Stunning villa in fabulous location

Located in a quiet street with no through traffic, the villa had all the amenities. Loved the heated pool, kitchen and dining areas and lovely showers. Perfect location to all that Cala D'or has to offer. Shall certainly wish to return.

Having stayed at various villas over the last decade in Cala D'or We can honestly say that we have found one of the best. The layout and overall feel of this villa is simply stunning - all those small details have been thought about and catered for we really can not fault this villa at all and thank you to the wonderful owners who are really great to deal with a seamless process from start to finish and we can't simply wait to rebook !

Just wonderful

Our group ranged from 2 to 66 years of age and Marks beautiful house was great for everyone. The heated pool was well used (particularly by the 2 year old) and adults made good use of the lighting for midnight swims. We enjoyed some bbqs, but spent a lot of time just chilling in the lovely surroundings. Location could not be better with easy walking to the marina, town and beach. Mark is an excellent host, and I would most certainly recommend his villa for a holiday.

Took the family for half term, Villa in a perfect position for both the beach, town and marina. All within a 5 - 10 min walk. The Villa itself is lovely, lots of space with light and airy rooms with everything you need. The pool and outdoor area has plenty of room with lovely views across the marina entrance. Great communication from the owner Mark made everything very easy and uncomplicated. Would recommend 100%

Fabulous holiday!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Mark and Bridget’s lovely villa. It has easy walking distances to the marina, beaches and restaurants. We were three generations and the layout was perfect for us. The weather was hot but the shade, pool and air conditioning were brilliant. Definitely recommend a visit to Fowlers bar which is literally a stone’s throw away. We enjoyed watching the fireworks over the marina after the Euro final … I think Spain was certainly celebrating! Great communication from our hosts and will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Großartig!

Das Haus und seine Lage sind einfach großartig! Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Die Inneneinrichtung ist modern, sehr sauber und wertig. Es ist wunderschön eingerichtet. Zudem kommt der tolle beheizte Pool, der auch bei kälteren Außentemperaturen herrlich warm ist. Wir waren Ende März in Cala d‘Or und die Kinder waren kaum aus dem Wasser zu holen. Durch die einmalige Lage, benötigt man eigentlich kein Auto. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Hafen, in der Stadtmitte oder am Strand. Die Vermieter kümmern sich rührend um ihre Gäste und sind immer erreichbar. Wir hoffen, wir dürfen bald wieder in diesem schönen Haus Urlaub machen.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in Cala d‘Or

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche mit 9 Personen (4 Erwachsene, 5 Kinder im Alter von 15,14,12,11 und 9 Jahren) in dieser sehr schönen Villa verbracht. Super Lage, ruhig und trotzdem zentral, Strände, Hafen, Geschäfte und Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen. Schöner Blick von der Terrasse auf die Hafeneinfahrt. Den herrlichen, beheizten Pool haben wir ausgiebig genossen und das Leben fand fast ausschließlich draußen statt. Aber auch innen ist die Villa sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und werden diesen Urlaub in bester Erinnerung behalten. Vielen Dank, Mark, wir haben es sehr geschätzt, im Vorfeld alle Informationen so detailliert und persönlich zu erhalten! Wir werden die Villa sehr empfehlen und gerne nochmal zurückkommen! TOP Adresse in Cala d`Or!

Wir waren das erste mal in dieser Villa in Cala d`Or und wir haben uns von der ersten Minute wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr groß und geräumig - die Räume mit viel Glas und Fenstern gestaltet und somit sehr hell. Alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber...3 Bäder und 5 Schlafzimmer bieten jede Menge Platz für Kind und Kegel. Küche, Wohn- und Esszimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet und ebenfalls sehr geräumig. Der Garten ist top gepflegt mit einem Pool, samt Ausblick auf die Hafeneinfahrt der Cala d`Or, im Mittelpunkt. Es stehen ausreichend Liegestühle bereit, eine große überdachte Terasse samt Lounge Möbeln und separater Essecke. Das Obergeschoss verfügt ebenfalls über eine sehr große Terasse mit Liegestühlen und einem noch schöneren Blick über die Bucht. Die Lage ist toll und alles wichtiges (Hafen, Strand, Restaurants, Supermarkt) ist innerhalb ein paar Minuten (max 10) fußläufig erreichbar. Trotzdem liegt das Haus sehr ruhig am Ende eine Sackgasse...also kein Durchgangsverkehr. Der Vermieter war bereits im Vorfeld sehr hilfreich und kontaktfreudig und hat geduldig alle Fragen per Telefon, E-Mail oder WhatsApp beantwortet und ist dabei immer nett und sachlich geblieben...auch kleine Empfehlungen zu Restaurants o.ä. haben wir bekommen. Alles in allem ein super Urlaub in einem super Ferienhaus in Cala d`Or Mallorca - wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen und absolut weiterempfehlen.

perfect location

We (8 people, 5adults and 3 teenages) had the opportunity to spend one lovely week in this nice property in Cala D’or. The pool, bathrooms, sleeping rooms and the living room, everything was perfect, very clean and equipped as described on the platform. Especially the location was extraordinary, close to the harbor and the city center. In case we decide to come back to the island, we would choose the property again!

