Not so good…

It’s a basic motel room. No cleaning stuff. Tv wasn’t working the first day. Lack of small stuff like paper towels, hangers in bathroom to hang towels. One roll of toilet paper for 7 days stay

Sorry But I texted to you to let me know if you needed anything And you never asked for paper toilet I replaced the tv few hours after you told me that it was blinking In a tipical motel room you have not a jacuzzi and marble floor and a comfortable king size bed I think

South Beach Studio

This studio apt was just like the photos. The host neglected to provide the last piece of the code to get in the apt. Took us an hour + to get in. Thank goodness for the help with the property lobby employee. The shower doors were off the tracks and hard to maneuver. The room needs black out blinds since the bright street light Outside the only window glared throughout the night as well as any noise on the street below. Not a property I would recommend.

Dear Michael I did not forget to write a piece of the code I wrote to you to push the lock bottom after the digits but you did not do it The security guard came and opened the door I wrote you on the VRBO platform and texted you twice “You have to digit one number at time And after the lock button and after Wait 30 second “ I called the security and she opened the door ! Location not ameneties

The location of this property is great. Right across from the beach and at the heart of Ocean Blvd. The room is a bit run down. Not much insofar as amenities. Window latch stuffed with tissue, loose sink handles and tub faucet, hair dryer that only works on low, no kleenex, but most strangely, a television that kept turning on by itself. (4 times while we were sleeping on Saturday night). Door man wasn't very friendly and we got to listen to a guy yell violently at a female in their room and possibly punch a wall. It was a short vacation to enjoy the weather so it fit our needs adequately enough. Luxury, no. Location, absolutely.

Disappointment in SouthBeach Miami

I cancelled due to weather conditions caused by Hurricane and your property manager refused to give me back my prepayment for the 1 week. I was going to be traveling from FT Myers Florida to South Beach Miami and my flights were cancelled, so I texted the person I was put in contact with and advised them. They ignored my request. As frequent traveler, and first time using VRBO, I will never use your service again, and I am warding others about utilizing your service as well. Your property manager should of been reasonable and offered me a full refund due to weather conditions and at the least offered a credit for future use. Excellent Location

The property was in an excellent location, right across the street from the beach. Husband loved the outside gym, free to public. Loved the walking path along the beach. The room is close to restaurants and public transportation. The security personal for the building were extremely helpful. Just a few things to consider, didn’t bother us but would have liked to know when booking. This room is located on the “side street” of the building, which can get loud with foot traffic at all times of day and night. The room doesn’t get “dark“ due to lighting on the street. I would have liked more variety of towels for the room ( no hand towels, kitchen towels, and only 2 washcloths) However, washer and dryer were conveniently located takes quarters $2.00 per wash and dry. Overall, this was great for a first timer to South Beach, we will return and would love to stay at Ogla’s property again.

Perfect location!

The room is nothing fancy but is as described. Perfect location right by the beach, all the restaurants on ocean drive, and the room is located right on ground level. It is one of the first rooms when you walk in.

Miami Beach Fun Spot

This was a cute efficiency with private bath and a TUB! Building was secure, with front desk presence until late and starting at 8. Kitchen was useful with full size fridge. Bed comfortable. Very central to shopping, little Havana and art deco sections. Alot of local nightlife and restaurants around. Laundry on site. Easy to access rides, taxi etc. Beach was beautiful and right across the street. Owner was helpful and accessible. Wifi not completely connected for the week same with cable. Owner was responsive but unable to correct. Newly renovated, all white. I would stay again. Thank you Olga!

It had a bed w no bed rails.. curtains and Shetland couch was dusty full of lint. The place needs a really good cleaning and new furniture. It was on ocean dr by everything and the beach. Not what I expected for the money I paid
