.

We had a WONDERFUL time

We stayed for 4 weeks and really enjoyed our time! The appartment is in a very perfect area for every themepark. It also is right next to a Walmart and a lot of convenient eatery. The kitchen is the best supplied we have ever stayed in - with even plastic boxes to put food in to take with you. We had NO bugs anywhere… that has not always been the case in Florida!!! We have had a great time and it really felt like a home to us! If we come back to Orlando we will DEFINITELY try to stay there again!!!

Great Place!

This was the perfect property for us. The host was very friendly and responsive. Definitely a perfect distance from the theme parks if you are going for that. A nice gated community super close to a lot of amenities and restaurants. We were hit with hurricane Milton while staying there and lost power for two days, which was fine and nothing the host would be able to do about that, however there were no flash lights in the house. So we did have a hard time those few days and had to go out and buy our own flash lights.

Great stay

Fantastic location for Disney (was at Animal Kingdom in under 10 mins) and Universal. Great base with cooking/laundry facilities. Clean, tidy apartment. Very nice gated resort - quiet. Would certainly look at returning on next Florida trip.

Quiet neighborhood

Really enjoyed the quiet, secure neighborhood. The internet went down and they responded quickly to get me back up and going. The only negative was the amount of traffic getting in and out, the adjacent Wal-Mart posed to be quite challenging at times.

Awesome location for Disneyworld!

We stayed here for our Disneyworld trip, the location could not be any better! It’s next to everything you need as an out of state visitor. The community is beautiful, clean, quiet, and very private. The home is super nice, it’s clean, and very comfortable for my family of 5. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone and worth coming back to visit.

Perfect Condo

The location was great, convenient to all Disney parks and restaurants. The condo was very clean and just the right size for us and our three grandchildren. The grandchildren loved the pool and play area. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful unit!

Unit was lovely, nicely furnished, very spacious and bright! Comfy mattresses, plenty of hot water although it took a while to get up to temp. Although unit was closer to entrance, still a quick walk to pool. Pool could be MUCH warmer. They tell you it’s heated, not so sure. Great hot tub! Wonderful splash pad for kids.

Beautiful space!

We loved everything about this rental. It was comfortable for our family of 5 adults. The rental had everything we needed. It was super close to Magic Kingdom, walking distance to Walmart, and just an overall great location. Every time I reached out to thr host they responded quickly. We had a late check in and needed a parking pass and the living room tv cable wasn't working - but the host made sure that we got both resolved quickly. I also asked for late check out and Angie was able to give us some extra time. Overall we had a great experience in this rental!!

Great stay in a great location

Property was amazing. Not only for the accommodations, but the location as well. Enjoyed the clubhouse and proximity to all that Orlando had to offer. Kitchen was amazingly stocked and easy to use. Would stay here again no question.

Another great week in Orlando and Disneyworld

Property was as described and adequately equipped. Owners provided excellent communication throughout the whole process and the stay was very seamless. Location is great and very convenient to parks, shopping and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable, as was living room and bathrooms. Thanks for everything and we will be back!!!

Two weeks at oakwater

We have just returned from what was our first family holiday to Florida. Staying at Oakwater was brilliant, the location is incredibly convenient for all the Disney parks and local tourist attractions. The condo was clean and well presented. I was surprised by the size of the condo, it was larger than I expected. It was a very comfortable stay away from home and we have left filled with happy memories. The pool and facilities at Oakwater were excellent and I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent property. Very well kept. Slight issue with lock resolved immediately (on Christmas Eve, no less). Very convenient to the Disney parks and perfect place to stay for my family of 4. Highly recommended and would stay again!

Great spot near Disney

Everything was great. Description of the condo was spot on, Walmart is a 5 minute walk next door to grab whatever you need, area is a quiet and peaceful gated community, and ride shares to/from the Disney parks are about $20-25 each.

September Vacation

The condo is located in a great place next to Walmart off the 192. Very secure gated community. Very spacious and everything you could need, very comfortable bed (master) would definitely use again we love the area if you’re visiting Disney etc it’s all a quick drive. Quick and easy booking process and this was cancelled and moved again from 2020 but it was all done easily through the management. Many thanks and we will see you again soon Paul & Helen

Great Property!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The condo had everything we needed during our stay. It was very clean, lots of room for the 7 of us and very comfortable. The location worked out really well for us. We were only 5-15 minutes away from each of the Disney Parks. We had no complaints about the condo, the facility’s in the condo or the area in which we stayed. The listing was very accurate as to what we were getting. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, good size for our family

The property is very close to Disney. We enjoyed staying there. Plenty of room for our family of 5. We had a little difficulty checking in with the club house as it was closed and locked at 7:30 pm when we arrived. We had to text the property manager to get our parking pass from the security guard and they took care of it quickly. The place was clean enough, but it did have some mildew around the shower, some light bulbs out, and some of the dishes in the cabinets were not clean, but no major issues. We would stay their again.
