This lovely sixth floor ocean view condo in Kona Alii has an amazing view of Kailua Bay and is centrally located to all restaurants, cafes and shopping within Kailua Village. It is decorated with Hawaiian Island style. This one bedroom, cute fully furnished condo has a queen bed in the master bedroom, and the living room has a queenmurphy bed for additional guests. This condo is designed to make it easy to enjoy your vacation. Free local phone calls and complimentary Wi-Fi and parking available.

This unit includes a nice fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, murphy bed, an indoor dining area, as well as dining on the lanai. Take advantage and unwind or suntan in the pool after a long day.

The Kailua-Kona Coast has the most colorful and spectacular pink, lavender, and orange sunsets in Hawaii. Maybe you'll be lucky and spot the famous 'Green Flash” at sunset, as the sun dips behind the horizon. You can watch the incredible Kona sunsets right from your lanai, as well as the cruise ships, parasailing, whales and dolphins. The amenities at Kona Alii include a private complex pool and gas BBQ.

The Kailua-Kona Historical Village is steps from the lobby. The Village is very cute and quaint, with lots of charm and good shopping right along the water's edge. Some of the activities you can find in the Village and nearby are: beaches, luau's, farmer's markets, art galleries, jewelry shops, restaurants, boating, snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, boogie boarding, and deep sea fishing…Just about every water sport you can think of! There are also several great golf courses nearby. There is so much to do to stay active, or you can do nothing and just lounge at the pool. This is a non-smoking, no pets property.

This is a beautiful unit in an older condo building with an amazing ocean view. It’s only 2 blocks from the farmers market, restaurants and shops in the heart of Kona. There were many amenities and supplies left by former tenants.,The ocean breeze and many fans kept the unit cool even in the heat of the day. The Murphy bed came in handy even for just the two of us. It was nice to have 2 full bathrooms. Check-in was easy even after dark, due to flight delays. Management was very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this unit and this company.

Lovely place in a great location

Great 1 bedroom + additional bed in the living room, right in the heart of Kona, and across the street from the ocean. The balcony is a great place to sit and enjoy the view. We loved the sound of the ocean at night, and the ability to walk to restaurants just minutes away on foot.

Wonderful ocean view.

Very nice condo in a convenient location. It was nice to show up and have many necessities available in the kitchen such as spices and coffee. Also a nice selection of beach items, coolers, etc. Spent a lot of time on the linai enjoying the ocean view.

Great location!

Fun stay with the family. Centrally located with plenty of restaurants in walking distance. We were initially concerned about the lack of air conditioning, but found there's a almost constant breeze that cools down the condo if you open the sliding doors, along with keeping the front door open. Hopefully we'll be back soon!

Loved this condo

I have rented a lot of Vacation rentals but never have I rented a place with so much extras such as lawn chairs, coolers, snorkel gear not to mention lots of fans to keep you cool lots of pillows and comfortable beds. We will be back.

Great location and view was spectacular. Sunsets were incredible too. There was a closet with beach chairs, snorkel gear and beach towels that helped out a lot. It was very hot in the condo, needed lots of fans to cool it enough to sleep. Thank you for bringing us more fans❣️

There is no better view of Kailua Bay. It was breathtaking. Being on the 6th floor you could see everything but the lanai was so private no one vould see you. Being right in Kona was very entertaing as well. We made lots of walks down Alii Drive and the surrounding area. It can get loud but we found if we had the fans on you couldn't hear much. We didnt want to leave.

Great Vacation in Kona

We really enjoyed our stay at the Kona Alii condo. The location is conveniently located. I liked the key lock box and would use it every day to store room keys when we were out and about. The unit itself was larger than I had imagined from the pictures and the ocean view from the balcony is outstanding. I think about every second day we watched a group of dolphins playing from the balcony. The bed was surprisingly comfortable for me and the kitchen had more than enough pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery for what we wanted to do. We also used the BBQs a couple of time and they worked very well.

Great unit

This is our second time staying at the unit and once again happy with our stay. Pros the unit is stocked with everything you need including beach chairs, lots of towels, kitchen tools, etc. Cons, January the pool is mostly in the shade, no real easy beach access (small rocky beach across the street (cannot swim and has private sign) and can be noisy for the early to bed people as we are. I would rent again.

This is it!

Perfect for us, the condo has everything for your vacation. We loved the lanai, the location can’t get any better, walk to shops and restaurants, you have your own parking spot. Management was very helpful and communication was seamless. No ac in the condo, we opened the bedroom window and kept the lanai screen open mostly, but it still is pretty warm during the day. The pool is not in the sun at all, very brisk water. Overall I would definitely would return and recommend.
