This luxury villa is located in the center of Porto Cervo, just a 3-minute walk from the Piazzetta, Sardinia's most prestigious square. Enjoy complete privacy just 2 minutes from the Piazzetta, with all the fashion boutiques, high-end restaurants, and the yacht harbor.

The villa comprises an entrance, dining room, double living room with fireplace, large staff accommodations, laundry room, 5 double bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms. The master bedroom features a terrace with breathtaking panoramic views of the old port.

The main villa is 300 sqm, and the surrounding park is 1,800 sqm. The park includes a beautiful veranda, perfect for entertaining guests, and a lovely swimming pool. The villa was designed and furnished by a renowned architect.

- Bed linens, towels, and pool towels included, with the option for linen changes at a cost of €250.
- Garden and pool maintenance included, with a gardener present daily.

Not included:
- Electricity and water are not included. Costs will be calculated upon departure: €0.60/kWh for electricity and €5.50/m³ for water.
- City tax: €5 per person per day for the first 7 days.
- Optional cleaning service with a minimum of 4 hours per day at €20.00 per hour, payable directly to the cleaner.

Stay in Porto Cervo

Monica's home is beautiful and in a fantastic location that is walkable to great restaurants, shopping, and a supermarket. Her home was spacious and clean, and perfect for hosting a group. She was very responsive and helpful as we got settled, answering questions about the property and neighborhood. Could not recommend a stay at her fabulous home more!

Amazing Spot

This is a fantastic house situated in an ideal location. We could not have been happier with the house. It was in great condition and the pool was HUGE! Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We would definitely like to rent this again.

The house is situated in beautifully maintained grounds and the pool was very clean and maintained throughout. The proximity to town was perfect - a 5 minute walk to the restaurants and exclusive shops. The check in process was good but unfortunately we don’t speak Italian and the check in host spoke no English so slightly tricky! The villa was very well equipped but a little tired in places for example in the bedrooms - some new bed linen wouldn’t go a miss. Overall a very pleasant stay and the host very responsive and helpful via text (in very good English!) Thanks for a lovely stay :)

Charming Villa in a great location

The highlights of the property: - Located footsteps from Porto Cervo Village and all of the shops/restaurants - Great yard and pool for a large group - Plenty of space and character What it’s not: ultra-luxurious, ultra-modern with panoramic views. What it is: a charming, older villa right in the heart of Porto Cervo - the backyard had stairs directly to town, making it extremely convenient to get the most of the location and avoid needing to find parking. We found it perfect for a group of 8 adults, and would happily stay there again. The host was also very friendly and helpful.

A leisurely family vacation in Porto Cervo

With our 2 adult children we settled into this property making the easy choices of our daily activities either in Porto Cervo or at one of the multiple beach-clubs in the area. The house is exactly as represented and was found to be in clean conditon and perfectly situated very close to Porto Cervo. This was a jumping off start to our annual European vacation and was very relaxing. Monica our host was always readily available and contributed to our enjoyable time in the Villa! Thank you!

Fantastic Stay in Porto Cervo!

We had a wonderful time in Porto Cervo. The house was very nice and comfortable and is great for large groups. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Monica was very accommodating and responsive whenever we had a question. She also gave some nice recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The house had a great pool area with great lounge chairs and seating. The location allowed us an easy walk to town for shopping, restaurants and gelato. It also allowed us to visit towns and go on excursions within 15-60 minutes. I highly recommend this house if staying in Porto Cervo.

Best house EVER!!!

Wow, what can I say we had the most incredible time at Monica's house in Porto Cervo. They had every amenity possible. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Every room was clean, comfortable, with personalized air conditioning. The bathrooms were clean and the shower water got hot immediately. The walk to town was incredibly convenient with a market in walking distance. The pool and lounge chairs were a dream. We cooked several family style meals and sat at the beautiful outdoor table. Thank you for everything. It was such an amazing trip.

Nice property, amazing, walkable location to Porto Cervo

We had a wonderful time staying at this villa. The place was everything described. The grounds are incredible with a beautiful pool, and various places to sit outside and enjoy the house. The neighborhood is upscale and quiet. Each room has its own air conditioning system which really helped during our hot, August vacation. The house and grounds are multi-levels so anyone with walking issues or families with small kids requiring strollers may struggle a bit. We had a small child with a stroller but it worked out. The staff worked hard to maintain the property. Our overall trip was magical and this house really hit all the marks! We easily checked in with the house manager upon arrival who walked us through the property and read the meters with us. Check out was easy and communicating with Monica, the owner, was simple and pleasant. She is super responsive and friendly. Overall incredible experience. Thank you Nicolina and Monica!! We hope to come back!

