Dieses direkt am Golf gelegene Haus befindet sich buchstäblich nur wenige Schritte vom Wasser entfernt und verfügt über eine große Terrasse mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und einem Grill - der perfekte Ort, um spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge und Sonnenaufgänge zu genießen oder einfach nur den Tag zu verbringen. Der elegante und dennoch komfortable Wohn- / Essbereich bietet einen weiten Blick auf den Strand und den Golf, einen großen Flachbild-TV, ein Schlafsofa für acht Personen und einen Essbereich für zehn Personen. Der große, offene Grundriss verfügt über eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit brandneuen Geräten aus Edelstahl, eine große Insel, viel Vorbereitungsraum, eine geflieste Küchenrückwand und eine großartige Frühstücksbar mit reichlich Sitzgelegenheiten. Mit sechs Schlafzimmern und fünf Bädern bietet das Haus Platz für bis zu 22 Personen, ideal für einen Einzel- oder Mehrfamilienurlaub.

Alle 3125 Quadratmeter Wohnfläche befinden sich auf der Hauptebene, wobei die Schlafzimmer so angeordnet sind, dass jeder seine eigene Privatsphäre hat. Es gibt zwei Master-Suiten mit Kingsize-Betten und eigenem Bad. Schlafzimmer 3 und 4 haben jeweils zwei Doppelbetten und teilen sich ein Vorraumbad. Schlafzimmer 5 hat ein französisches Bett mit eigenem Bad, und Schlafzimmer 6 hat zwei Sätze von zwei über volle Kojen mit eigenem Bad. Flachbildfernseher sind auch in jedem Schlafzimmer vorhanden, so dass am Ende eines sonnigen Tages am Strand Unterhaltung für jedermann geboten wird. Die große Fläche unter dem Haus kann als überdachter Parkplatz genutzt oder für jede Veranstaltung eingerichtet werden. We stayed in this property in late May with our family of 14. 8 adults and 6 kids between 2 and 15. The house had plenty of space for everyone to have their own space, or hang out together. It was well equipped with everything we needed. We placed several grocery, food, and other item deliveries and all came usually within the expected time. The pool and outdoor area were great. Large deck overlooking the pool and beach. Was a great place for pizza party, etc. Highly recommend this home for location and amenities. Close enough to everything if you want, but just far enough away from the busy area to be quiet and relaxing. Host was very responsive to our needs and the check in and out process was quick and easy.

Rental company was attentive and very easy to work with! Everyone and everything was perfect, we’d go back in a heartbeat.
