Wunderschöne und gerĂ€umige Gulf Front Condo mit spektakulĂ€rem Blick auf den Golf von zwei privaten Balkonen, nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt! Innen und außen neu renoviert. In Starboard Village - Einheit 224.

*** Sommer- / FrĂŒhlingsmieten sind Samstag bis Samstag 16.03.20 bis 10.09.20. Bitte kontaktieren Sie uns fĂŒr mögliche Ausnahmen je nach VerfĂŒgbarkeit. Die Vermietung am 4. Juli erfolgt von Samstag, 27. Juni, bis Sonntag, 5. Juli. Die Woche der Blauen Engel endet am Sonntag, den 07./12. ***

Die Hauptebene verfĂŒgt ĂŒber eine große, voll ausgestattete KĂŒche, einen Essbereich, ein Wohnzimmer, ein WC und einen großen Balkon mit Blick auf den Golf. Der Balkon bleibt tagsĂŒber im Schatten.

Die zweite Ebene verfĂŒgt ĂŒber zwei Schlafzimmer mit großen BĂ€dern. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfĂŒgt ĂŒber ein Kingsize-Bett und einen Balkon - hören und sehen Sie die Wellen vom Bett aus! Der Meister hat auch einen großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Queensize-Bett und zwei Einzelbetten. Es gibt auch einen WĂ€scheschrank mit Waschmaschine und Trockner im Obergeschoss.

Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Ă€ußerst bequemes Ausziehsofa mit Queen Memory Foam-Matratze. GerĂ€t schlĂ€ft 6. Einheit hat auch eine Garage fĂŒr zwei Autos.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in Starboard Village, einem kleineren Komplex direkt am Strand. Die Wohnung befindet sich in den oberen beiden Etagen des GebĂ€udes, der 3. und 4. Etage. Es gibt einen Swimmingpool mit Sonnendeck. Wir haben vier Liegen, einen Sonnenschirm, FahrrĂ€der, Pool und Strandspielzeug fĂŒr unsere GĂ€ste zur VerfĂŒgung. Wir haben einen Gasgrill und Tandem-Seekajak fĂŒr unsere GĂ€ste in dieser Wohnung und unsere Wohnung zwei TĂŒren weiter zu benutzen. Wir versuchen, alles zu haben, was unsere Familie brauchen wĂŒrde und deins. Bitte teilen Sie uns mit, ob Sie jĂŒngere Kinder haben und zusĂ€tzliche AusrĂŒstung benötigen - wir haben sie :)

Perfect stay

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. Everything was perfect. Two balconies with amazing views, a comfortable and big kitchen and water view directly out of the bed. The condo is very cozy and good in shape and the neighborhood was very quiet. Best location right on the beach. The contact to the owner was easy and Brad was very helpful and friendly. We're shure that we'll come back.

We had an enchanting vacation at this stunning property! First, and most importantly, all of the beds, including the sofa bed, were exceptionally comfortable. The location was utterly perfect. And the view was nothing short of gobsmacking. Everywhere we turned, there were thoughtful touches—from children’s books in the second bedroom to bikes and boogie boards in the garage. The host was accessible and friendly. We had absolutely everything we needed for a great break. We would go back again in a heartbeat!

This is an awesome place to stay! The condo is very spacious and comfortable and very well appointed, The location is quiet, yet convenient. Loved being able to park inside the garage too! Our host, Jill, is a very good communicator, kept us informed leading up to our trip, and checked on us during our stay to make sure we were ok! She also had available a book of very helpful information about the condo and local attractions and restaurants. Excellent host!

We loved our stay at this Starboard Village Condo! It was spacious and comfortable for four adults and a baby. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we really appreciated the extras, we had our own BBQ, plus beach chairs, umbrellas, and bikes available for use. The two decks overlooking the beach were our favorite spot to relax and enjoy the magnificent views of the Gulf. The location was perfect—just steps from the sand!Jill, the owner, was so attentive and always quick to respond. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!

It was a well-equipped and very clean unit with an upper and lower level. It had everything that was listed from beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, and bikes to a Kitchen with all of the cooking needs. The views of the gulf from the living area (lower level) and master bedroom (upper level) were breathtaking and the unit was steps from the beach. It even came with a garage which was an added bonus. No hot car to get into when leaving. The Host was very easy to work with and the communication was the best. Hope to return again!

Wonderful! Condo fully equipped with kitchen appliances, paper towels, napkins, toilet paper and all the beach toys and chairs you could need. All in good condition. Condo was clean and location is ideal. Having your own parking garage is great bc you don’t have to carry all of your beach stuff to the condo and track sand in. Weather showed alot of rain however turned out to be beautiful everyday. Thank you Jill and Brad.

Incredible!

First off, the hosts are wonderful. Communication was seamless, and they were so accommodating. One of the beach umbrellas was destroyed by wind during a beach day, and Jill sent new ones over the next morning. The location was superb. Right on the gulf with beautiful views, or a short drive to the sound. Peg Leg Pete’s is super close which was a huge draw for us, and right up the road from Fort Pickens (we visited multiple times during our stay). Every amenity was supplied, from beach chairs and sand toys, to coffee and creamer. I could go on and on!!

We made a return visit this year having had nothing but the BEST of a week long stay last year. Nothing beats being directly on the beach and your own garage when in Florida !! We have only a five star report for each stay and I’m certain that won’t change going forward given the obvious attention this condo receives by the owners. You can’t do better in my opinion.

After never living outside of Atlanta (Brad never lived outside the perimeter,) we moved to Pensacola in 2013 and quickly fell in love with the City and the beautiful beaches! After a busy work week, we enjoy family time at the beach, both on the Gulf and the Sound!

We enjoy sharing our special condos and want our guests to have a wonderful beach vacation full of memories to last a lifetime!

We LOVE Pensacola Beach and Starboard Village is our favorite property on the Beach because of its quite location, spacious condos, and the two large unobstructed balconies with amazing views of the Gulf!!

Growing up and with our family, we always took our beach vacations further east on the Gulf. We had never been to Pensacola Beach until we moved here; we had been missing out all these years! To us Pensacola Beach was a hidden gem along the Gulf! We love everything the beach has to offer. Who doesn't love the sugar white sand beaches and the beautiful blue and emerald green waters of the Gulf?? But what sets Pensacola Beach apart to us is that the beach is federally protected on both sides; we can go to where the beach is hopping with restaurants, shops, and live music or get away to a peaceful, quieter beach spot.

The location and size of Starboard Village is fantastic! We like being on Fort Pickens Road, away from the high rises and main beach, and having a quieter beach just outside our Unit. The units in Starboard Village are so spacious. We were sold on Unit 224 when we stepped out on the balcony and had an amazing, unobstructed view of the Gulf, and could hear the waves crashing! And then we saw the second balcony in the master - we can enjoy the beach without even leaving the Unit!

The Unit is as close to the beach as you can get! With the large sliding glass doors to the balconies, the Unit is full of natural light. You can enjoy your morning coffee, a good book, meals, a family game, or an evening cocktail on the balconies!

Peg Leg Pete's, one of our favorite beach restaurants, is an easy walk from the Unit. You are a short drive (~2 miles) the other restaurants, shops, and night life on the beach. There is a trolley that circles the Island during the peak season with a nearby stop.

We like to ride our bikes around the island. There is a nice walking, running, and biking path all the way down Fort Pickens Road. There are miles of beautiful beaches to explore!
