The apartment is regularly maintained. And we don't wait 20 years to renovate. Especially that, in this configuration, it dates back to the beginning of the 2000s. Moreover, small repairs are forecast for the dormer window in the bathroom. There is no design error: it was a deliberate choice to separate bathroom and toilet, for evident reasons of hygiene and convenience. It allows, among other things, to leave the bathroom free while someone is in the toilet, especially that there are a washbasin and a mirror in the toilet. One cannot call "cellar" a naturally enlightened basement. It's effectively a room with an arched part, but it also has an enlightening glass ceiling; that's precisely what makes the charm and atypism of this apartment. I don't understand the reactions about the paint buckets and the comments on the original artworks, because it's an artist's studio. If you find artworks bulky, effectively this place is not made for you. Regarding a sewer leak in the common courtyard which would be stinking and would attract flies, it's only the automatic watering system of the plants of the small garden. Therefore natural and non polluted water. Plants need to be watered in summer, if not they die. Regarding the "flies" and other insects living in the plants and trees of the small garden, they participate in the ecosystem. We do not use insecticide for ecologic reasons. Similarly, following these criteria, the birds who come in this peaceful place would be nuisances. Remaining cooped up inside the house is a bit ridiculous in this period of the year, at the risk of confining it, while the veranda on the small garden has opening glass bays. The kitchen is not so badly equipped for a holiday's kitchen: traditional oven, microwaves oven, induction cooking hobs, american style fridge (with freezer), dishwasher, washing machine, pans, frying pans, and all the necessary for table and service, and so on... There is nothing remaining rotten in the fridge, and no foul odor, and it hasn't been switched off. It's only cleaned up with white vinegar, an ecologic way of cleaning. Sorry for the complicated wifi code: it has been given by the provider and I keep it for security. Regarding the keys, we give a second set upon request and case by case. What results from this at the least negative appreciation: we don't share the same values and we don't wish to receive in this private apartment vacationers of this kind.
