Gorgeous views of the Ocean and Downtown Kona. The Top floor also catches some of the best breezes - onshore by day and down Hualalai Mountain by night. The End-unit location also provides unsurpassed privacy. A fresh, coastal-calm energy. Whether you want a place to hide out while still being able to watch downtown activity or just a place to rest at night, this condo is a must stay.
Queen Sized Sleeper Sofa installed May 2024, so has the option to sleep up to 4 people.

Immediately upon walking in, you'll notice a gorgeous Well Stocked Kitchen with a Stainless Appliances: Stove, Oven, Fridge/Freezer/Microwave. Dishes, Pots/Pans, & Cookware all Fully stocked.

A beautiful element of this unit is the open concept between the Living Area/Bedroom. High End Doors Slide closing off the bedroom from Living Room for Privacy or can be opened fully to allow a more expansive space.

Kailua Village is a very secure building with keys required to access the elevators. You will also have an assigned parking space. There is a pool and barbecue area, perfect for relaxation time. You can walk to many restaurants, shops & the Ocean!

Fresh interior

GREAT: this property has been recently renovated, so the interior is fresh and clean with updates. The balcony provides a nice overlook to the ocean (over a beautiful church). Had beach chairs, towels, and a cooler. Being able to park here and walk down to the main strip area was a big bonus. Easy key retrieval once we figured out the initial lockbox situation. Not so good: We didn’t get the impression that those who lived in the complex really like “guests.” Also the sheets are pilling badly and the (colored) towels need a refresh as several had rips or were discolored. If you are going to do laundry, be prepared to have to put 10 minimum to use in the app. Not a bad price for the convenience of onsite laundry, but we only needed to do 1 load. The overall complex property and grounds need serious cleaning (elevator, laundry area, walk ways, etc.).

Good overall stay with central location close to stores and restaurants. Amazing view of Kailua Bay. Only thing was one of the glasses was missing when we arrived.

Nice, clean ocean view condo

We enjoyed the updated condo in a great location with a lovely ocean view. We also got help very quickly when we needed it! I would recommend for any couple or solo traveler and hope to return.

Great views of ocean and mountain

Top floor of a 7 story condo in Kona. Great breezes coming from the ocean and blowing right through. End unit so only one shared wall. Very quiet neighbors. Walkable to the ocean and downtown Kona. Really liked it.

It was also a very short walk to a number of fun and tasty restaurants. The provided floor fans made the lack of AC a non-issue and we remained comfy at all times. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Our host always responded back to us quickly with answers to questions we asked during our stay.

A Home in Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon entering the condo we were awed by the spectacular ocean view from our top floor balcony. The management's communication were very helpful on how to access our unit. The living space was very clean and well appointed, especially the kitchen that met all our needs. Love the sunlit energy of this space. The bed was quite comfortable. The bathroom had a removable shower wand that I appreciated. Also felt safe with the locked elevator system. There was some street noise but this is to be expected in a popular town. Beautiful balcony to have breakfast and enjoy sunset. Also, an easy walk down the hill to town and beach areas. We used both the snorkeling equipment and beach chairs that were provided. The information on locking the door and potential of being locked out was somewhat confusing. The glass corners on the the nightstands need some type type of beeline on protection to avoid injury. Otherwise we were extremely satisfied with our stay in your unit and are very likely to reccomend and come back for another stay. Thank you and Mahalo.

It was walking distance to many great shops and restaurants, close to the highway to get to other destinations, and close to the water with a beautiful view. The unit was clean and spacious for two people. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything you would need if you wanted to prepare meals instead of going out. Only residents with a key could access the elevator or stairs, which was a great feature for making us feel safe. We would definitely stay here again.
