We really appreciate your suggestions as well. Unfortunately, the salt air can clog up door locks and from time to time those locks just need to be replaced. We will look into that right away. Thank you for letting us know about the cookware too. We will get those replaced as well. Please know that we are always here for you should you need anything during your stay. We appreciate your feedback and have looked into the concerns mentioned. Since your stay, our team inspected the bunk beds and did not find anything unusual. We also have not received any other reports from guests, but we appreciate the information. We appreciated your feedback about the master bedroom mattress. After mentioning this to our Operations Manager we have installed a 4 inch, gel mattress topper on all beds in hopes that it will provide comfort to all that stay here in the future. Although mattress comfort can vary greatly from person to person, we certainly want everyone to be as comfortable as possible. Please know we are always available to assist during your stay. We would have been more than happy to have sent someone to bring a mattress topper to improve your comfort. Your experience is very important to us, and we want every guest to have a great stay.
