We had a wonderful stay! Isaac was incredibly attentive, especially with the hurricane passing through, and even offered to come by and close all of the shutters for us. The property was exactly as described and everything was great.

Our stay at Isaac’s place was great. He was a very available host and was willing to address any question, whether it was about his place or where to go.Location is ideal right between Kona and Captain Cook near Magic Sands Beach.Highly recommend!

A perfect place. Beautiful views, homey feel, quiet neighborhood — all while being a few minutes walk from great beaches and a short ride from the main drag in town.

The space was a perfect home base for exploring the island. It was clean and well stocked with towels and necessities. The living room is open air to the stair well so we had to be careful with noise, but we went to bed early most nights so it was a problem. Our host was super accommodating and helpful. We had everything we needed and more.

The pictures of this property show exactly what it looks like…it’s so beautiful! It is in a great location, walking distance to 2 beaches and a short drive to stores and restaurants.There is a lot of space, especially for the price, and it was nice to be able to spread out and be comfortable. Also having the parking in the back is convenient and gives a feeling of security.We did have the opportunity to meet Isaac. He is a genuinely nice person and was easy to contact, when needed.We would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property in Kona! The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything while still offering breathtaking views that we enjoyed every day. The home itself was incredibly spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and unwind. It was spotless when we arrived, and it was clear that great care is taken to keep the property clean and welcoming.We also appreciated that all of the amenities were included, making our stay comfortable and convenient. If you’re looking for a beautiful, clean, well-equipped place with stunning views and an excellent location, I highly recommend staying here. We would absolutely stay here again!Isaac is a fantastic host and very communicable throughout our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at King Palm! Isaac was so easy to deal with and so responsive and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. Spacious and comfortable. It is best to have a rental car, but there are definitely beaches in walking distance.I would have two recommendations for anybody going in the future. I would buy bottled water and if you are sensitive to Street noise, birds and neighbors I would bring ear plugs. Isaac did have a sound machine in the room which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

One of the most delightful places I've ever stayed, SO special! The ocean views and breezes were epic!! Isaac was a wonderful host- friendly, hospitable, accommodating, excellent communication...It was also one of the cleanest rentals I've ever stayed in, tastefully decorated, comfortable. For the most part, our stay was fine. We were unaware that we would not have air conditioning, but maybe I didn't pay attention to that. Also, it should be noted that you are on the second floor and have to navigate stairs and that you are very near to a busy, main street with lots of traffic. Having to keep windows open made some nights a bit noisy. There was a bit of an ant problem in the kitchen, but we could see there were traps laid out. Just the nature of the climate. We were close to 2 beaches and not far from the major amenities, so location was good for us. Overall, a comfortable stay.

Great vacation rental

We had a wonderful stay in the King Palm room. It was clean, comfortable, nice and open. We used the full kitchen daily, and felt right at home there. Check in and out was quick and easy.

An amazing open air unit with floor to ceiling screened windows with shutters which makes for beautiful ocean views, cool breeze, and unique sounds of nature. Great location, had everything we needed and more!

Very special place

We loved our stay! Location was ideal- short walks both directions to wonderful beaches. Island breezes and sunsets were perfect from the condo. Everything we needed was included and we were very comfortable the entire time. We enjoyed visiting the chickens and ducks in the backyard.
