Direkt am Santa Rosa Sound gelegen, bietet dieses Haus (hoch über dem Boden, Juni 2019) eine hervorragende Aussicht auf den wunderschönen Santa Rosa Sound und einen großen überdachten Balkon, auf dem Sie Ihren Morgenkaffee oder Ihr Nachmittagsgetränk genießen und die Landschaft genießen können. Barbecue Gasgrill an Deck. Ein großer Garten führt zu Stufen in das sanft plätschernde Wasser des Klangs, die sich ideal zum Schwimmen, Bootfahren, Kajakfahren und Paddeln eignen. Dieses Haus bietet auch einen Pier zum Angeln und Krabben.

1205 Panferio Drive wird professionell von Paradise Beach Homes verwaltet.

Der Eintritt in das Haus ist im Obergeschoss. Die Küche ist eine gute Größe mit viel Platz für die Zubereitung von Speisen und eine Bar für diejenigen, die mit dem Chef zu sozialisieren. Das Master-Schlafzimmer bietet ein Kingsize-Bett, zwei Einzeltagesbett und teilt sich ein Bad mit dem Wohnbereich. Es gibt zwei weitere Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett und ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit zwei vollen Betten. Diese drei Schlafzimmer teilen sich das zweite Bad.

Die weißen Sandstrände des schönen Pensacola Beach sind nur drei bis vier Blocks über die Insel zu Fuß zu erreichen, etwa 10 Minuten in gemächlichem Tempo.

Great FL Getaway!

This house was perfect for an offseason visit. We were able to enjoy the heated pool, fish and kayak. The beach was walkable and restaurants were close. Overall great stay.

I guess everyone expects something different when they rent a house. I’ll start with the positive. The pool and the area around it were really nice. Totally fenced in yard was great with our dog and we enjoyed riding the bikes provided. The location was great for getting to an uncrossed beach. The master has been uodated and was so much nicer than the rest of the house. The house has so much potential but it’s in need of some work. Kitchen cabinets were old and sticky and the back of the island was nothing more than a piece of plywood, tile missing around one of the toilets. The floor in one of the bedrooms is painted cracked and scratched concrete. It reminded me of an old church camp. Sailboat decorations in kitchen windowsill were filthy as were the 2 square ottomans in the family room . Cushions on the chairs at the dining table as well as those outside have mold on them. One of the showers is nothing more than a small shower stall and wasn’t shown in pictures. Paint on the deck is peeling. At the bottoms of the door when the laundry is located appears to have mold. There were gaping holes under the door jams, the perfect spot for bugs to get in, and they did. I will say that Paradise worked with us and gave a partial refund. VRBO was worthless and I’m not sure that after 10 plus years of using them I would ever do it again. Again, everyone likes something different and this is solely the opinion of myself and my husband.

Great location right on the bay and close to the beach. Property management took great care to make sure we enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay at one of their rentals again.

Great house that accommodates large families

The views from the kitchen were amazing. The house could use some proper upgrades as there was some patchwork done that wasn’t very aesthetic. But it was a great house for kids and dogs right on the water.

This property was in a great location. It is right on the Santa Rosa sound and about a 5–8 minute walk to the beach. The amenities were great and everything you could possibly need in a kitchen is provided except a baking sheet and there was no Keurig coffee maker as listed. All we brought were K-cups, and therefore ended up buying a Keurig and bringing it home. Otherwise, we were very pleased with the property and would recommend it.

Perfect Location for Girls Weekend!

The patio was the perfect place for meals and hanging out. Also just a short walk across the beach! Only cons are it says it sleeps 16 but we really only comfortably fit 13 in there with the small size of some of the beds. Also just note to add toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, and trash bags to your list!

Hi Keaton, We're so glad you loved this home and really enjoyed everything it has to offer! It's an amazing place to relax and enjoy family and friends. We appreciate your feedback as well and will send this review to the owner of the home. And please know that we only provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, etc and should get you through a day or two of your stay. It's not meant for all of your stay. It's an industry standard but not everyone knows that so we try very hard to let our guests know what we provide and we suggest what to bring with you so there aren't any surprises. Great for family!

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed 2 weeks at this home to celebrate my retirement. Our aunt, sister, kids and grandkids joined us for various times during the stay. We had plenty of room and enjoyed the pool every day. We walked to the gulf, baby beach and park. We also enjoyed the kayaks. The location was great, and a quick drive but a little far to walk to all the restaurants. The house is older but very clean. The management company was very responsive to all our requests. Overall I would recommend this for a great family vacation!

loved the location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay with extended family. Really enjoyed the dock and water with fantastic views. The ceiling fans had a lot of dust on them, the fridge shouldn't have been turned off before we came (it took all night to cool our food-when I called this happens all the time). There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Both toilets needed jiggling all the time! Overall we had a great experience and would stay again.

Thank you for posting your review. We appreciate the feedback. We certainly would have sent housekeeping back to the home to address the dusty ceiling fans and would have also sent maintenance over to take care of the toilets. We want nothing but the best for our guests! We hope to see you again soon!

Family Vacation making memories

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time with enough space for the whole family. The pool was an extra bonus. We had everything we needed supplied in the rental. The only thing that might need to be addressed is the air conditioning in the master bedroom, it was pretty warm in there. Another thing that was that I am not sure if they changed the beds because 3 of the beds had sand in them, so we just used our own bedding. We would recommend this property to our family and friends. We would also stay there again.

Thank you Mary for taking time to post your review. We are happy to hear that you had such a great stay and really enjoyed the pool. We appreciate your feedback as well and will definitely look into the A/C in the master bedroom. Please know that it is absolutely mandatory for our housekeeping to change the beds after every stay whether it looks like they were slept in or not. I will be sending this information to our housekeeping manager though and I assure you it will be addressed. We are always available to our guests should you need anything during your stay. We would have been more than happy to have sent someone to the house to address those issues for you. We want everyone to have an enjoyable stay and we're sorry to hear about those things. We hope it won't detour you from staying with us in the future.

Family Thanksgiving Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We celebrated the holiday in this house and had a lovely stay. At one point there were 16 of us and everyone had a bed to sleep in. Location was great and the pool looked nice but was a bit too cold for our use. The dock was nice to sit on, but was not a good location to catch fish. The kitchen was adequate, but a second refrigerator would have been nice for a five bedroom house. Plan to bring coolers if you are a large group. Beach was a five minute walk. All rooms have TVs. We would stay here again.