Magnifique maison proche du centre de Porto Cervo

Ce fût un agréable séjour avec un groupe de 8 personnes. La maison est parfaitement équipée et proche de toute commodité! Je recommande vivement cette maison! De plus, l’hôte nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux.

Highly Recommended

We had a wonderful stay in this Villa . We were keen to have accommodation centrallly located and therefore avoid over reliance on a car . This Vills was ideal . The walk to Porto Cervo village was five minutes giving easy access to restaurants and shops which included a pretty well stocked Supermarket . The pool area and gardens are superb and are attended to daily . Monica was always just a phone call away and endeavoured to help us in any way she could to enchance our enjoyment of the holiday ably assisted by Nicolina . Indeed on one occasion we foolishly locked ourselves out of the property and despite the lateness of the hour Nicolina came to our rescue ! The interior of the house is lovely and is as represented in the web site . Great villa , marvellous hosts , highly recommended .

Beautiful accommodations

We arrived to our destination after 15 hours of commute (awake for 26 hours) to immediately feel soooo happy to know we'd choosen wisely where to call home for the next 10 days! We came to learn for every little thing that might be considered not so wonderful, there was something good to be greatful for. Everyone had their own washroom and bedroom and our fully equipped kitchen(save for the north American staple of a microwave that was not working) had everything we could think of - save for a bottle opener for all our wine consumed ;) We left one behind for the next guests. The pool was cooler temperature than accustomed to but for September in Sardinia when the weather isn't as hot I can see it would be nice in July/August. There are also A LOT of up/down steps to get to ones bedroom that is a challenge for hauling a lot of luggage. But, it was those steps which kept the noise from the main level to a minimum when sleeping. The most noise comes from the streets that this house is wedged in between BUT this location to the Piazza and Yacht club could NOT have been better. The grounds were well manicured and we felt very nestled. As long as you have Google Translate on your phone to dialogue with those who manage the checkin/checkout all is good :) I would very much recommend this home for it's decor, size, accommodation for large groups in such a prime location!!

La casa esta excelentemente ubicada.Tiene muy buena pileta y todo su equipamiento es para la cantidad de ocupantes. Todos los servicios funcionaban muy bien. Realmente volveríamos Gracias a Monica por recibirnos La pasamos muy bien.La persona recomendada para el servicio fue excelente Saludos

We think the house was fantastic. We had a great week and spent much time just hanging by pool.

We think the house was fantastic. We spent a lot of time just hanging out by the pool. And when we left the house to go to the beach or to the village or to restaurants everything was very close. So the house was perfectly situated on the Emerald Coast. We would warmly recommend the house to anyone!

Beautiful garden with a wonderful pool in a great position.

This lovely home is just a few minutes walk away from Porto Cervo village, but with the beautiful, well tended garden it has excellent privacy. The pool and garden are kept in immaculate condition, whilst the kitchen is very well equipped - although with so many great restaurants on your doorstep and the delicious croissants from the bakery just across the road, you may never use it! If you do want to eat al fresco at home though, the poolside terrace is big enough for everyone to sit comfortably. With modern bathrooms and interior and a terrace entered from the master bedroom with gorgeous views of the sea, this is a great place to stay.

Wonderful Vacation at the Costa Smeralda

A wonderfully decorated house with a large and beautifully maintained garden and a large pool. The house is centrally located in Porto Cervo. Many good restaurants are within walking distance. The equipment of the house and the kitchen are perfect. The local service person Nicolina was very helpful although she does not speak english. Contact with the host by phone and email was always very friendly and effective.

Villa Rental for Rolex Maxi Worlds

This villa was very centrally located in the heart of Porto Cervo, there are stairs that lead down to the center of town at the back of the garden , making it very easy to access the local supermarket. We slept 9 people here comfortably. The kitchen has 2 fridges and very high end appliances. The villa was clean and bright with loads of outside covered seating and tables. I would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a great holiday in Porto Cervo. Mackenzie
