As you are approaching the townhouse there is generous size outdoor terrace.  Off the master bedroom is a smaller terrace area leading up to the roof terrace area.

The townhouse is in the El Divino complex, a lovely, spanish style resdencia with 2 communal pools surrounded by gardens.  All you will need to do is take your own loungers for sunbathing, which will need to be removed at the end of the day (these are available for you to use within the townhouse).

Living spaces

The townhouse has an open plan living room and dining area.  The living room has an air con unit.  Off the living room is the kitchen which comes equipped , cooker, hob, microwave and fridge freezer.  The washing machine is situated in the cupboard on the rear ground floor terrace.  The living room has a very comfortable L shaped sofa and a dining area.  Internet and full IPTV is included.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

There is one twin bedroom and a shower room leading off the living room downstairs.  On the first floor is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom all bedrooms have air con units.  There is a large bathroom also with a corner bath and shower over.
