Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased you enjoyed the apartment’s spaciousness, excellent location, and nearby Parisian bistros and bakeries. We would, however, like to clarify a few points, as some concerns seem to reflect unfamiliarity with the property’s facilities rather than a lack of information. The bathroom configurations are clearly shown in our listing photos and description. Likewise, we specifically informed you through VRBO messages before arrival about the 8–12 steps after exiting the elevator, a common feature of historic Parisian buildings dating back to the 1800s, where lifts were installed much later. Regarding the entrance, no difficulties were initially reported. Once informed, we promptly sent our cleaning lady to demonstrate the locking mechanism. As for the dishwasher, had you mentioned the issue during your stay, we would have gladly arranged assistance to demonstrate its operation or resolve any malfunction. I repeatedly encouraged you to contact me directly via WhatsApp or telephone for any help needed. Regarding pillows and towels, this is our first such complaint, as reflected in previous positive reviews. Nevertheless, we appreciate your feedback and will replace them. We take pride in our longstanding record of satisfied guests, clear communication, and prompt assistance. We understand that historic Parisian properties may have features unfamiliar to some visitors, and we remain committed to ensuring a pleasant stay for everyone
