Inspired by wonderful holidays in Cape Town (Clifton Beach), our completely renovated apartment was created with a breathtaking 360° panoramic view of the Mar Menor. Wake up every morning with an unforgettable view. From the bed you can look directly at the Mar Menor in front of you and listen to the glittering waves.
The salt water lagoon has been known since ancient times for the wonderful healing properties of mud and clay. Today, the Mar Menor region is particularly popular due to the mild climate all year round and the countless sports and leisure activities.
Gastronomically, the Mar Menor region delivers everything a gourmet's heart desires, from typical tapas bars to culinary star cuisine. Due to its proximity to the Mediterranean, the range of fresh fish is incredible and invites you to prepare it yourself in the restaurant or in the kitchen. The right wine region is not far. Within an hour's drive you are in Jumilla and Yekla. Due to the very good connections and low-traffic roads, the trips are stress-free and scenic.

Our apartment was designed by star architect Javier Pena and has a high-quality design in the "capetown look". After the core renovation of the house in 2019/2020, we completely renovated it. We tried to do without the artificial air conditioning as much as possible and to enable a natural âcirculacionâ all year round. Of course, a high-quality air conditioning system is still installed, which also serves as a heater in winter. The concept of the open space means that the Ezulwini is flooded with light and provides you with breathtaking play of colors during the day.
The master bedroom has its own bathroom with two sinks, shower and bath and a walk-in closet. Two other guests share a sofa bed and a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. The new built-in kitchen with island is equipped with Neff appliances and a gas stove or induction. In addition, high-quality SMEG devices and a Nespresso coffee machine are available. If you like, you can also use the washing machine, laundry corner, ironing board and iron on vacation. Additionally, a Sonos sound system is available, which allows you to experience the full beach feeling, the Murcian weather and the typical Spanish lifestyle with a chilled drink on the terrace.
