Stunning villa with sea & sunset views, in walking distance to Cala Salada beach

This recently refurbished villa, is situated on a hillside with beautiful views over the bay of Cala Salada and the surrounding pine forested hills. Every bedroom has a terrace which has breathtaking views of the sun setting over the sea. The bedrooms all have air-conditioning. The kitchen and living room are open plan with the living room opening out onto a large covered terrace overlooking the pool area and the bay of Cala Salada, perfect for chilling out, with a gentle sea breeze and views of the boats sailing by. The brand new kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, clothes dryer and dishwasher. All the bedrooms have a terrace area overlooking the pool and sea. The pool is of a very good size and is for sole use of the guests.


Casa Bella Vista is situated in the quiet residential area of Can Germa. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of San Antonio yet close enough for a short taxi ride should you wish to sample the fantastic nightlife it has to offer or just spend the day lazing by the Pool. It really is the best of both worlds!

Only a 400 metre walk away is in our opinion the best beach on the island, Cala Salada and the smaller but equally as picturesque Cala Saladeta, a great spot for a freshly served Mojito on its sandy shore! Why not venture to the mostly untouched and unspoilt north part of island, winding roads, beautiful green countryside and hidden beaches. The villa is in the perfect location to do just this.

We have contact details for Boat Charter and English speaking Taxi/Chauffeurs who can drive you to and from the Villa. We have also teamed up with Velo Club Ibiza so if you fancy a guided cycle tour either by road or mountain bike then let us know. Just have a look at our Guest Comments to see how well we try to look after our guests from initial enquiry to deposit return.

And of course super fast Fibre Optic Broadband included. Please note that due to the location of the Villa, phone signal is poor although some people find this a real bonus!

Lovely big villa with a great pool and poolside area. Well stocked kitchen with everything you would need on holiday. The sunsets are amazing from the balcony.However we could not sit in the lounge area as there are no sunblock curtains at the windows and so it is basically a greenhouse when the sun moves round and the heat was too uncomfortable and never cools down despite our efforts. We would have liked a linen and towel change as we stayed over 1 week but this request was declined. Emelie the property manager was great and very helpful.

A fantastic villa

What a villa! me and my 4 friends stayed there recently, and we had such a relaxing and comfortable stay. The house lived up to its name with a gorgeous view of the sunset and the pool was big enough for us all to relax in. The air con was a great relief and the welcome pack provided by the owner, who was friendly and very helpful, was excellent to have when we arrived. We intend to go back next year!

Absolutely fantastic!

I stayed here recently with a group of friends, and from start to finish this was a great experience. The owner Matt was very helpful, as was Roz when we got out there. The villa is stunning and has everything you could need- from a fully kitted out kitchen to board games, and inflatables for the pool! It's well located in a nice quiet neighbourhood, but not far from the action if you want to head out at night. We had the best time and can't recommend the villa highly enough. Fingers crossed we'll have the chance to stay there again in the future!

A perfect holiday!

6 friends and I stayed at this stunning villa in June 2009 and had a brilliant time. The location is ideal as it is a cheap and easy taxi ride into San Antonio, yet far enough away to be able to truly relax in the secluded and stunning surroundings. The pictures really do not do that awe-inspiring sunset justice!! The owner and caretaker were very friendly and helpful with any local knowledge you needed. We arrived at midnight and so found the welcome pack very useful. The facilities are all you could ask for. All the rooms are clean, comfortable and refreshingly cool after a day in the sun. We especially enjoyed the huge pool and the gas BBQ. Thank you for a highly memorable holiday. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Amazing sunsets and location

The villa was in great condition and we enjoyed the different chill out areas a lot, including the inside sofa area which really came in handy when it was raining! The sunset views from the top patio were stunning and the proximity to the beach was also welcome when we didn't fancy driving. We didn't have any issues getting taxis in/out as some of the other posts have suggested. There is seemingly a gap in mobile signal very near to the villa, so if requesting taxis via the TaxicClick app, its good to be aware of this. I would recommened heading outside to wait for the taxi when it says it is 3 mins away as this seems to be the point where the signal goes a bit and then you wont miss any cars turning up (the app makes it seem like the cars are stuck on 3-4 minutes, when in reality the car has arrived!). When getting taxis back to the villa, cash is a good idea in case the drivers card machines can't connect to the phone network.

