Spacy maisonette apartment on the fourth and fifth floor ( with elevator) of a Berlin apartment house

The name of the 180 sqm apartment is derived from a painted door, I found on EBAY which decorates the entrance wardrobe on the 4th floor. The apartment is very spacy and has a fully equipped kitchen, two nice and spacy bathrooms a big living room with a huge terrace. There are 5 bedrooms 4 bedrooms have Queen-Size beds and one bedroom twin beds. Optional mobile beds for two more guests can be added. The kitchen has a modern stove, dishwasher, a big fridge with freezer, coffee brewer, water cooker and much more.
The window view on the backyard is like a look back in the history of this part of the Berlin and shows the old brick building of a two storey horse stable, which belongs to the black smith workshop around the corner.

The apartment is located in the North of the Tiergarten Park in a quiet backyard location.

Parties or celebrations are not allowed.

The next underground station (Birkenstrasse) and the next S-Bahn station (Westhafen) are about 700 meters away. Bus stops of the line 123 are about 300 meters from the apartment, which takes you in a few minutes to the main train station (Hauptbahnhof). From there the political city centre with Reichstag building and Brandenburg Gate are easy to reach.
