Dieser moderne Heim-Bungalow verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer (Doppel- und Zweibettzimmer), ein begehbares Duschbad, eine moderne Küche (mit Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler) und einen Wohnbereich mit einem Schlafsofa (in dem ein Erwachsener oder zwei Kinder schlafen können) sowie ein Wohnzimmer einen privaten Pool (gegen Gebühr beheizbar), Grillplatz und Sonnenterrasse.

Klimaanlage ist für Ihren Aufenthalt zur Verfügung gestellt, dies ist angemessen, wenn wirtschaftlich genutzt, wenn mehr benötigt wird, kann dies vor Ort erworben werden.

Ein Meet-and-Greet-Service wird angeboten, der Sie durch alle Aspekte der Unterkunft führt. Sie können Ihnen auch Informationen über die Umgebung geben und Ihre Fragen beantworten.

Reinigungskosten und Poolheizung sind nicht in unseren Preisen enthalten. Die Reinigung ist eine obligatorische Gebühr von 85 Euro, die bei der Ankunft zu zahlen ist. Der Pool kann für Ihren Aufenthalt beheizt werden. Für die ersten drei Übernachtungen wird ein Betrag von £ 50 berechnet. Danach werden £ 10 pro Nacht berechnet (zum Beispiel kostet eine Woche für die Poolheizung £ 90, eine zusätzliche Woche: £ 90 + £ 70). Wenn der Poolheizkörper benötigt wird, müssen Sie uns mindestens eine Woche vor Reiseantritt informieren, damit wir die Zahlung vornehmen und vor Ihrer Ankunft einschalten und heizen lassen können.

Just had a 9 night stay in the villa. From initial booking, all communication with the host was fast and vey accommodating with extra requests. The villa is equiped with everything you could need, a home from home! It is situated in a perferct area on a quiet residential area a 5 minute walk to local supermarkets and a 10 minute walk to the square to bars and restaurants. The pool absolutely made the holiday for us, despite initially still having the last of the work being completed on it and it having to be refilled ( the pool guys were amazing and friendly and completed really quickly for us). It was stunning at night with the pool light on! And last but not least by any means, a very big shout out to Kev who managed the property and did our airport runs. Before arrival,all communication was quick and easy and once we arrived at the villa, he took his time to shown us round explaining everything in detail and reassured us he was there if any problems were to arise. He was friendly and kind even filling the fridge for us with complimentary beer and wine for the initial inconvenience of the the pool...An absolute diamond he is.I definitely look forward to a return visit.

Great accommodation, everything needed for a relaxing break! Lovely outdoor areas and the heated pool was fantastic even on cool and cloudy days! Great location with everything within walking distance, Aldi, Lidl, Restaurants, street market and beach! Highly recommend the Zona bar for great home cooked English food and a friendly drink or two! Chameleon does a fantastic tapas too

Great Holiday

We stayed 5 nights at the property and enjoyed every minute. The house is spotlessly clean and very well equipped.Brilliant outside space with the sun shining all day. Great restaurants are in close proximity and there are also two large supermarkets if you prefer to cook in. Kevin the property manager was particularly helpful and gave us the benefit of his local knowledge. A great holiday and we hope to return in the future.

A months stay in winter was just the ticket to escape the weather at home. Lovely bungalow, nice sized pool, very clean, ideal location, close enough to shops etc. House manager just around the corner and good communication with owners. Internet and English tv was brilliant. First visit to the area, won’t be our last, would highly recommend for couple or small family, great outside area for eating out and nice sun terrace. Quiet, friendly street, good walks and used local buses for days out. Thanks for the rental, you have a lovely place, we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Villa

We stayed for 10 nights and will be booking again for next summer. The villa was absolutely perfect inside and out. Supermarket under 5 minutes walk away and about 10 minutes walk to square with excellent choice of bars and restaurants. Our two sons aged 14 and 12 loved the pool and there was plenty of outside space to relax in the sun on sun loungers. Tania and Lee manage the property and provided a first class service, including airport transfers. The shower hose was faulty and Lee arrived in under an hour with a replacement. Would highly recommend this villa.

