The entrance door to this 104 m² apartment opens into a bright and elegantly decorated space.

The living room, with its comfortable sofa and large television, offers the perfect setting to relax after a busy day exploring Paris.

The dining area features a table that can seat up to six guests, which is ideal for family or friends' meals. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your favorite dishes: oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine; everything is designed for your comfort.

The first two bedrooms each feature a Queen-size bed (160 x 200) for a restful night’s sleep, while the third bedroom is equipped with three single beds (two of which can be combined to form a 160 x 200 bed), as well as a desk for those working remotely. All beds are carefully made with hotel-quality linens, ensuring optimal comfort.

The bathroom includes a sink, mirror, and shower. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.

You will have access to Wi-Fi during your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay.

Please note that the apartment is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, La Fourche (line 13), is just a 6-minute walk.

CDG Airport is approximately a 30-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
