4 Schlafzimmer, 3 Badezimmer, 8 Personen. Dieses schöne gepflegte 4 Schlafzimmer, 3 Badezimmer Haus liegt in der Indian Creek Unterteilung entfernt. Das ist wirklich ein Haus weg vom Haus mit zwei Master-Suiten, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, optional Gas-Grill und privatem Pool und Spa. Das Haus ist klimatisiert.

Schlafzimmer 1: Master Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, Deckenventilator und ein eigenes Bad mit einem Garten Stil Badewanne zusammen mit einem separaten Stand-up-Dusche. Es verfügt auch über einen 40-Zoll-LED-TV mit digitalem Kabel und einem DVD-Player. Es gibt eine Schiebetür zum Pool-Deck-Bereich.

Schlafzimmer 2: Der zweite Master hat ein Queen-Size-Bett, Deckenventilator und ein eigenes Bad mit Wanne / Dusche-Kombination. Es hat auch einen 32-Zoll-LCD-TV mit Kabelanschluss und ein DVD-Player.

Schlafzimmer 3: Die Prinzessin Themenzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten und einen Deckenventilator. Es hat auch einen 22-Zoll-LCD-TV mit Kabelanschluss und ein DVD-Player. Es gibt auch ein drittes Badezimmer mit Wanne / Dusche im Flur zwischen Schlafzimmer 3 & 4.

Schlafzimmer 4: The Mickey Mouse Themenzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten und einen Deckenventilator. Es hat auch einen 22-Zoll-LCD-TV mit Kabelanschluss und ein DVD-Player.

Der Wohnbereich verfügt über eine Couch, ein Sofa, einen Stuhl, einen Deckenventilator und einen 50-Zoll-LED-Flachbild-TV mit digitalem Kabel und ein Surround-Sound-System mit einem DVD-Player und Stereoanlage. Es gibt eine Schiebetür zum Pool-Deck-Bereich.

Kabel ist im ganzen Haus sowie gesichert Breitband-Wi-Fi-Internetzugang (Kabel oder drahtlos) zur Verfügung gestellt.

Das Spiel Zimmer verfügt über einen Billardtisch, Airhockey Tisch und elektronische Dartscheibe.

Die Küche hat einen Wohnbereich mit einem Tisch, 4 Stühle und brandneuen Edelstahl Geräte (Herd, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler und nebeneinander Kühlschrank mit Wasser und Eis) im August 2013 gekauft. Alle Töpfe, Pfannen, Besteck, Geschirr, Gläser, Kaffeemaschine, Mixer, usw. sind vorhanden.

Es gibt eine formale Essbereich sowie mit Platz für sechs.

Unser Haus verfügt über eine Waschmaschine und Trockner für die Gäste. Alle Bettwäsche werden Sie während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt (Kissen, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, etc.)

Die überdachte Veranda verfügt über einen Tisch mit 4 Stühlen, 2 Liegestühlen, 2 Liegestühlen und einem Deckenventilator.

Die Pooltiefe beträgt 3 Fuß tief bis 5 Fuß tief, und wir haben ein Kind Schutzzaun, der den gesamten Umfang des Pools läuft, zusammen mit Pool-Alarmen an allen Türen führen auf den Poolbereich. Der Poolbereich ist komplett in gescreent. Optional Gas Pool und Spa Wärme sind gegen Aufpreis (wird empfohlen September bis Mai) zur Verfügung.

Das Haus hat eine digitale Sperre und es gibt keine erforderliche Check-in mit einem Management-Unternehmen, um den Zugang zu erhalten. Ihre Partei einen Code für das Schloss während des Aufenthaltes zugewiesen werden. Check-in ist 04.00 p. Meter EST und Check-out ist 10.00 Uhr ein. Meter EUROPÄISCHE SOMMERZEIT.

Die Benutzung einiger Annehmlichkeiten des Indian Creek Unterteilung umfassen; ein Park mit Rutsche, Schaukel, Klettergerüst und ein Fußballfeld um den Block (ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß) entfernt. Es gibt auch ein Putting Green am Anfang der Unterteilung zusammen mit einem anderen Park (ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß).

Location is what is prime about this listing. It is easy to get around to parks, restaurants are better at the parks. The pool is only heated when the hot tub is on so know that as you get into the cooler months. The house is showing its age- beds, bedding were not great. If you have back problems or are older this isn't for you. The couches, bedding and towels definitely could use some refreshing. I have paid less and had nicer accommodations at Disney VRBO but the location is what sells this place. I shared the broken/worn problem with the owner so hopefully they will take care of it. It wasn't a deal breaker just inconvenient. I look at reviews when choosing my next vacation so I think it's fair to be honest when paying good money per night.

