Aloha! Unsere schöne Wohnung ist ein Favorit bei Paaren und wir versichern Ihnen, unsere erstaunlich niedrigen nächtlichen Rate ist nicht zu gut, um wahr zu sein. Sie können einer der vielen sein, die unsere makellose, komfortable Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer und einem Bad bewerten. Wir schlafen zwei und halten es immer schön für unsere Gäste und uns selbst, wenn wir besuchen :) Unser Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen und entspannenden Anlage, mit Kona nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Genießen Sie abends atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge über dem Meer mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht von der Veranda. Köstliche Mahlzeiten können in unserer voll ausgestatteten Küche oder am Pool an der Grillstation der Anlage zubereitet werden, wo Sie mit anderen Besuchern aus der ganzen Welt in Kontakt treten können, die sich für einen Aufenthalt in wunderschönen Alii-Villen entschieden haben.

Mehrere Strände sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt und die Innenstadt von Kona erreichen Sie nach einem kurzen Spaziergang oder einer Autofahrt, etwa 1,5 km von der Tür entfernt. Green Flash Coffee liegt direkt nebenan und bietet köstlichen Kaffee, Smoothies, Gebäck und Sandwiches. Sie werden Schnorchelplätze in der Nähe und einige direkt vor den Alii Villas erleben. Entspannen Sie am Pool mit einem Buch aus der gut sortierten Bibliothek oder machen Sie einen Strandspaziergang nach Kona, um die tägliche Livemusik an einem der vielen großartigen lokalen Orte zu genießen, an denen Sie ein kühles tropisches Getränk und fantastisches Essen genießen können.

Alii Villas hat ein wunderschön gepflegtes Grundstück mit einem höflichen und hilfsbereiten Vor-Ort-Manager und seinen Mitarbeitern. Das Wetter ist das ganze Jahr über fantastisch, sodass Sie alle Möglichkeiten nutzen können. Quiet neighborhood convenient to Kona town. Plenty of space for 2 people. We were here for the Ironman - property allows you to escape the craziness of Kona-town but close enough to bike/walk without needing a rental car.

Big Island Visit

Laura was awesome throughout the entire process from booking until completion. The condo is located in a great area of town on Ali’i Drive. The property had everything I needed, great kitchen and everything else you would need for an extended stay. Definitely recommend!!!

Living like a local.

The home was fully equipped for our vacation from the kitchen to the beach accessories. Clean, comfortable, and homey. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean in the morning and the easy access to a beach a short drive away each afternoon. Plan to leave early in the morning for day trips as sites are an hour or two drive away. Beautiful vistas and waterfalls on day hikes! Our hosts gave great recommendations on things to do and were very welcoming.

"Pristine Condo"

We loved renting this condo. It was immaculate. Fully stocked cupboards and pantry. Top quality bedding, towels and cookware. The outdoor dining was perfect with an incredible view of the ocean. Loved the easy contact with the host during and prior to our stay. Gave us awesome suggestions and make sure every detail is looked after. This is our favorite rental on the island. Wonderful home away from home

We've had a wonderful stay at Arnold and Laura's condo. The unit is very modern, beautifully decorated and very well maintained - we had everything we needed and more. Every little detail in the condo is carefully though-through which makes it very cozy and home-like. We loved the spacious main room and lanai - great for watching the waves and resting. We got so lucky to even see the dolphins playing right in front of the building couple of times during our trip. Arnold and Laura are amazing hosts - we got plenty of great advice and insights on what to see and do on the Big Island from best snorkeling tours to wonderful place to visit and dine out. Would definitely stay here again.

Great condo

Overall, this was a great experience. Laura was great to work with, and the condo was clean and very well stocked. There was even a ukulele! The only really negative thing for me was that the wifi was extremely spotty. This was hard because I had to do some work while I was here. Also, there is no place to sit and eat inside - only on the lanai. At minimum, some stools for the kitchen peninsula would be nice.

Exceeded our expectations !

