Early check in or late check out may available on a case by case basis.
Notice must be given when making the reservation and owner must confirm acceptance. From 1 to 4 hours will incur an additional $50 fee per occurrence. More than 4 hours there will be a charge of 1/2 the daily rate. and is available only if another guest is not arriving that day. We do ask that you are packed and your belongings are stored out of the way, as the housekeeper usually arrives shortly after 11 AM.
Certain pets are allowed on a case by case basis, and must be disclosed before booking. When pets are accepted, there will be a $75 fee per pet.
