Das große Hauptgeschoss bietet einen tollen Blick auf den privaten Pool, die Sonnenterrasse und den Atlantik. Es gibt einen 50-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher an der Wand, brandneue Ledersofas und einen neuen Seitenstuhl. Der Raum öffnet sich zur voll ausgestatteten Gourmetküche. Es gibt eine Frühstücksbar für 6 Personen und einen separaten Essbereich mit einem Esstisch für 8 Personen. Schöne hohe Fenster bieten einen herrlichen Blick auf den Strand und das Meer! Hinter der Küche befindet sich eine voll ausgestattete Waschküche.

Das erste Schlafzimmer befindet sich neben dem großen Zimmer und verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, Zugang zur Terrasse und zum Pool sowie ein eigenes Bad mit Whirlpool, ebenerdiger Dusche und Doppelwaschbecken. Es gibt eine gemütliche Sitzecke und eine Wand aus Fenstern, die zum Entspannen und Genießen der Aussicht einladen. Ebenfalls auf der Hauptebene befindet sich ein zweites Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett. Dieses Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad mit einer großen ebenerdigen Dusche und einen kleinen privaten Balkon.

Wenn Sie die Treppe zur 2. Etage hinaufsteigen, finden Sie einen geräumigen zweiten Wohnbereich mit bequemen Ledersesseln, ein Unterhaltungscenter mit Flachbildfernseher, eine eingebaute Bar / Frühstücksbereich mit Spüle, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und Eis Hersteller und 2 große Schiebetüren zu einem Balkon mit 4 Wippen und einer herrlichen Aussicht. Es gibt eine Ecke direkt über der Treppe, in der sich ein Satz Etagenbetten befindet.

Das 2. Hauptschlafzimmer befindet sich auf dieser Ebene und verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Flachbild-TV und ein eigenes Bad mit einem Whirlpool und einer großen ebenerdigen Dusche. Herrlicher Meerblick kann durch eine Wand aus Fenstern gesehen werden, die einen Schieberegler auf einen Balkon enthält.

Auf der zweiten Ebene befindet sich auch eine private Familiensuite, die das 39 Dune Lane zum perfekten Ferienhaus für mehrere Familien oder Großfamilien macht. Diese Suite verfügt über ein wunderschönes Schlafzimmer mit Meerblick, einem Kingsize-Bett und einem kompletten Badezimmer. Aus diesem Raum ist ein Jugendzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten, einem Flachbild-TV und einem eigenen Bad.

Auf der Rückseite des Familienzimmers führt ein weiterer kleiner Flur zu einer zweiten Waschküche und zum 6. Schlafzimmer, das über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Fernseher, Zugang zu einem Balkon und ein eigenes Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche verfügt..

I spent an inordinate amount of time communicating with beach-properties about maintenance issues. Water flooding in basement, electric garage doors broken, moldy ice in ice machine, standing water in one of the showers. Paid to heat pool and hot tub. Very difficult system. On fourth day they finally sent out a pool guy who had to add water to the pool to make the system work. Outdoor cushions dirty and one chaise w big tear. Cupboards falling off in one bathroom. House has been neglected. Stunning view. But would not recommend you spend your money on this one.

Awesome House!

One of the best houses we’ve stayed in down here. Right on the beach, spacious and great for our family. Great outdoor seating and plenty of various kitchen utensils for cooking! 10/10 would recommend!

Beautiful Beach-Front Property

When they say beach-front, they really mean it. This insanely beautiful house gives you so many options from pool-hanging to beach playing. They also have offers with rental companies in the town, and we got free beach gear credits. Can't say better things about this rental!

Close to Coligney Beach. Quiet neighborhood. Great communication. Things that do need addressed: Golf cart did have a flat tire. Slats on one of the beds fell out during the night. One of the garage doors does not work. Has to work it manually. Overall was a great experience.

A slice of winter paradise

This house was perfect for our large group as everyone was able to have their own bedroom/bathroom and the bonus upstairs living room was a plus. But the real winner were the stunning views of the winter sky and beach waves out the huge living room and dining room windows and from the decks. It was also nice to be able to park 5 of the 6 vehicles in the garage. We only had one issue with the house but I called the company and it was fixed before we got back from our trip to town. Amazing! I also appreciated the phone call from the management company to make sure the rental contract they require (on top of what was filled out for Vrbo) was signed within the required window.