Summer Holiday Ibiza Aug 23

First of all, this villa is spectacular. It is spacious and was fully equipped with everything that we needed, the pool is fantastic and big enough for us all to play about in. We loved the location, at the bottom of the hill is the beautiful Cala Salada beach- it is quite a hike so we would drive down and park in the car park at the bottom. At the top end of the road is a lovely restaurant called Can Pou where we ate out several times and the service and food was spot on. I would recommend you hire a car, there is a Lidl 10mins down the road which was perfect to stock up on essentials, and Sant Antoni was only a 5min drive on from here. The views from this villa are incredible, and at sunset provide the perfect place to watch the sun go down. Unfortunately, I do have one negative comment- they are building a new villa right next door. Whilst you can ignore the view of the building site and look the other way, regrettably you cannot ignore the sound. Whilst the drilling and banging wasn’t continuous throughout our stay, and they did appear to finish by 3pm most days, the noise created next door was definitely not in keeping with the otherwise peaceful surroundings that this villa has to offer. It did also affect us being able to sit out on the balcony in peace and without being overlooked, I certainly didn’t appreciate the builders starring at my wife whist she sunbathed by the pool either. It would have been nice if the owner had let us know. That aside - villa was great.

Herrliche Villa mit faszinierendem Blick

Wir wurden von Rosalyn, der Hausverwalteri, so herzlich begrüßt, dass wir uns vom ersten Moment wie zu Hause fühlten. Rosalyn hatte schon den Kühlschrank und die Vorratskammer nach unseren Vorstellungen gefüllt und so hatten wir keinen Einkaufsstress und Urlaub vom ersten Augenblick. Das Haus ist schön gelegen, hat einen wunderbaren Blick über die gesamte Bucht und man kann die cala salada Bucht tatsächlich zu Fuß erreichen (obwohl schon recht steil). Rosalyn hat uns klasse Tipps gegeben und war uns eine perfekte Gatgeberin

Schönes Haus mit sensationeller Aussicht

Tolles Haus mit unglaublicher Aussicht. Ich hatte mich im Vorfeld der Reise immer gefragt, warum es keine Außenansicht des Hauses gibt oder warum die Vorhänge im Wohnzimmer zugezogen sind. Das hatte mich skeptisch werden lassen. Diese Befürchtungen haben sich nicht bewahrheitet, es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Das Haus ist am Hang gebaut in einem Villenviertel. Ein Nachbargrundstück ist leer, auf dem anderen steht eine moderne Bauhausvilla, durch Bäume und Sträucher kaum einsehbar. Die Fenster und Schiebetüren sind mit Gittern oder extra Bolzen gesichert, es gibt eine Alarmanlage. Die Bäder und die Küche sind neu, das Wohnzimmer ist geräumig. Die Küche ost vollständig ausgestattet, es gab nichts, was ich vermisst hätte und wir haben jeden Tag gekocht. Ein großer supermarkt mit einer großen Auswahl an frischem Fisch ist mit drm auto in 3-5 min zu erreichen. Mein Mann und mein Sohn haben sich über kettlebell und schlingentrainer gefreut und ich mich über die gymnastikmatten (yoga auf der dachterrasse mit schönerer kulisse als in jedem fitnessvideo 😀 und danach in den Pool- ein perfekter Urlaub...)

Traumurlaub auf Ibiza

Wir verbrachten mit zwei Ehepaaren einen sehr schönen, entspannten Urlaub in diesem super ausgestatteten Haus in einer sehr idyllischen Lage. Am Hang gebaut hatten wir eine tolle Aussicht über die Bucht "Cala Salada" und genossen dort jeden Abend mit einem Gals Cava einen traumhaften Sonnenuntergang aus unserer Chill Longe. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ließ keine Wünsche offen und der Pool lud uns jeden Morgen zum Schwimmen ein. Das einzige Manko war die manchmal recht laute, und für unseren Geschmack auch nicht gerade schöne Musik unserer Wohnnachbarn oberhalb unseres Hauses. Hier merkte man, das dieser Ort schon sehr in englischer Hand ist.