The house itself was great. Perfect size and gave everyone their own space to relax in when not out doing activities. We did have a couple of issues. The internet was out for nearly 2 days. I sent, I believe, the owner of the home a message and he was able to send someone to get it turned back on. Not a big deal since we were gone all day the first day it was out. The second issue were ants. In all the bathtubs. Everyday. The book said to let management know. I called the property management company multiple times, but they never answered their phone. Not once. I left a message once (in fairness the message was regarding the internet). Never did speak to anyone from the management company. The ants were not a huge deal for us, as we just washed them down when we needed to use the tub/shower. I just thought it was strange that the instructions seemed to be adamant that we let the management company know immediately to address them, but we couldn’t get a hold of them. Anyway, the one person I was able to get through to via email is the same one who had communicated instructions before we stayed. I still give the house 5 stars because a few ants (it is Florida) and internet outage from a storm didn’t ruin our stay. And like I said, the house itself was amazing! We would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay

If you are going to be going to any of the Disney parks this is the perfect location. House is spacious and clean, pool and hot tub were wonderful! Traffic can be a bit difficult if you are going to somewhere other than the parks. I would recommend this home to anyone going to the area!

Comfortable and Convenient

This place was comfortable, clean, well-laid out, and overall very enjoyable. Owner responded quickly to any texts and was very accommodating. (I gave 4 stars for communication only because I was a bit confused about some of the instructions, but the owner answered all my questions promptly). I also enjoyed that this is not in a community with a guard at the entrance. Since we typically use rideshare to get around - it was nice not having the drivers held up at the gate every day as I've experienced before. We did find one mug that wasn't very clean in the cupboard, but I'm sure that's from a previous guest and could happen at any property. Everything else was clean and in good shape. We really enjoyed having access to a pool and hot tub. I would gladly book here again.

Perfect location

Great property, in a nice neighbourhood. Loads of restaurants and shops near by. Short drive to the Disney parks. Approx 5 - 10 mins. Universal parks approx 20 - 25 mins. Anthony was a great host. Would definitely stay here again!

Spring Break Getaway!

Great house and location

We had a great 3 might stay while visiting Disney. The house was close to Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios. Perfect amount of space for six of us and the hot tub was an added bonus after walking 20,000 steps eaxh day. Would definitely stay here again.

Convenient but could use some attention

The property is in a very nice quiet neighborhood and there is a lot of room in the house for the family to spread out. It is conveniently located about 15 minutes from the Disney entrance and there are plenty of restaurants and shops around if you need anything. We actually stayed at this house about four years ago, which is why we returned to it. Unfortunately, it does not seem that any updates have been made in that time. All of the mattresses were very soft and you could hear each of the springs every time you moved on them. There was a king size sheet on the queen size bed, so it kept popping off all week. The mattress covers that were under all of the sheets were kind of a grayish beige color and do not look like they are cleaned after each family leaves the home. There was dirt accumulated in several of the corners of the home. There was black mold, growing in the top cement portion of the hot tub. Guests are expected to launder all towels and sheets that were used during your stay but there is no laundry detergent at the home so you would need to go out and buy detergent just to wash the linens from this home. There is also not any clocks in this home and the ceiling fans all click when on high.

Overall pleasant stay

Comfortable 90’s house in a quiet neighborhood close to 192 and all things Disney. Could have used more cleaning supplies to help us get the house ready for next renters. Temperature went down to low 40’s at night but the heat was blocked. Was 66 degrees inside in the morning the last 2 days which was chilly. Served its purpose of housing 3 generations comfortably for 4 nights. Very responsive host. Overall a good stay.

Our First Trip to Disney

The house was perfect and in the right spot from Disney, the kids had a lots of fun in the pool and my mother in law enjoyed the hot tub very very much thank you Anthony for checking on us to make sure we found everything to our liking. This property is perfect for families that want to have some down-time to relax in between park visits or business meetings. You have the luxury of your own kitchen and gas grill to save on meals. The pool, spa and games room can keep the family busy the entire day. There is cable TV and a DVD player in each bedroom. This is truly a home away from home!

This home was furnished by the owners with each item hand chosen. New appliances were added as well as all new themed kids bedrooms. Unlike some homes, we post pictures of exactly what you will get when you arrive. We do not use a large management company so the house gets special attention and gets maintained on a frequent basis. This is our only vacation home so it is well maintained!