Good house for multiple families

This is a high end property, roomy with 3 Masters facing the ocean and 3 additional bedrooms. Large functional and well stocked kitchen and comfortable living areas. Very clean. Views are outstanding. Pool is perfect for kids. Minor issues: no washroom facilities at pool level (have to access bathroom off first floor deck). BBQ could be upgraded. This calibre of property should have a California kitchen. All in all, good value. Would return.

10/2/21 stay

Overall the house and location was great. It was relatively clean but you can tell they flipped it fast from the previous guests. There were areas outside where garbage and some food stuff should have been cleaned up. Only real negatives were the microwave did not work on main level, dishwasher upper rack was broke and posed some saftey issues when filled. Some of the TVs were not hooked up properly. Upstairs AC broke on Friday am. Most issues were fixed during the week which was great (AC contractor was out within a couple hours and fixed the issue). I feel when paying 14K for a house it should be perfect when you arrive. I should not spend several phone calls and emails to get items fixed. My suggestion is the owner needs to take it off market for a week or more and fix all these little inconveniences.

Great location, but…

The property had a strong odor of mold/mustiness. The property management company did a good job of trying to address this by coming to check on it, and having the filters changed, but it smelled throughout our stay. Great location.

Great location and house!

We had a great time staying at the house. It is located close to everything you need. The check-in process was super easy and everything was very clean. We had a few small issues pop up but they were addressed quickly by the property manager. Would highly recommend this rental!

Family vacation

It was a great location for a family vacation. There were plenty of activities for all to enjoy. The beach was amazing. Coligny beach was nearby with plenty of places to shop and eat. We spent time in the pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay there again.

Great house and perfect location

We loved our stay here. The house was perfect for our two families. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Pool and beach were great. Loved walking and biking to the shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful on the outside outdated on the inside

Lack of cleanliness, broken tiles on stairs, air conditioning return not cleaned in years. Our daughter cut her foot on a piece of broken glass inside the house. AC exhausts rusty, exhaust fan on stove disgusting. Upstairs AC not working properly. Dirty kitchen pots and pans- need updated pots. We would not stay here again for the price and cleanliness.

Perfect Family Vacation

The layout and location of the house was perfect for our family. The upstairs second family room was perfect as a playroom for the children who all stayed on the second floor with their parents, especially the master bedroom suite with the twin bedroom was perfect for our son’s family because we could put two cribs in there for their twin babies. Easy access to the beach and kid friendly pool was perfect. 2 laundry rooms were great. The kitchen refrigerator could be a little bigger, a second dishwasher would also be great for a house occupying large families, some of the furniture was a little worn, but, nothing serious, just wear and tear from renting I assume. Overall rating: The house was perfect for our family! We had a wonderful vacation!! Would come back anytime.....

The only way to vacation on the beach.

Wonderful location and house was set up for entertaining. House was also large enough with numerous suites to make it feel comfortable and uncrowded even though we had 13 people staying there. The property management company was respectful and prompt in regards to any issues the arose. We we definitely stay there again.

Beautiful house!

This house is perfect for large or multiple families due to the layout of the house. There were 13 of us yet we never felt crowded and it was easy to find privacy, with the exception of one of the upstairs bedrooms that attaches to a common-use balcony that, for some unknown reason, had no blinds on the door facing the balcony!! Thus, my husband and I were on full display to anyone sitting on the balcony! Not cool. In addition to that issue, this house is in dire need of new carpet! Many of the bedrooms had large red stains on the carpet. Also, the a/c in one of the bedrooms did not work. One would think that, at this price point, there would be adequate a/c and clean carpet. A few more issues, the pool was not clean upon arrival as there was floating debris, including a toilet paper roll! To be fair, it had been storming and perhaps it had been blown in from somewhere. Be aware that there are no beach chairs or bikes provided. A few years ago we rented a 3rd row beach house for half the price of this one and beach chairs and bikes were provided. All in all, this is a stunning house in a perfect location! My only recommendations would be to fix a/c in upstairs BR, replace carpet, and add blinds to upstairs BR that adjoins balcony.
