Genießen Sie die Schönheit von Pointe Santo, dem makellosesten und gepflegtesten Anwesen der Insel. Entspannen Sie sich in diesem erstklassigen Sanibel-Komplex. Genießen Sie die Sonne am Pool und im Whirlpool, während sich die Kinder beim Muschelhandwerk und beim Naturspaziergang beim Aktivitätenprogramm der Unterkunft vergnügen.

Unsere neu renovierte Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, um Ihren Urlaub so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die neue Küche bietet alles, was Sie brauchen könnten, einschließlich gefiltertes Wasser und eine Eismaschine im Kühlschrank, eine Cuisinart-Kaffeemaschine und hübsche blaue und weiße Gerichte. Wir versuchen, das Beste von allem in unsere Wohnung zu legen, um unsere Gäste so komfortabel wie möglich zu machen, so dass es nichts zu denken gibt, außer einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen.

Eine kürzliche Renovierung hat zu einer spektakulären Wohnung geführt. Wunderschöne italienische Fliesen im gesamten Gebäude, ein toskanisches Master-Bad mit Badewanne und doppelter Glasdusche. Die Betten sind besonders bequem mit maßgeschneiderter Bettwäsche. Nach einem entspannten Tag warten die Grillgerichte darauf, dass Sie ein Steak oder Fischfilet grillen. Anschließend genießen Sie ein Glas Wein auf der Veranda, während Sie den Sonnenuntergang über dem Golf beobachten. WLAN in der gesamten Wohnung und im Komplex können Sie jederzeit Ihre E-Mails abrufen. Es gibt Fernseher im Wohnzimmer und in den Schlafzimmern sowie DVD-Player.

Unsere Wohnung ist mit einem Sonnenschirm, Liegestühlen, Sandspielzeug, Spielen, Rätseln, DVDs und einem ganzen Bücherregal ausgestattet. Es gibt sogar Strandhandtücher, so dass Sie sie nicht packen müssen. Bringen Sie sich und Ihren Badeanzug einfach mit und genießen Sie es!

The Pointe Santo property is centrally located on Sanibel Island. It was very easy to find and it was a short drive to restaurants, shops and other points of interest. The condo we stayed in was beautifully furnished and well stocked. The landscaping on the property is still in the process of being repaired due to the storm damage caused by Hurricane Ian. It is not as lush & green as one would anticipate, but now knowing how much damage was done, it is amazing how far the restoration has progressed.

Ocean Breezes

The water--from the pool or the ocean--is just steps away. We rented bikes and got to everywhere in just minutes. We loved the thoughtful amenities, like beach chairs, umbrellas and towels as well as high-quality kitchen items for our family that loves to cook. Comfortable beds and furniture and a lovely en-suite bath.

Wonderful stay with accommodating host

Wendy’s home is beautiful and brand new after the renovations made post the hurricanes. We were the first guests to stay since the renovations and any issues were dealt with quickly. Wendy had exceptional communication and let us know ahead of time any delays with the contractors. We would definitely stay here again- would love to see the property once everything is finished :)

Love this place

Beautiful place! Had great accommodations for our 1 year old. Easily fit a fam of 5! Beach chairs, umbrella, etc were so great! Easy first floor walk out. All the updates are so perfect! Really close to bike paths that make it easy to travel! Complex was so well kept. Can’t express how amazing it was. I would definitely return here!

Great location

Over 60 girls trip to Sanibel to celebrate a birthday. Usually stay in a motel on Island but never again after renting this condo. Comfortable home away from home. It was a perfect set up for the 3 of us. Plenty of room, well stocked with house supplies. The setting was fabulous. Highly recommend

Perfect Getaway

What a wonderful property on Sanibel. We felt like we were in a resort, and our host,Wendy, provides all that you need for a great week on a beautiful beach. There were beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, toys and more. The condo is updated and well maintained. Very much appreciated the pantry cupboard filled with some kitchen essentials that saved us from having to purchase. The condo complex is clean and beautifully landscaped and manicured. Wendy was responsive and an easy host who kept in touch from day one. Highly recommend this fabulous condo!

great week at Sanibel

We stayed in condo with my parents, in their 80s. We cook most of our meals, and this condo has a great kitchen! The dining room is comfortable for meals, and living area and porch too. I love this condo for our stay for the week at Sanibel!

Fantastic stay

We had the most amazing week We are leaving relaxed and refreshed. Wendy was very attentive and the property is just lovely and extremely well equipped. My teenage sons had the best time in the waves , playing volleyball, corn hole toss and meeting some friends. My husband and I enjoyed relaxing by the gulf and looking for shells . We can’t wait to return to sanibel !

We live in Albany, NY, so really enjoy escaping the winter and had a number of friends who frequented Sanibel. Once we visited, we were hooked and started looking at condos to buy. Pointe Santo seemed the perfect complex on the Island for us. After owning for 16 years, we feel we made a great decision. The management does a great job of keeping everything pristine.

We feel we were very lucky to have found a community that is well run and beautiful, with lots of nice people. I especially enjoy decorating the condo, and making it as nice as possible, for both our family and our guests.

Pointe Santo condos are much larger than other condos we had stayed in around the island. The grounds are particularly well kept and the beach is very close to the buildings, with no sand dune or boardwalk area between. We love the pool and the hot tub, and have really enjoyed being on the ground floor for such easy access to the grills, the clubhouse and the beach.
