Unit 465 in White Sands ist ein wunderbares und geräumiges Stadthaus mit vier Schlafzimmern und drei Bädern.

White Sands # 465 wird professionell von Paradise Beach Homes verwaltet.

Ihr Stranderlebnis beginnt mit der schönen traditionellen Einrichtung und dem einfachen Fluss zwischen Wohn-, Ess- und Kücheneinrichtungen. Der Wohnbereich bietet Platz mit einem Schlafsofa und Stühlen und Flachbild-Fernseher. Im Essbereich werden elegante Sitzgelegenheiten für sechs Personen angeboten. Die modernisierte Küche bietet einen einfachen Zugang zum Kochen mit aktualisierten Geräten, Schränken, Granitarbeitsflächen und einer Frühstücksbar für sechs Personen. Ein Balkon im Freien mit Blick auf den Golf erweitert Ihren Wohnraum mit zusätzlichen Sitzgelegenheiten.

Eines der vier Schlafzimmer befindet sich auf der Hauptebene und ist mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem Gemeinschaftsbad ausgestattet. Die obere Ebene bietet Schlafzimmer 2 mit einem Queensize-Bett und Blick auf den Sound. Schlafzimmer 4 ist mit vollen Etagenbetten, zwei Einzelbetten und einladenden, wolkenähnlichen Betten ausgestattet. Das Hauptschlafzimmer an der Golfseite ist mit einem Kingsize-Bett in entspannenden modernen Tönen und einem Flachbildfernseher ausgestattet. Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist mit einem eigenen Master-Bad und einem eigenen Außenbalkon abgeschlossen.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great place to stay. The only knock is that they don't provide enough dishwashing soap or trash bags and the paper towels are the lowest quality I've ever seen. They kind of warn you about this on the front end, but it's still seems silly for such a nice place to cut corners on that kind of stuff.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was clean, well decorated, and a good experience. Check in and out was easy in that you just get the keys and then drop them back off. It was tough that we couldn't count on some basics being there, like hair dryers and beach towels. There was salt and pepper in the cabinet, but no plastic wrap/foil, or any other seasonings or oils. I get it. We just had to buy a lot of things and throw away a lot since we were flying just for the long weekend and they don't allow you to leave anything. We loved that the beach was so close and they have umbrellas and beach chairs. Everything was clean. The master shower door doesn't close and left water all over the floor, so we felt bad using it. Overall, a good trip.

We appreciate your feedback as well. We’re sorry to hear that you were not happy with the initial supplies provided. Please know that we are a very transparent company and we try very hard to inform our guests about what to expect for their stay. To ensure that our guests are aware of everything we supply, we send out two arrival emails with a breakdown of items that we supply and items that we suggest you bring with you. We sent those emails to you on January 28th and again on February 21st. It sounds like those emails may have been sent to your spam folder or just missed altogether. We really hate that because we want to not only meet your expectations but exceed them. As an industry standard we give an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. It’s meant to get you through a day or two until you can get to the store to replenish those items as needed. Most people that travel by car bring those items with them, but we completely understand that it’s not possible to do that when flying. We hope this won’t keep you from choosing to stay with us in the future. We really appreciate your business, and we hope you’ll come back to stay with us again very soon.

Great Stay

Good set up for grandparents on main floor and three bedrooms & 2 bathrooms on upper for daughter’s family. Right on the beach thrilled the two preschool grandsons. Was clean, pretty, and well maintained. Had a little trouble with internet trying to watch football but savvy son in law was able to cast things to watch.

Please know that we are always available to our guests during their stay so we can address any issues that may arise. Most of the time, if the dryer isn't working it's because it's been pushed up against the wall and the hose in the back is kinked. It's usually an easy fix by pulling the dryer out from the wall just a little bit. However, we will look into this to make sure it's not something that is in need of an appliance repairman. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook a few meals and enjoy coffee and cocktails on the deck. It has a nice gas grill that was perfect for grilling burgers. It is nicely decorated and the pictures and descriptions are accurate. I would highly recommend this unit.

Only negative comments are that there was no cable box for the living room TV, and the downstairs, and upstairs hall bathroom fans, didn’t work (like a sauna after a shower). Had we been informed we’d have brought a Roku stick.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay but it needs some updating. A board on the steps coming up the deck is rotting. Bedroom mattress on the main level, you roll to the middle. The rail at the top of the stairs is loose. Overall a great location, loved the view, clean and plenty of space.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the property was good. Property was outdated and the carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced. The dishwasher was unusable do to the counter top not fitting properly. Overall it was a nice stay.

Fantastically Large Condo to Fit my Family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 2nd time renting this condo.The last time was in 2019. Paradise Beach was very accommodating with a few of my Requests for somethings needed in the condo that wasn't supplied. Also some furniture could probably be replaced in the family room. The extra fridge in the garage helped out a lot with 16 people. All in all we had a great time at nice accommodations, beautiful beach, and wonderful views. Great stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was a perfect weekend at this property. The only problem was we were not told of the parking problem. the buildings on either side of us had a garage to park in and a numbered parking space. our building only had the garage. I'm sure the management company knew of this, but failed to inform us, however there was visitor parking which help solve the problem In all the management company did a great job and we would us them and the location again.

Large family stay

We were very happy with the house. There were plenty of linens, cookware, utensils and beds. The view is amazing. We loved the short walk across the sand to the beach. It was very easy to go back and forth all day long. It was nice to secure our cars in the garage. The only drawback we experienced was that the seating in the living room was only comfortable for 3 on the couch. The side chairs are not comfortable for more than a few minutes. For a home that sleeps so many it would be nice for the main living area to seat at least 10 comfortably. Another couch and 2 comfy chairs would be a good improvement. We sat at the table to play games but it wasn’t fun to sit and watch movies from the table for 2 hours.
