This beautiful apartment is located in the heart of the 9th arrondissement of Paris, you'll be staying one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Paris This unit can accommodate up to 12 people. It is ideally located near the main tourist sites and shops of the city, allowing you to fully enjoy your stay.
The Space:
Welcome to your new home! Spacious and bright flat, next to the emblematic center of Paris, an ideal spot for art and culture lovers, containing some of the most emblematic monuments and museums of the city. This is a superb apartment of 149 square meters located on the first floor with elevator of a classic and historic Parisian building!
This tastefully decorated and exquisite apartment is located on the second floor of a quiet Parisian neighborhood, ideally communicated via public transport to all main city attractions! A large luminous main living room opens up to a well designed kitchen, equipped and very functional! All rooms are ideal for a night rest after sightseeing all day, each with a queen bed and two of them with an ensuite bathroom!
The apartment has a capacity for up to 12 people distributed as follows:
- Bedroom 1: Queen bed (160x200) and ensuite bathroom
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed (160x200) and ensuite bathroom
- Bedroom 3: Queen bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 4: Queen bed (160x200)
- Living room: 2 double sofa beds

- The apartment is located in a historic building, ideal for architecture lovers! The building counts with elevator (there are three steps to reach this one).
- The unit has been entirely renovated with exquisite taste.
- Spacious and huge living room with an open layout to a very modern kitchen
- All bedrooms and living room area are exterior and have plenty of natural light, those are also very quiet, great for a good night sleep!
- Portable AC units, electric fans and closet space for unpacking, feel right at home!
- Laptop friendly workspace by the living room and in the bedrooms, plenty of natural light, ideal for working remotely!
- 2 full bathrooms and a guests toilet.

The 9th arrondissement of Paris is a perfect balance between the different aspects of Paris! You will find many charming and typically Parisian streets. You will also be able to enjoy the walkways, superb for strolling and discovering wonders. From the red mill, through Opera and the grand boulevards to finish Place Saint Georges: enjoy this amazing area !
Getting Around:
The location of the apartment will allow you to move very easily in the capital via these many possibilities of public transport:
- Metro: Cadet (line 7) located 1 minute-walk
- Metro: Notre-Dame-de-Lorette (line 12), 7 minute-walk
- RER: Gare du Nord (RER B, RER D, lines 4 and 5), 12 minute-walk
- "Vélib" Station
- "Autolib" Station
- Several Taxi companies available: G7 taxis (most used) - call 36 07. BUS (day and night)
Other Things to Note:
*** TOURIST TAX & HOME ADDRESS ***
- The Paris administration charges a small fee to every guest staying in a tourism accommodation. The introduction of a tourist tax makes it possible to avoid having to bear the costs linked to tourist activity in the area solely on the local taxpayer. Thus, revenue from the tourist tax is entirely allocated to the development of tourism infrastructure and the promotion of the territory. The promotion of Parisian tourism is therefore directly financed by the tourist tax, paid by tourists, and not by local tax.
- This contribution is mandatory for all adult guests and is calculated based on a percentage basis according to the number of nights and night rates of your reservation. The maximum amount per person / per night is 15.6 EUR. You can check all the information at Taxe de séjour PARIS.
- National and International police demand that each guest, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so.

Check-out is at 11:00 am (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late)

1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of possible eviction and a deposit seizure up to 600€.
2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am.
3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs).
4. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost.
5. No smoking on interior areas.
6. If the garbage bin is full, please take it outside and find the closest dumpster.
7. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
8. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.
Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.