This property is great! We loved our stay here. Tania, (House manager) really was the best, from meeting us at the airport and giving us lots of tips about the area. She also keeps the property clean and efficient. On reflection we would have preferred to have a car, but you can walk to shops restaurants and a few activities. Honestly there are no negative thoughts. We had a problem with the pool after a few days, but a call to Jason the 'pool man' sorted it out for us very quickly. Definitely returning next year. Like someone else said, this is a little gem that we would like to keep to ourselves :-) xx

Short break stay

Leonie was on hand amd really responsive to my many questions in the run upto our holiday. We had the best time taking my 3 children and the private pool was a huge bonus. The location was great with 4 supermarkets all within a 5 minute walk from the property, and a bar called La Zona about a 4 minute walk. You can walk a further 5 minutes from the supermarkets and your at a strip of bars and restaurants and a few minutes walk later at a calm and open beach. The property itself was great, little amenities basket of water, chocolates and face mask was a lovely gesture. There were plenty of bath towels, hand towels and beach towels for all of us. The playstation was much welcome when the british summer westher followed us to spain and we had a thunderstorm day. My 6 year old son spent along time playing on it which helped keep him happy! Overall we were very happy and would definitely come again. Thank you

I would definitely recommend the property as being good value for money

The property has undergone a very decent modernisation since a previous visit. It has bright large tiles throughout with 2 bedrooms new kitchinette and a walk in shower. The master bedroom is a decent size but the 2nd bedroom is a bit small so suitable for children rather than adults then there is a brand new sofa bed in the living studio room suitable for 1 adult or 2 children. The beds aren't the most comfortable with hard mattresses. the kitchen area is nicely equipped with most of the utensils and crockery you'll need and a lovely hob, oven, microwave, toaster included. Outside is a fairly large area with a lovely pool in the front of the property this was a god send as there aren't many properties with private pools in the area. There is an area down the side that has astroturf and out the back is a proper spanish style bbq which is perfect and a good size there is a lovely glass table and 6 chairs for eating outside. The aircon is a credit card system which is credited by the house manager for you and 20 euros (included in the price of property) was applied which lasted our 6 day stay comfortably. We had a small issue with the aircon switching off and on by itself which did disturb us in the night, which I mentioned to the house manager the next day and she responded immediately and insisted on resolving the issue which was done within an hour. (this was a one off fault to do with the company who supply the credit cards getting them mixed up so no fault of the management) On the first day the pool was cleaned and for the rest of the stay the automated filter system that runs every morning meaning the pool is clean and fresh every day. The property is on an estate which is about a 15-20 minute walk from the main beach and restaurant bar nightclub area whilst a 5-6 minute walk you'll find a consum supermarket that has all you need with a great fresh fish and meat counter. The property itself is very private and secure with bars on all windows and back door and a lockable front gate. It has tall hedges and walls to ensure you're not overlooked. I would definitely recommend the property as being good value for money..One final point to make is it is very very close to the airport of san javier which is convenient literally a 10 minute drive.

We take great pride in offering a high standard of accommodation and want all our guests to have a relaxing holiday so we are sad to hear that you found the beds uncomfortable. We do take on board all suggestions from our guests and where reasonable, put in place improvements. All of the beds and mattresses are new and we paid a large amount of money for these to ensure good quality and to provide all of our guests with a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately people often have a preference to the kind of mattress they prefer and we can’t satisfy everyone. All of our 20+ guests so far have been more than happy with the beds. Also the beds in the twin bedroom are a standard single size which is advertised and are more than adequate for one adult per bed, again we have had no other complaints about the room size from previous guests. Although we have read and taken on board your comments we feel that the quality of the beds are to a high standard and bedroom sizes are more than comfortable for adults. Kind regards Villa Bonita

Perfect location, car not needed, beautiful neighbourhood. Lovely Spainish feel around the area.

Perfect outside space, private, local to all amenities, house very welcoming. Great contact with owners. X

Limpieza nefasta

La limpieza deja mucho que desear, para lo que se cobra extra por dicho servicio La campana chorreaba grasa,resto de la casa un pasavolantes a la ligera. El sofá se cae a trozos cada vez que te sentabas la piel se despellejaba y el suelo lleno de trozos de polipiel...para cambiarlo. telarañas, y alguna cucaracha, no repetiremos.Lo único que merece la pena es la piscina.

La villa está muy bien , bien ubicada y con total privacidad . hay supermercados cerca , y la playa . Los aparatos domésticos funcionaban bien , la cocina está abierta al salón y la ducha es un poco pequeña ,el wifi va genial . Tania ha estado atenta en todo momento y contestaba rápido cualquier duda que teniamos . La piscina ni es grande ni pequeña , esta limpia e ideal para familias . La única pega que le pongo esque las camas suenan mucho y los colchones no están cómodos . Y por último, los 85 € de la limpieza, nos a parecido excesivo ya que la casa no estaba limpia al 100%

We are a family from South Wales who have bought this property between us, the age range is from 0 - 92 and we all love the area.

We've discussed buying a property in Spain for years and looked at lots of different areas, this was our favourite location as we can walk to everything including the Mar Menor beaches, bars and restaurants and don't need to have a hire car. Also having a private swimming pool was a must for us.
