Wow! This place is huge and beautiful! Everything was clean and worked great. Loved the extra beverage fridge. The pool was perfect and never felt crowded. The beaches are stunning and also not crowded. This place is very close to the pool so no long walking to get there. Perfect for younger kids. The management company was great and easy to get in contact with when we needed the gate code they called immediately. We had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Just beautiful! Beds were comfortable, location was nice being away from the crowded area and steps from the beach. Played tennis almost daily. Very nicely decorated and stocked. Absolutely loved our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Overall, great. We love Portside Villas and stay there annually. Condo #11 is very nice. There are few things that could be improved: more kitchen pots, changing out door keys for codes and a better mattress in the master bedroom.

Have stayed at Portside Villa a few times and the unit is always clean and an easy walk to the beach. It has all the amenities needed for a beach house and very comfortable. Owners always update any furniture or appliances if needed. The unit is beautifully decorated. Great rental property!

Beautiful condo with so much space. This condo is clean and extremely roomy. A lot of extras in the garage for the beach. Nice complex that was quiet and had a great pool. We never needed management but have had great experiences with them in the past. Highly recommend this condo.

We arrived the day after a tornado lol So glad that #11 wasn't damaged. This is our families 2nd stay at Portside Villas and I don't see us staying anywhere else! The townhouse was clean and very roomy. We had several days of red flags, but we still had an awesome time. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! I loved the ceiling fanlight in the master!!

The staff of Paradise Beach Homes hopped into action to fix the HVAC and offered another property if the WIFI couldn’t be repaired in a timely manner. Overall was good. We did find coffee grounds in the coffee pot, and sand in one bed. A picture fell off the wall in the stairwell at approximately 3:30 am Saturday morning. We rehung it, didn’t appear to be damaged. Still had a great time with kids and grandkids! Too blessed to be depressed!

We love Portside Villas! In 2020 we rented a unit there from Paradise Beach Homes which was in top shape and a carefree experience!This time there were a few issues with this unit. The refrigerator door would not stay closed. Management sent a repairman the next day to fix it. The bottom lock on the door from the garage to the beach did not work and we had to remember not to twist lock it for fear of it getting stuck in locked position. Two of the three glass doors could not be locked at all. Also, bring your own hand soap, as well as shower/bath soap, because only enough for one hand washing was provided in each of the bathrooms. Coming in from the beach that first day showering became a creative process.

We had a lovely experience at this vacation rental. I can't think of anything that was negative. The property was in good condition and, when we stayed, it felt like the larger condo community was very empty. We often had the pool to ourselves until around noon. The beach was also lovely with beautiful soft sand. It felt like our area was VERY quiet with large quantities of people on the beach a bit down on either side but our part was very quiet. We were there in mid June and did have some jellyfish action in the water which wasn't great. The waves were also pretty sizeable at times so ocean swimming wasn't always the best option. This wasn't the beach for shelling really. This condo sits back behind some of the other condos in the front row but we had a decent view from our balcony. The balcony furniture was plentiful and very good quality. The property was very clean and didn't have the musty smell you can sometimes get in beach adjacent homes. The garage was well appointed with left overs from other guests that we could use. We didn't have any propane in the grill when we arrived but called the rental company and had a new tank delivered and installed by the end of the day. If you're someone who is looking to spend money on the place you're staying and planning to mostly stay there and value quiet then this is the place for you. If you want more people and more attractions maybe stay closer in to the main beaches but, for a quiet family like ours, this experience was lovely. I would certainly stay again.

During the last 32 years have stayed at this complex at least 25 times, different units. We keep coming back for privacy, white beaches of course, pool and location. This unit was also great except for some minor details. Bed on main level was so high needed a stool to get in, too soft and not big enough. There is room for a king size, if there is only one small nightstand. Older people, like us like the main floor accessibility, so think about keeping a bathtub upstairs and a walk-in shower down. Wish there was more dining room seating since we had 7 people, but only five chairs (plus 3 stools). Also only had four chairs and two loungers on the deck (but we had seven people). Overall, everything else was great - appliances, pantry, w/d, # of baths, living room, garage. Would also have liked seating on the lower deck which is shady at times during the day. Know it sounds like a lot of complaints, but I feel these are minor, and would still give a **** rating!

This is our second stay in this townhome and we will be back! It is quite large and there is plenty of room to spread out, even with 6 adults in our party. The beds are very comfortable. There is everything you need in the kitchen to cook. Even though the townhouse is not quite beachfront, you do have a view of the water and the view from the deck off the upstairs master is outstanding. There are really no services within walking distance but when we come to beach we don't really leave to go anywhere. Our only problem was that the internet was out, we called for technical help and the management said they would send someone, we initially said 'no' but they said they would send someone anyway-which didn't happen. One person in our party needed to complete a work project and couldn't and we couldn't use the smart TV without internet. Otherwise, this is a GREAT property and we will rent again.