Great time in Cala d'Or

Our family of 9 had an excellent time staying at Mark's villa in Cala d'Or! Beautiful villa placed within a short walking distance to the marina and center of Cala d'Or. The view is great and the outdoor area with the pool gives you all the privacy and relaxation you need. The house itself was impeccably clean and very spatious. Large kitchen with everything you need to make meals for a big family, 3 bathrooms, washingmachine and dryer etc etc. All in all everything you need for a nice and relaxing stay while having everything you need. Mark is an excellent host. Answered very quickly to questions when we were choosing villa to stay at, making the choice to stay at his villa an easy one. Prior to arriving he contacted us to wish us welcome, go over some practical things and give tips on where to go around the area. When we had some questions during he was quick to check up and sort things up. All in all a 5-star host and villa! Can easily recommend :)

Fantastic Family Holiday

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Estura. This was our 5th visit as a family to Cala D’or and it was the best villa we have stayed in. Given we have stayed in some excellent ones previously, this represents high praise for Villa Estura. The villa is in a great location for the marina and the old town. The villa is finished to a high standard and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again in the future and we thank the owners for sharing their villa with us.

What a great place to relax and enjoy a holiday

This is a great villa in a good location, down a quiet lane yet close to the centre of Cala D'or and 5 minutes walk from the marina. We were a family of 8 (6 adults and 2 small children) but the design of the villa enabled us to have our own space. The kitchen/living room is a great social space and very well equipped, especially on those nights when you have had a busy day and just want a night in. The pool is a place to enjoy yourself, easy for us to sit/relax or keep the two boys (5 boys really) entertained. Many thanks to Mark and Bridget for the villa and all the work they did in making it a good holiday.

This is an amazing property in an equally amazing setting, ideally situated for bars, restaurants and shops, also for exploring the marina and little coves and beaches. Very high recommended. The management company (Nathalie)were helpful and responded quickly and efficiently, organising our return transport and various enquiries. Thank you Mark for sharing your dream house with us and helping us make many happy memories.

Super sauberes gepflegtes Haus in perfekter Lage

Wir mieteten uns das Haus um mit meinen Kindern und Enkeln meinen Geburtstag zu feiern. Dieses Haus ist fantastisch. Es hat alles was es braucht und ist super geschnitten, das jeder seinen Bereich hat. Der beheizbare Pool war im April/Mai dieses Jahr total cool. Das perfekteste war natürlich auch die Lage. 5 min zu Fuß an den Hafen, 5 min zum Strand, 5 min zu Shops oder Restaurants und 5 min zum Supermarkt. Genial!! Perfekter geht es nicht. Der Service und die Abwicklung von Hausbesitzer und Hausverwaltung war sowas von professionell und sehr sehr nett. Also, es hat alles super gepaßt und wenn wir wieder mal was zu feiern haben, werden wir bestimmt wieder darauf zurück kommen. Große Empfehlung!!

Superb villa and location

Well appointed villa with beautiful furnishings. The location was excellent, within easy walking distance of everything especially the beautiful beach. If you are visiting Cala d'Or don't look past this place.

The villa is super modern and clean with lovely touches, we felt perfectly comfortable and the pool and Villa have a lovely view to the port. It is literally a 3 min walk to a gorgeous safe beach for swimming , perfect for children. The location in old Cala D'or is near the restaurants along the Marina and the restaurants of the town. You are on the quieter , much less touristy side of Cala d'or. The Description of the Villa is as described. You just need to bring your beach towels and your set!. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your little slice of Paradis

Wonderful villa, perfect location

Stayed in villa estura for a wonderful week in May. The villa is beautifully appointed with everything you need and add to that a super pool and patio where you can relax and watch the boats sail by - perfect. The location is fantastic, 5 mins walk to the marina with all its bars and restaurants, 5 mins walk to a lovely beach, 5 mins walk to the lovely pedestrianised centre with all its restaurants. Was 10 min walk to a lovely swing park for the grandkids too. Mark and Bridget you have got it exactly right and many thanks to you both for allowing us to share it. We will be back!! ( sooner rather than later) 😀👍

What a great holiday

Having just returned from another annual holiday in Cala d'Or we have to say after 10 years we have found a gem of a villa in "Villa Estura"! Really well equipped in a fabulous location, great pool, stunning views and clean, tasteful and contemporary decor, the villa has accommodated the needs of all three generations of our family who thoroughly enjoyed the holiday. We particularly appreciated the level of service, hospitality and attention to detail provided by the owners Mark and Bridget who were very attentive to our requirements. A great holiday and great memories for all. Thank you !

After 20 years of wonderful family holidays in Cala d'Or, we finally took the plunge and built our dream villa in arguably one of the most sought after areas in Cala d'or. Its our home abroad and everything we have done has been designed to provide the best for our family, friends and guests.

Our accommodation is spacious, modern, open plan style living and ideally located within walking distance of all local amenities, with the Marina, shops, restaurants and beaches all within 10 minutes walk.

Modern in design and layout, the villa is superbly located with glorious views through to the estuary where you can spend hours idling away watching jaw dropping boats going out to sea in the morning and returning home to the marina at night. Built in a quiet no-through road, the villa offers everything you could wish for. There are many fantastic villas in Cala d'Or, but very few are so incredibly well placed for access to the beaches, restaurants, shops and the marina....all within a maximum 10 minute walk.
