It was the first stay in our vacation. The room is ok, even though the bed is very used. There were no towels in the kitchen, no soap, no salt, but would have been ok. Unfortunately the room is the first room on the ground level in the multi-storeyed building and directly opposite the elevator. So you can hear everybody who's taking the elevator loud and clearly because the door is thin. There is a noisy restaurant directly in front of the appartement that didn't help either. With a small child it was really unpleasant. When we asked the host that we'd like to change rooms, he didn't answer our texts for 2 days, got very defensive and said that no one ever complained, so no help there. No good experience for the start of the vacation.

Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt am Strand und Ocean Drive. Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Kommunikation mit Helen für die Schlüsselübergabe hat gut funktioniert. Man muss nur beachten, dass man am Wochenende mit dem PKW nicht direkt an das Appartement kommt, da die Strassen geperrt sind und man dort nicht direkt parken kann. Parkhaus in der Nähe ist zu Fuss super zu erreichen. Wir würden das Appartement jederzeit wieder buchen, es ist perfekt.

We had a wonderful time in Miami Beach and enjoyed our stay in the Barbizon apartment. Almost everything was as expected. The kitchen could have been a bit cleaner and the utensils could have been a bit more comprehensive. Helena, the housekeeper, however, was very helpful and took care of all our requests immediately. The often mentioned noise level from the bar downstairs was acceptable and music stopped latest at midnight. Therefore, no issue for us and the great location in the heart of Miami Beach with no distance to the beach made up for everything.

Best Service! Answers to questions within minutes, very detailed and fact based information, all was exactly as offered - very little the apartment is old, yet price fits more than perfect to the overall performance. Although street can be loud on weekends- room is good and quiet. Security at lounge very kind and open as well as local manager and remote manager

If you go to South Beach, Miami, it’s the best place for your stay. Helena, the housekeeper, is extremely friendly.