The owners - Laura was a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process. Very easy to reach, provided all the required information, and made the whole process very simple - Thank you Laura The condo - the owners obviously love this place and visit often as they have made it to feel like home. It's clean, spacious, quiet and close to everything you will need. The neighbors are friendly, the pool area is spacious and sunny, and you can gather with neighbors to watch the sun go down right at the oceans edge. The town - Kona is just a short walk with lots of places to enjoy some music and the ocean while having a meal, or a Mai Tai (or two!). The island - They don't call this the Big Island for nothing ! If you want to see all the sites you will need a car....but lucky for you, Laura's condo has its own private parking spot - easy to get in and out and very convenient for seeing the island. A highlight of ours was to see the bubbling lava at Volcano National Park ! All in all, this is a great place to stay and it is highly recommended. You won't be disappointed !

ENJOYABLE FROM BEGINNING OF HOLIDAY TO THE END!

Laura and Arnold's condo at Alii Villas was definitely our"home-away-from-home" during our three-week stay in Kailua-Kona. The condo kitchen was laid out very conveniently with lots of counter space. The owners supplied much more in the way of cooking ingredients (spices, oil, sugar, salt and pepper, etc.) than we have had in other condos in Hawaii. There was every pot, pan and utensil you could ever want, including a rice cooker that we used a lot! They provided lots of paper products too, so much that we didn't run out of anything! The living room is spacious and there is a lovely breeze that comes from the large lanai off it. From the lanai we could see the ocean and pool. We enjoyed both very much. Additionally, the landscaping around the complex was lovely. There are tons of flowering plants as well as every type of palm imaginable. We especially enjoyed the fan palms close by our lanai. There were plenty of fans throughout the condo, although we almost always had a breeze to keep things cool. There is a jalousied window by the bed where the air comes into the room to keep it comfortable for sleeping. I loved hearing the doves and other birds in the morning. They are the sounds of Hawaii for me. The location of Alii Villas is perfect for walking into town. It is about 10 minutes to Lava Java and then another 15 or so to the pier at the end of town. There is usually lots of free parking by the Coconut Grove (behind Bongo Ben's). Of course there are lots of places to have coffee and eat. We always enjoy the Kona Inn happy hour from 2-5 daily. The appetizers are a good size and the Mai-Tais are delicious. We did a lot of snorkeling at several beaches, as well as doing the Fairwind cruise to Captain Cook Cove. It is not inexpensive but they provide lots of food and beverages, for both breakfast and lunch, as well as all the equipment and information needed for a good snorkel of the area. All-in-all we enjoyed ourselves so much we cannot wait to return! Ro & King

Perfect!!

If you need the perfect place to stay when visiting the big island this is the place!! Perfect location just south of the main town. Walking distance to dining and shopping. Beautiful views and a well kept condo. Great communications with the owner to make you feel welcome and answer any questions. We’re staying here if we ever get back to Hawaii!!!!

High school sweethearts who have been visiting the Hawaiian Islands for 45 years. Kona, and specifically Alii Villas, for 14 years.
We live in a small town in Oregon where it is beautiful, but cold and rainy a lot of the year.
The Big Island has given us the best of both worlds. Pure Heaven.

We fell in love with this complex the first time we visited, it truly felt like paradise.
Maui and Kauai were beautiful but The Big Island has felt like home for us since day one.
Never even imagining we would purchase a condo here ,we kept returning and tried to do something different each time.
The warmth of the local people,and the true Aloha spirit we felt the minute we got off the plane, made us want more.
Our parents encouraged us to work hard in life and enjoy the fruits of our labors.
We finally fulfilled our dreams, and purchased our unit in February 2015.

Private and quiet, no walls shared with other units and No Parties allowed in our home ! Top floor unit with comfortable breezes at night. Great next door neighbors who also rent out their unit ! Courteous and helpful staff who maintain a beautifully kept facility.
Pool and ocean views and depending on the time of year, gorgeous sunsets viewed from our Lanai. Enjoy a cool beverage and meals on our new commercial grade lanai furniture.
