Unsere luxuriöse, klimatisierte Villa ist ein wahres Zuhause in der renommierten Silver Creek Gebiet. Seine Lage ist ideal für den einfachen Zugriff auf alles, Central Florida eines der beliebtesten Reiseziele der Welt gemacht hat. Silver Creek ist 1 Meile nördlich auf dem Highway 27 nach der Kreuzung mit der 192 gelegen. Die Villa ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um alle Attraktionen und Einkaufszentren besuchen oder speisen in einem der vielen Restaurants in der Nähe, oder einfach nur durch die Südlage Pool / Spa entspannen und genießen Sie die Sonne und die Aussicht auf den See.

Die Unterkunft, mit 4 Schlafzimmern auf 2 Etagen, ist ideal für zwei Familien teilen. Das komfortable große Zimmer / Lounge ist mit einem 55 "ausgestattet LED-Fernseher und bietet seinen Gästen eine angenehme Umgebung, um nach einem hektischen Tag in den Parks, Shopping oder Sightseeing in Komfort entspannen. Große Kühl / Gefrierkombination, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Entsorgung + allen Utensilien und Geschirr - Die Küche ist komplett mit allem, was Sie benötigen, einschließlich ausgestattet.

Had a fab 2 weeks at Villa Marie. The villa had everything we could need. We all loved the pool and hot tub and spent must of our time there outside enjoying the view across the lake. The frog chorus in the evenings, was quite something.

Very nice house with a pool and jacuzzi is located only about 20 minutes from Disney and about 40 to Universal. The house was clean with plenty of supplies for the week. The host was super nice and very professional. Will definitely stay here again.

When we decided to do another Disney vacation we figured we would change it up a bit and stay off property this time and see how much of a difference that would make. Game changer! Coming back to a quiet house after noisy park days was awesome! Then being able to hop in a pool and spa all to ourselves was even better…..no screaming kids or running up and down hallways and slamming doors The price difference vs staying on property also allowed us to have 2 extra days of vacation time - even with having to pay for parking at the parks. We compared a few different places in the area and ultimately pulled rough locations up on Google Maps. Some were eliminated because they were too close to major highways. Others were just way too far away. This was tucked away in a neighborhood and away from the highway. We were able to listen to the birds and ducks and also enjoyed watching the ducks on the pond right behind the house while we were out at the pool and spa. For people who live in the country, NO ROAD NOISE was a must Morning commutes took us around 25-30 minutes to get to the parks (we were leaving about 6:30 am to be there in time for rope drops). Afternoon commutes took us about 35-45 minutes depending on the route we took (taking Western Way over to Avalalon Rd got it so we could bypass a lot of the 192 traffic coming out of the parks).Joanne quickly answered any questions that we had. Will definitely plan to stay here again when we make another trip down!

It is so decadent to return to after busy days at the parks. It is peaceful, quiet, and tranquil. Not to mention enough space for everyone to have there own room, unlike a hotel room. I am glad you also got to enjoy some of the natural habitat in the back. Wonderful to experience while hanging out at the pool/spa. This villa is absolutely lovely. It is in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The inside is fresh, updated, and so very clean. Nice kitchen and the open huge living area is great. That dining table is gorgeous! I would love to have it in my own house! The layout is ideal for two families since the master suite is the only bedroom on the first floor. You cannot hear noise from the upstairs at all when you're in the master, a big plus. The bed was very comfy. My sister said their bed upstairs was also comfortable. We were really booked with the parks, so we really only got to enjoy the pool for one day. But it's a great pool. It's very peaceful there. The icing on the cake is the host; she is fantastic! This was a great place to stay with a wonderful pool and hot tub! Plenty of equipment in the kitchen to make to nice meal!

Lovely house - clean, beautiful lake view, enjoyed the hot tub every night, and an easy drive to Disney World. Communication with the host was excellent too. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely villa in great location, plenty of room. Pool heating was great, hot tub was hot! Everything you could need for a great holiday. We only had one minor issue, which was dealt with promptly through the management team. Good communication from Joanne.

The house is a home and has everything you could possibly want or need. No detail was overlooked- Spotless, close to everywhere and a very quiet neighborhood. Joanne was a pleasure to deal with thru the entire process, best ever host! We can't wait to go back next year!

My husband and I have been visiting Orlando for many years, and over the years we have rented many houses in this area. When our family was young, we quickly realized that staying in a house was much more enjoyable with children rather than staying in a hotel room. In addition to this, it was also much more economical, as a house like ours can easily be shared with another family if desired. We purchased this home to use for our vacations. The home was quite well maintained when we purchased it in January of 2015. We have added our own personal flare and upgrades to make it our own, and more desirable for our guests.

We choose this property because of the close proximity to Disney, and because of the water view in the back. The pool/spa area is so peaceful without any rear neighbors, and made private with hedging along the side.

Das macht diese Unterkunft einzigartig

What makes this home different from all the other rental homes is the privacy in the back yard, and the fact that it backs on to a lake. We are so close to everything, yet the neighborhood is quiet and safe. We have an amazing south facing pool with a lanai and ceiling fan for those hot days when you need a break from the sun, and loads of local wildlife.
