Please note that our standard check in time is at 15:00 pm -if the apartment is ready before that time we are always glad to perform an earlier check in but it is not always possible since the apartment needs to be thoroughly cleaned-. Regarding the issue with the elevator we were not aware of this situation until we got to the apartment. It seems it ceased to work around the time you arrived since our cleaning team did not report it to us when they got to the apartment at midday. We are really sorry about the inconvenience this might have caused. We hope to welcome you back in Barcelona on a future occasion. Regards José Calero

We will make sure to review the provision of basic essentials such as dishwashing sponges, paper towels, and extra trash bags so that future guests have a more fully stocked start to their stay. Regarding the noise issue, we’re sorry that this affected your rest on a few occasions. While this is not a common occurrence, we understand how disruptive it can be and will keep an eye on it to see if there are any steps we can take to minimize the impact for future guests.
