Übernachten und entspannen Sie in unserem geräumigen Stadthaus in der Nähe von Disney, Universal und Sea World. Unser Stadthaus befindet sich in Terra Verde, einer hochrangigen, geschlossenen Feriengemeinschaft. Nach Meinung eines Gastes ist unsere Villa eine der besten in Terra Verde (siehe Bewertungen). Unsere Villa verfügt über kostenloses Internet, US- und Kanada-Telefon. In allen drei Schlafzimmern gibt es digitales Kabel-TV und im Wohnzimmer einen Fernseher, einen Blu-ray-Player und Surround-Sound. Unser Stadthaus ist komplett eingerichtet mit einer gut sortierten Küche und viel Bettwäsche. Unsere Villa ist gut gepflegt und verfügt über eine neue Klimaanlage und einen Whirlpool. Kinderfreundlich: Laufstall / Kinderbett, Kindersitzhochstuhl, Kinderwagen, Babytor für Treppen, Steckdosenschutz; und Nudeln für größere Kinder und den Pool ..

Entspannen Sie auf der Terrasse am Grill oder im beheizten Whirlpool. Terra Verde ist von einem Naturschutzgebiet umgeben. Sie können einen angenehmen Spaziergang um den Teich machen, wo Reiher und Enten füttern, oder Sie können Ihr Glück mit Rute und Rolle versuchen.

Walt Disney World (15 Minuten), Celebration (14 Minuten) und Universal (30 Minuten) befinden sich in der Nähe. Alternativ können Sie einen Tagesausflug nach Sea World, Cape Canaveral, Legoland, in die Everglades, zu verschiedenen Parks oder zum Cocoa Beach unternehmen. Terra Verde ist ca. 5 Minuten von einem WalMart Super Center und vielen anderen Geschäften und Restaurants entfernt.


Wir haben zwei Immobilien in derselben Gemeinde für Urlauber, die mehr Platz benötigen, aber dennoch separate Familienhäuser suchen. Wir sind stolz auf unsere Immobilien, Verbesserungen für 2018 beinhalten einen neuen Whirlpool.

Unser Hausverwalter ist fantastisch und hat ein Büro vor Ort im Clubhaus.

GREAT PLACE

This is the 4th time I have stayed at Terre Verde resort and I will stay there again for sure. This place was excellent. Just the right size for the number of people. The hot tub was super relaxing for the adults and the kids enjoyed the pool and club house area. We enjoyed the grill as well. All the comforts of home away from home.

Great vacation

Very nice place, no issues at all. Nice private hot tub. Owner responded immediately when had questions. Check in was easy , resort was good. Nice pool, hot tub and tiki bar.

Perfect!!!!!

Home was clean & very spacious. The view was amazing! The resort was family oriented & fun! Lots to do! Location was great...out of the noisy touristy area!!!! I highly recommend this place to anyone! We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to vacation!

The condo was immaculately clean, nicely furnished and provided everything we needed. The pool was a short walk out the back door. Everyone at the resort was helpful and friendly. The damage deposit was returned quickly following our stay. Would love to stay there again! The Healy's

Great Villa!

Comfortable Place to Stay

Hi Jon. Thank you for renting us your home. We enjoyed the townhouse, it was very comfortable and homey. Thank you for the quick call concerning the hot tub and your follow ups. Great experience. Unit was fully equipped with every thing we could have needed from cookware to beach chairs, towels, etc. Unit was very thoughtfully supplied. Hot tub was glorious. Gas grill was a plus. Pool and club house area beautiful. Loved the Tikki bar and grill. Would do this again !

Another great visit to Terra Verde

Fantastic town house on the amazing Terra Verde resort, a return resort visit for us. The town house had all the amenities you need for a vacation, it was clean, tidy and well maintained with nice views across the lake to the fountain. We did manage to use the hot tub a few times, despite the exceptionally hot weather. However this is where the resort is great, as we went to use the pool some days too. Great food and service at the pool bar once again, and really helpful staff in the clubhouse. The resort is ideal for the 192 Kissimmee area, and all the big Orlando tourist spots. We would definitely recommend the townhouse, and hosts, to others.

Condo review

Nice older condo that could use some upgrades. Neighbors around the pond are inconsiderate by playing music very loud everyday. No answer when calling in a noise complaint. Owners are very responsive.

Very nice and clean house

We stayed 5 days in this beautiful house and it has all amenities as described. Very clean, more than eough space for the four of us. It was great to have our own hot tub and to the main pool it is only a short stroll along the beautiful lake. The contact to the owners was very quick, also the return of the deposit. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home. Everything was perfect, we will be back. _________ Wir waren 5 Tage in diesem Haus, es war alles wie beschrieben vorhanden. Die Einrichtung war für 4 Reisende perfekt, es war sehr sauber. Super war auch der eigene Whirlpool und der kurze weg zum Hauptpool der Anlage, nur kurz am See entlang. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Dier Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr schnell und nett, die Kaution wurde promt zurück überwiesen. Danke für diesen wundervollen Aufenthalt.

This home was very clean and welcoming with our arrival. We came down right before the large ice storm came through the whole east coast and the owners even offered us early entry once communicating we may arrive early now with the extreme weather case. The owners were very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any message/call. We noticed a few things in the home, and let them know as we entered and checked the home out before "moving in". They offered to fix the mentioned few but we passed, as we didn't mind and they said they would address them after our check out! The hot tub had a slow leak so sadly we didn't use it as much as we would have liked and hoped, but they again were going to have a maintenance person fix that at check out. We did take the short walk a couple times around the pond to the community pool and hot tub. I will say, with the extreme cold front for FL, they don't continue to "heat" the large pool. The hot tub was nice and the bar was still open around the pool. The grounds were clean and quiet. The staff at the community building were very helpful and friendly. They have mailboxes on site to mail your post cards. The gate card is easy to get and return. The home is also in a great location for your Disney vacation (maybe 20 min) Universal (maybe 28-30) and We took an hour drive to the coast for The Kennedy Space Center. All very direct and easy travels. Walmart is right down the road and Door Dash was a huge help after LONG park days.

Pleasant Stay

Enjoyed our stay, as always Terra Verde staff are outstanding. Nice short walk to the clubhouse. Pool was not heated for the first 2 days (was an ongoing issue since January), but was resolved when we were there. Great afterwards!

Great place!

The property is really nice and comfortable. It is at least a 20 min drive to get to any of the parks, but it was well worth the drive to come back to a private hot tub!! I felt very safe in the resort, I would definitely stay here again.
